The stay was so good that I could only complain on the breakfast room music where a woman was destroying old beautiful songs with her voice :). The hotel is perfectly situated and everything super, and we stayed for 10 days. Perfect for recovery from operations too!

Excellent location, extremely clean very nice staff.

The hotel is not too big and it’s not too small. It is just the right size and right on the metro station practically on the walking street.

We had a bit of a challenge with the beds as they were combining two full beds, as if it was a king, and we complained and they give us a better room. Otherwise excellent!

Fantastic location, right next to metro, and only 1 stop away from Taksim. Love the hotel staff, very helpful and friendly. Got a small gym and pool, a quick workout to start the day or to wind down is always good to have this option. Also got a spa for more relaxation after a long day which was full of meetings. Ending the trip with a drink at the rooftop bar/restaurant was also a treat before moving on to the next city

NOT a 5 star hotel and NOT recommended!

For a 5 star hotel, everything is disappointing. Bathroom is worn out, the handheld shower head leaks, the pressure and temperature of the water keeps on changing.TV is probably 30 inch! Mattress feels like cheap foam, you’re literally sinked in the mattress as soon as you’re on it! The pillows are so think and big the your neck is at 90 degrees angle , asked for smaller pillows, we were give the same size pillows! Asked for a pair of scissors as I needed to cut a tape, they didn’t have one! Asked for a knife, they couldn’t give one for security reasons even when I said the tape can be cut with their staff member present and they can take the knife back. They charge 400 tl to iron a shirt, and when asked for an iron, we were given a really old iron and flimsy ironing board. Our booking was non refundable , otherwise we’d go to another hotel. This certainly isn’t 5 star VIP hotel.

We requested an early check in while booking (1 month before travel date) upon arrival (8 am) the receptionist (his name is Eader) said the room is not ready come back at 1 pm and we will offer you an upgrade to a bigger room. We came back 1:45, faced at terrible attitude from the receptionist stating that “the check-in time is at 2 pm and I WILL NOT CHECK U IN A MINUTE BEFORE 2 AND I CANCELLED THE UPGRADE and my name is Eader in case you want to report” .
For 260 usd a night I do not expect this level of service!!!

I had a short 2 night stay, staff was very helpful and nice, room extremely clean and comfortable. Location is good, right on the Osmanbey metro station which takes you relatively near the attractions of the old town (although if you are not changing to other forms of transport you are bound to have at least a 10-15 minute walk to get to the Galata bridge).

Taksim is only one metro station away (or around 10-15 minute walk).

We also paid for one breakfast buffet - it was excellent.

Only real downside is the relatively unstable WiFi.

THE place to stay in Istanbul
La Sagrada Hotel is famous for it’s location in the heart of Osman bay, The location is perfect!
the metro is just in front of the hotel. Everything you need is right near you.. you don’t need to grab a taxi to stroll around. I totally recommend it as a substitute for Taksim area.. Nisantasi is just few minutes walk away from the hotel; you can find plenty of sophisticated restaurants, a mall, and shops.
But what stood out the most was the exceptional service and hospitality from the staff. Ozan and Elain are seriously the best and they will go out of their way to make you reservations, book tours, bring you tea/coffee/water, whatever you need and always with a smile on their faces!
The room service is outstanding! If you order anything, you will get it right in less than 5 minutes with a smile :)
-Speaking about the rooms: very clean but the only thing is that if your order rooms they are very very small. I stayed in the hotel with my sister, we had a difficulty finding a place for our bags and walking freely in the room.. plus I had an issue with the mirrors. There are 2 mirrors in the bedroom: one vertically placed on the bathroom door and one thin horizontally on the desktop wall. Both are brown in color, we couldn’t view ourselves well. Plus there is one in the bathroom but too small.
We tried their breakfast once, they have a big variety!
Truly the best place I’ve stayed in Istanbul and will definitely come back!

What an excellent stay at Lasagrada Hotel! The staff was kind and knowledgeable about the city, the room was beautiful, and the breakfast spread incredible. The hotel itself is located very close to a metro station, making it a great place to explore the city from (only about 30 minutes from the Hagia Sophia by public transit). The room was also very quiet, which itself is a great achievement given the hotel's proximity to a main boulevard. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Great location for shopping, a few meters from Nashantashi area and about 5 minutes walking to Cevahir shopping center.

Excellent hotel, and in a great location. We stayed for 4 nights and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Hotel is not to big where you will be ignored, it’s perfect and the staff are excellent from front desk to the house keeping.

My only criticism would be to improve the breakfast, it was included in my package but after the first day I didn’t return for it. Instead I opted to go to MOC which is a coffee shop connected to the hotel.

Planning our next visit in December!

Nice indulgence for my husband's 50th birthday.

We stayed one night at Lasagrada. The room was clean and very presentable. The room's shower was awesome. I cannot complain about anything except the room's electrical design. There was a marble top table in room 1805 that was part of the mini bar refrigerator. The whole table top was lighted and we could not sleep because it was so bright. We called to ask the front desk how to turn off but they could only shut off the entire mini bar and I was using the refrigerator. We ended up covering the table with a blanket. Also the LED lights were really bright. We needed to charge our phones/laptop but if we turned off the outlet (that turns off the LED) we could not charge.

My two rooms are far below average. They are gloomy, and one of them takes a weird shape. The shower door is not tight and allows water leakage. The internet is slow and sometimes is shut off without notice. Some of the guests are very noisy.

Lasagrada Hotel is a very nice hotel to stay in Istanbul. I had the deluxe room with terrace and the room was super luxurious, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff, internet, breakfast were incredibly fantastic. Moreover, the location of the hotel is just next to Osman Bey Metro stop. I would highly reccomend this hotel.

Hotel is in a good location for all types of activities and close to underground station. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are not as described in the advert, for example I was lead to believe the my room comes with a balcony but had none. Throughout my stay there was a faint smell of smoke in the room and I later found that staff smoke close to the air con unit hence the smell of smoke. Breakfast is much of the same everyday and no menu given as to what other choices were available.

They placed us in a smoking room and they said it wasnt a smoking room when it clearly smelled like cigarrets. The bed was two full beds put together like if it was one matress, so uncomfortable. We had booked a bigger suit with tub and everything and they said that was not true. The next day they said \"the floor we put you in has air damage so we will give you a better room. We were then put in the room we were supposed to be in from the start. Then one worker said we were supposed to get that room from the begining. But this one lady kept saying it was like a favor they did for us.
