The property itself is satisfactory; however, I found that noise from neighboring rooms at night can be quite disruptive. Additionally, the breakfast options tend to remain consistent without variation. I also observed that staff members seem to engage more readily with guests who speak their language or Arabic, while I felt a bit overlooked due to the language barrier and my background. I appreciate any efforts to create a more inclusive environment for all guests. Thank you.

It was great and the Ibrahim was very helpful. The fact that he speaks English helped in communication.

The taxi driver that dropped me to the airport was dudgy. Despite paying the hotel, he was still requesting for payment. He was so rude and got angrey when he was asked not to smoke in the car. He was asking how much I gave the hotel for the taxi fare, which I refused to tell him. He is a complete bad image for the hotel. If I am to stay in that hotel next time, I will never user the hotel taxi.

This hotel is not good at all .They don't have reception desk can you imagine????Doors are so light and not sound proof . You can hear everything from corridor or rooms .Even you can hear the lift when is moving up and down.Lift was broken for 2 days i had use stairs to fifth floor..Cupboards are very poor quality Making noises .Walls have damp and you could smell it .Breakfast wasn't good at all ..Only few options everyday ..Better to pay more and stay better hotel than this .I will never ever comeback here ..I even found cheaper hotel better than this including breakfast ..Don't waste your money here friends !!!

Great location .. short walking distance to metro station .. shops and restaurants.Very good front desk service .. special thanks to Ibrahim and Aref. Good breakfast. Cleaning service should be improved. Some maintenance is required (loose skirting at toilet entrance .. safe can not be closed and hence useless .. faulty lighting around toilet mirror). Only one access card which may not be convenient for family members.

We had a one night layover in Istanbul and stayed at Fatih Hotel. The traffic to get to the hotel is not pretty, as it is in the middle of a shopping district and lots of cars stop in the middle of the small street to load and unload items. It is a short walk to great restaurants and cafes in the Nisantasi area, but once the shops close the area around the hotel become dead. The workers at this hotel went above and beyond which was much appreciated. Rooms were definitely decent for the price and my only complaint was that the elevator did not go to the 6th floor, which was where my room was. Breakfast was also surprisingly good.

the small and decent hotel is hard to access by car ,situated in a narrow road and in quite a complicated maze of narrow roads -but once you get used to the address you will like the place as it is in the center of the wholesale textile market and could be very comfortable for business men
breakfast was perfect and plentiful ,room was cleaned and attended to daily and beds were comfy and worth every penny of the cheap price we paid !

Great hotel for the price

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. First, the location was excellent. The size of the room was also bigger than expected. There was also a full sized bathroom with a shower big enough for two people. The free breakfast was probably the best I'd ever seen. The hotel staff really bent over backwards to please guests. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

That being said, there are some cons:
-The mattress on the bed was one of those metal spring mattresses. I felt the springs dig into my back at night. I'm not someone who is picky about mattresses at all, but that bed was uncomfortable and would greatly benefit from a memory foam mattress
-There were extra comforters in the room closet and I was cold so I got them out to use them. When I unfolded them they were absolutely covered in stains. It looked like blood and urine stains all over it. I can't understand why they wouldn't throw those out, let alone why they would keep them somewhere that guests could see them. The sheets on the bed itself were pristine.

Good 3 star hotel to stay couple of nights. Not in the very center, but near the Osmanbey metro station which is one metro station to Taksim or 5$ for taxi to Taksim area.
The personnel are good, not noisy and quite friendly. But the girl from reception tried to convince us to use their taxi to the airport which was more expensive than usual, such a trick.
The rooms are clean and with nice picture board on the wall, but noisy because the walls are very-very thin and you can hear all your neighbors ans vice versa.
Not too much food at breakfast, but coffee and some deserts are available.

Great place!

Great hotel, not difficult to find our taxi driver knew exactly where it was. We were welcomed with a smile and warm greetings, they readily helped with our luggage. Check-in went smooth even though we were early they invited us to enjoy the complimentary breakfast and they would get the room ready right away! No complaints, great room with a little balcony, awesome TV CHANNELS, a gazillion in English but you have to search for them but once you do you have several movie and news channels, etc. Great location near metro and food and shopping. Our favorite part was the staff though, they could not have been nicer, if back in Istanbul we will definitely stay here again.

