It was very good location near shops restaurants and close to metro if needed . Family room unfortunately do not have good view but it is ok since most of the time we are outside.

Nice but too noisy room

We took the luxury room which is a very nice room but we got it on the first floor which is actually almost as the mezzanine floor. when we first got to the room we could hear so many noises coming from the street so we informed them the reception who told us to make sure that the window is closed but we already did so we couldn’t sleep well on the first night and we spoke to them again and they said that the first floor windows are used of different material which is not soundproof and we asked to change the room but they had no availability unfortunately it was not comfortable since its so close to the street and the traffic light is right next to us so we kept hearing horns and noises all over the nice so we had to shift to another hotel.. the location good and shops are surrounding the hotel which is also steps away from the metro station. Also note that there is no lobby and just a small reception desk

Excellent customer service is the lifeblood of any org. and Empathy breeds understanding, if customer feels understood, will feel valued. great location, Bistro and Cafe staff were the best,food was delicious every single time with reasonable price, all the staff were very nice and helpful, and i think all what i said and experienced at this place is due to an effective management, i truly felt as member of a family and not as number at my previous 5 star hotel. Thanks for having me :)

Excellent all round.

I spent over two weeks at this hotel and used it as a base in Istanbul. Berfin and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The hotel was well located to visit places of interest. Sergen welcomed me and was very polite as were the rest of the staff.
I had room service meals on the days I was tired from walking and enjoyed the food.
The bed was comfortable the room was clean and very quiet on such a busy road.
I have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

Hit or miss

Hit and miss with this hotel. Be careful when booking for two- when requesting a double bed instead of two single ones, you may very well end up in an inferior room which is not advertised (this is illegal Europe but apparently not in Turkey). Although the hotel considers these rooms to be of the same classification, the double bed rooms are half the size and do not have a separate bathroom. There are two glass doors behind which are a separate shower and a lone toilet so that you can hear your partner doing their private business (not romantic). The staff also vary- some are sweet and want you to be happy, and some others are unkind and clearly don't want to be there. The hotel also seems to be falling behind on upkeep. Positives are that the premises are consistently clean and in a good location.

Great place and not too expensive

Hotel is in a really nice area, easily accessible by public transport as well as by local taxi. We were there for 3 nights. Breakfast was fine, cheese, greens, bread, coffee, water - all you need for a quick breakfast.
I have to mention the front desk personnel. Very friendly and helpful. Extremely. My Turkish was not the best, so they were always ready to support me in English. I do remember Dilara and other 3 guys! Thank you for everything guys!
Rooms are not too big, but enough for 2 people. I liked the bathrooms, clean and big.
Overall I would say it was great and not too expensive for the area. Loved the fact that shops, coffee places and restaurants were just 1-2 min walk.

Location is good but the price they ask for it is not equal. Their spa is rubbish nothing working in order. No steam room or Turkish Hamam. Never again!

Luxurious hotel in a very good location.

It's an amazing place, brilliant and friendly staff. With a lot of other facilities, staff treat you as you're part of a family. This place is definitely the one to go to. I'd definitely go back myself.

My husband and I simply loved it. We travel to Istanbul and stay 2-3 days every month so we almost stayed in all areas and hotels in european side of the city and Arcade hotel was definitely one of the best ones. The room was extremely clean,there was strong wi-fi, the interior was one the most beautiful ones we saw in Istanbul, the staff were helpfull and smily and spoke good english and the area is great for shopping, dining and enjoying night life.
The only thing which was abit disappointing was the closed breakfast buffet. Because there were not that many guests in the hotel the buffet was closed but they would make you a good dish.
We will definitely stay there again.

Good stay in Arcade Hôtel. Nice surprise

We had a very good time in Istanbul. our stay at Arcade Hotel was faultless . The staff is very friendly and available.
we appreciated the experience in wellness spa with Fulia , Aykosh and Zekiè . we highly recommend the Hamman .
Hotel is located near a metro station serving the main tourist attractions . We even found a taxi to the airport at 4 AM. it cost us less than 20 € .
the only negative note could be the strange noise in the elevator. apart from that this hotel is recommendable. he holds his class and is very clean.

