Davud and his team made us very welcome during our stay. We were greeted on arrival with a choice of Turkish tea or coffee, and more was offered every time we passed through reception - as well as bottles of water being made freely available. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location perfect as a base to explore Istanbul, close to Osmanbey metro station and bus lines. We were very glad *not* to have chosen to stay closer to Taksim Square, which was like the worst excesses of London's Piccadilly Circus! In the area immediately around the hotel we found convenience stores, a number of welcoming bars, and places to eat. When we come back to Istanbul we'll certainly look to stay here again.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. Let me start by saying I am a picky traveller not to be confused with demanding. This hotel is AMAZING. I would recommend it to solo travellers or families. I also wanna take this opportunity to thank the director Mr Enis Bey. The reception crew Mohamed Ali, Davut last but not least Murat. Another special thanks goes to Mr Akin bey in the lobby and Ms. Gulsiye and Ms Nese from housekeeping.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is extremely accommodating and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Probably the best staff at a hotel I've ever stayed. They also have turkish tea until 11pm and they'll bring it to your room free of charge with no attitude or hesitation. Rooms were really clean especially the bathrooms and showers. Would stay here again.

I booked this hotel for my friends who were visiting Istanbul for the first time. It is one of several within 5 minutes walking distance. It had great reviews. It did not disappoint. Davut and the staff were amazing. They booked airport transportation, Covid-19 PCRS for my friends by an in-home service, they even gave my friends 2 metro cards to use for the week that they were here. The hospitatality with coffee and tea as well as friendly informative chatting with my friends during their stay was wonderful. It helps that Davut has perfect English. I'm excited to have a place for future friends and family when they come in the future. Thank you!

Excellent service. Stayed for 10 nights with a child. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. The location is great with restaurants and shops very close by. Metro is only a 5 minute walk. Worth the price and would stay again.
