The staff was very friendly, helpfull and responsive but limited in knowledge of the city (Istanbul) in general. Wish pillows were softer. Water pressure in shower was superb👍.

The staff here were very attentive, we would call room service twice a day and each time they would come immediately and even though there was a slight language barrier they did try their best. Housekeeping was really polite too. The room itself is nice, the negative is that there is no view (I was looking at a wall with painted murals in both rooms i stayed in). The hotel is located on a busy main street so be careful when crossing the road but this street has many facilities. We had our hair done around the corner; nails done across the street, there’s bakeries and smaller stores and about 10 mins down the road you can find a main road with mcdonald’s, starbucks etc

The location was good and staff were helpful, but the property is in need of maintenance and furniture were stained. Our bathroom had a water damaged ceiling and the toilet flush was faulty. The shower was not working that good either. Also there were cigarettes' buts left outside our window and I remember requesting a smoke-free room. Over all more attention to details and cleanliness can help this hotel.

I stayed here based off the high reviews that many people left. And I’m shocked at how far from the truth it really is. It claims that have “Enhanced Cleaning Measures”. There was a nothing enhanced about it. First of all the floors were disgusting. It seems like they didn’t even mop or disinfect it. Secondly the toilet was still dirty with someone else’s urine marks! The bathroom floor is also dirty and the whole bathroom smells. One of the folded towels I used was still wet! There was no iron and ironing board in the room. They state theres a laundry service but none of the rooms have laundry bags. The whole floor outside the elevators is extremely dirty including it’s floors and has strong cigarette smoke smell. Additionally theres no patio yet theres cigarette butts outside the window! There’s some areas that are clean but some spots that have dust and dirt it looks like nobody touched or considered - like the phone. I paid extra for breakfast although it might have been better to skip it altogether and eat out - would have been cheaper and much better from any of the excellent surrounding restaurants. I would also say that the bed wasn’t that comfortable. The furniture could really use an upgrade. I would give this 0 stars however the staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful. They were able to provide the laundry service I requested. The air conditioner worked great. So did the WiFi (although they have to connect all you devices

Wir waren 9 Nächte in diesem Hotel, das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und versucht jeden Wunsch so schnell wie möglich zu erfüllen, vielen Dank dafür! Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Hotel und ich kann es jedem empfehlen. Man findet in der Umgebung alles was man braucht und kann zu Fuß zur Metro Station laufen und von dort alles mit der Metro erreichen.

Das Hotel war super! Sind richtig begeistert gewesen. Die Lage ist optimal. Metro nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt und auch laufend sind die besten Spots toll zu erreichen. Auch ist die Lage sicher. Da es uns als Mädchen am wichtigsten war in einer sicheren Umgebung zu sein. Das Hotel liegt in einem modernen Stadtteil. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich und süß. Insbesondere Barkeeper Eray war sehr aufmerksam und super nett! :)