Very rude and unprofessional manager

Awful customer service , The description says 215 square feet and courtyard Views. The room in no way 215 SF and has a view of a rundown abandoned building and a trash all over the alley. When ask the manager to please change the room it doesn't match the description of hotels.com all that came out of his mouth was money. You need to pay more,you need to give us more money I told them that this is unfair and he said deal with hotels.com it's not my problem. After I contact customer service at hotels.com to change hotels the manger didn't allow it saying it's hotels.com fault for not knowing the view and size of room. Very rude and unprofessional manager. Don't waste your time at this hotel there are many nice hotels in the area at same price range.

the best choice

We was first guests from Azerbaijan there.
This is new, 5 star boutique hotel, all of equipment is new too. Our room has a spacious bathroom. Internet connection is very good. The location is perfect, is 0 km to Osmanbey metro station. The staff was young generation and very friendly, polite, helpful. I advice u too.

We had am amazing time At Arcade hotel, we were The first guests!! And they have things that HAVE to be improved, but their Concierge Nicole was one of the warmest and profesional person you can wish for... Making our trip to Istanbul fabulous!!!
The room was confortable too...

Fruktansvärt smutsigt, det dammsögs inte en enda gång, badrummet hade massa rester av kalk och det var super smutsigt överallt. Det luktade även urin i badrummet. Det var gammalt hår från tidigare gäster under lakanet. Överlag hemsk upplevelse

Die Unterkunft ist ganz okay weicht aber leider sehr von den Fotos im Internet ab. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer welches direkt eine Wand bzw Gebäude vor dem Fenster hatte obwohl im Internet kein einziges Foto darauf hinwies. Alle Zimmer wirkten hell und sehr groß. Wir wollten dieses Zimmer so nicht akzeptieren, allerdings wurde und nicht weitergeholfen. Das Personal ist an sich jedoch sehr freundlich und nett. Empfehle zudem ohne Frühstück zu buchen. Buffet weist keinerlei Auswahl zu. Viele Lebensmittel waren zudem alt und wurden vom Vortag einfach wieder hingelegt damit es einen reichlichen Anblick macht. Resultat: Definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel. 3 Sterne treffen eher zu. Für einen Kurztrip ist es okay. Die Lage ist super direkt in Nisantasi. Wer allerdings nur 5 Sterne Hotels gewohnt ist wäre hier nicht glücklich. Nochmal würde ich das Hotel nicht buchen.

Arkaya bakan oda geldi, arka binalar metruk, manzara sevimsiz.
Banyo lavabo yatak alanlari kapı ya da duvarla ayrılmamış. Tasarım zevke güzel gelebilir. Herkese göre değil.
Otel konumu iyi ancak otopark ciddi sorun.esyalari indirmek için bile otelin kapisina yanaşamadık. Kapı önünde Yer açılınca resepsiyondan yardımcı oldular.

الفندق يقدم غرف ممتازه يعني ماهي امكانيات الفنادق الكبيره والغرفه ديلوكس رائعه مع بلكونه وان كنت افضل الموكيت للارض ، الفراش مريح بس صغير نوعا ما وليس كنج ، الفطور ضعيف وعادي جدا والخدمه ممتازه.

새벽 6시 체크인을 했는데, early check-in 챠지를 따로 안해서 좋았고, 주변도 번화가라 좋았습니다.
그런데, 상담을 위해 비지니스 룸을 이용했는데, 물품보관하는 창고수준이였고, 요금 청구를 했는데
정해진 가격표가 없이 흥정으로 이루어졌습니다. 그외 일반 관광을 목적으로한 숙박은 better than so so

The perfect location and very nice neighboorhood

The hotel has the best location because it was very close to metro stations, close to shops, restaurants, kiosks, and bakeries. The staff was very nice and in our hotel room there was no noise from the traffic. The whole hotel was very clean and also the rooms. We would definitely go back to the same hotel if we will be going to Istanbul again. Furthermore, the wifi worked perfectly.