The folks that run this hotel are absolutely fantastic. Their attention to their customers was fantastic. The rooms on the 5th floor have a great view, and I highly recommend it. I loved the breakfast at this place. I'm a major foody, and I love my tea. I spent many long mornings enjoying the breakfast selection and drinking my tea while watching the market below. None of the staff would accept any tips, and seemed to just be glad to have us there. The only time i had to use a cab was to get to the airport at the end of our visit. The metro/subway system is very convenient and easy to use, and this hotel was less than a hundred feet from the entry to the subway system. We couldnt have picked a better location, and I would highly recommend to any future visitors of Istanbul.

GREAT CENTRAL HOTEL!

This was a great hotel conveniently located in the shopping district and less than a 5-minute walk to the metro and other public transportation. There are many restaurants and shops within close walking distance, including City's Nisantasi. The staff at the hotel were especially nice and friendly. They made my stay even more pleasant. The hotel also serves a great breakfast buffet with a big variety. I would definitely go back to this hotel and strongly recommend it to anyone going to Istanbul.

This was a nice hotel, clean and basic. The staff was lovely and tried to help where possible however we did struggle slightly with language barrier.

Our room was spacious and modern. It is around the corner from metro and one stop up from taskim which is 20 mins walk. Plenty of food and shops around.

Petite chambre d’une personne mais suffisante pour mon séjour.
Draps et serviettes propres; par contre le sol était un peu sale (cheveux et poussière).
Petit déjeuner correcte avec de bon produits.
Bruit : on entend beaucoup les bruits de la rue (klaxonne/musique,etc..) mais ça se calme vers 22-23h.
-pratique car proche du métro et des arrêts de bus !
-personnel très gentil; ils m’ont arrangé pour que je fasse réchauffer mon plat.

Çift gittiğimiz bu otel tabiki tek büyük yatak istedik de ancak 140cm-160cm yatak idi ve çok yumuşak. Oda da baya da sıkışık ve banyo da ki fayanslar artık o kadar eski ki aslında temiz olduğu halde pis küflü görünüyordu. Geceleri de bir yerden sürekli motor sesi geliyordu artık asansör motoru mu bilmem. 1. Günde kahvaltıya bitime 40dk-30dk kala malzeme kalmadı. Neyse bir omlet yaptılar da tabi doymak için dışarda yine de yedik. 2. Günde problem yoktu. Lokasyon çok iyi. Metroya çok yakın ve Nişantaşı ana caddeye de. Benim düşüncem gecelik 900₺ oda başı çift kişilik için biraz pahalı. Yine merkezi konumunda aynı fiyata daha konforlu yerlerde kalmışımız vardır. Bence otel puan bu durumda 7 bile değil.

Nous avons loger à l’hôtel pour 7 jours dans une chambre pour 4 personnes , le personnel était à l’écoute et nous a beaucoup aider durant notre séjour , l’endroit est également proche de la station Osmanbey , la nuit la rue est calme ce qui est très bien ! Juste dommage qu’ils n’ont pas plus de choix pour le petit déjeuner car manger la même chose 7 jours est un peu répétitif, mais vue la chambre petit déjeuner compris je trouve que le prix était raisonnable .

Leider sehen die Zimmer in echt nicht so wie auf den Fotos aus. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung eher weniger gut und zusammengewürfelt. Das Frühstück ist nahezu ungenießbar. Trotzdem reicht es zum schaffen völlig aus. Des Weiteren ist die Lage sehr gut, da die Metro wenige Meter entfernt ist. Auch der Zimmerservice kam regelmäßig. Preis/Leistung nur zum schlafen völlig ok

das Einzig gute in diesem Hotel ist die Lage. Ansonsten sind die Mitarbeiter sehr nett aber der Rest leider fraglich.

Sauberkeit ist in diesem Hotel eine sehr große Frage, leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht zwar wurde das Zimmer jeden Tag sauber gemacht aber leider konnte man im Zimmer ohne Badeschuhe nicht rumlaufen, das Bad war sehr dreckig und wir wollten die Dusche nur noch vermeiden. Schade, dass in den Bewertungen nie die Wahrheit steht.
