Minimal apartment amenities. Had to ask for the basics., dish and laundry soap, kitchen towels etc.
Facility not cleaned properly. Dirty towels in the bathroom.
Mold in the showers.

Found a coffee cup in the cupboard that had a packet of pills left in it.

Notified the front desk of the problems. Minimal corrections.

Breakfast was included but the information was not giving to the restaurant. Embarrassing.

A major disconnect between the front office and housekeeping.

No level of compensation was offered.

I only found one hotel during my travels in turkiye that was decent and that was in Adana.

What this accomodation promotes is not what you get.

To far from attractions. Minimal restaurant choice's.

I would look at other options.

We absolutely loved our stay. The Penthouse suite had amazing views of Istanbul. We managed to spot some of the iconic buildings such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Galata Tower.
The beds were so comfortable and overall the 4 bedroom suite was more rhan adequate for a family of 5.

We were not allowed to use the car park for the first day. The room was very very cold. The light was broken and the portable phone in the room did not work. Shower pressure was poor. Not enough towels and when we call reception, they said we have to wait till the next day. Our guess was not allowed to come to the room

The staff are helpful and kind and smiling and welcoming. The suites are comfortable and convenient and big. You are never on your roommate way. The free shuttle twice a day makes it easy to go around. We were a group of 14. We all were happy and enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 6 nights. Hotel staff are really friendly and responsive. We took the metro which is 15 min walk from the hotel as we like the exercise. There is option to take the taxi outside the hotel too. Within a short walk on the way to the metro station, there are plenty of good food to enjoy.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and both times were for business meetings. The staff is fantastic. Everyone is so pleasant and make you feel welcome. The rooms are amazing! I've traveled a lot for work and the first time I stayed here I was a little star struck! The room has tablet and wall controls for the lights and drapes. The TV is in a cabinet that raises with a remote control. The bathroom is gorgeous.

Stellar Views from a well appointed space with superbly comfortable linens and bed in a quiet well staffed building. Dining options abound, though you may be tempted to order in just to enjoy the scenery and watch ships pass through the Bosphorus to the Sea of Marmara. Staying at the Fraser Place at Anthill will be a special and uniquely memorable experience. Flying out of Istanbul, you may even get a farewell peek at these iconic towers from the air, we did!

I like the convenience of having an apartment and the daily house keeping. Spacious. I’m in love with the mattress and pillows. I just would love if they update the furniture, rug, some parts look used and need some maintenance like the shower.

If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay on your next trip, I highly recommend the Fraser place. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the warm welcome and hospitality of the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved having a fully-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area, which made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly each night. We had every day house keeping with plenty of fresh towel every single day.

One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic location of the hotel apartments. They were situated in a lively and bustling neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It was also conveniently had free parking garage with 24/7 security.

Finally, I can't say enough about the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure that my stay was comfortable and hassle-free.
In summary, I highly recommend hotel apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-serviced place to stay. The warm hospitality, spacious apartments, and fantastic location make it an ideal choice for travelers.

The building was centrally located with a taxi stand just in front of the hotel. Very safe and the food store next to the hotel was also very convenient.

The one bad thing about the hotel was that the king sized bed in the master bedroom was very hard and a bit uncomfortable.

I really felt home and pampered with the quality of people and service you are offering during my 2 and a half moths at your distinguished hotel. Second, my regards to all of your house keeping and reception colleagues for going the extra mile when asking for a service. Finally, I want to mention those people by name for their utmost services ( some of them I don’t know their names)
- From reception; Osman, Ana’s, Adam, Mr. Z....and most of all Mrs. Lujain and other two gentlemen from bell desk.

Best Apartment Suits in Istanbul

I come from Canada and this place is the closest I felt is what suits us North Americans. Parking is underground, easy access to 8 elevators or so 50 floors high very nice suits with kitchen ware, talk about dishes cups utensils pans pots oven stove microwave Sony tv I mean the whole nine yards as you would get in an apartment I had an awesome time here and would always come back.

Excellent Location with restaurants and a supermarket downstairs, walking distance to the mall and Nisantasi and 5 minutes by Metro to Taksim. The apartments are extremely comfortable and look brand new. Best part though is the staff, very friendly and always ready to help! They’re taking all Corona precautions seriously, so A on that front as well. This will be my new go to place in Istanbul!

The apartment was very nice and staff OK but going to breakfast every morning from Tower B to Tower A with my wife's leg condition was a bit tiring for her. Bed cover was the worst we had in our travelling trips, we asked for duvet which was not available but a blanket was provided so ended in doubling the covers which made it very heavy to sleep under. A needle and thread was never provided although requested 4 times until checking out. The floors in bathroom and bedroom were neglected that I had to ask to clean them 2 days before leaving.

There are: Amazing view, elegance roof top bar, huge fitness club and courses, very cheap massages in Spa, friendly a d helpful Staff, Kitchen in room and allow to order food from any restaurant. Or you can Cook :)

From the check in to check out wonderful experience, the staff is truly amazing
They have one thing in their mind and that is to make your stay pleasant.
We stayed in the 4 bedroom penthouse on the 52nd floor, very roomy and bright, good location and grocery store in the same facility helps a lot.
All and all can’t say enough good things about them.
We will definitely stay there again.
