Hotel has some practices that remind one of a child's summer camp - special token required to turn in at front desk in order to receive spa towels, notices of bans in taking glassware or utensils to ones room from the bar or breakfast area, needed special request for a writing desk in the room, and breakfast buffet depleted if one arrives after 9:30. Would not stay here again.

Luna is an amazing hotel in the beautiful alpine village of Ortisei. The room was lovely, comfortable, spacious and super clean. The facility is gorgeous with a fabulous spa, a nice pub and a great restaurant. The half board was a great choice! The location is perfect and so easy to get to Seceda or Alpe di Siusi within a short walk. We got the half board and the dinner experience was great. I loved this hotel and their staff so much. Will definitely stay here next time in Ortisei.

This was the most amazing hotel I have ever experienced. It offers a beautiful interior that seamlessly wove old world charm with upscale amenities. The outdoor space offered a variety of seating areas, a delightful play area for children, an enchanting pond, a gorgeous heated pool. The service and food were excellent, the spa was lovely, and all of it is nestled in an Alpine-Italian wonderland. The full board option included far more than stated on Hotels.com and offered variety and quality similar to meals on cruise ships. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and I am so grateful.

Relaxing Hotel in the Dolomites
Relaxing Hotel walking distance to everything in the city with multiple pools, indoor and outdoor, both of which were sublime. The indoor pool has a spiral staircase down into it with stalactite ceilings and a sauna/spa tub. If I ski here, I will definitely return to this hotel.

Nice hotel but a bit disappointed
This is a nice hotel with lovely gardens, and well appointed rooms, but overall I was a bit disappointed during my stay. The room was hot and stuffy upon checkin and took a while to cool down after the front desk turned the heat down (which you cannot control yourself), the pillows were firmer than I like, and the dinner that was included in the half board was average. They did have a very nice cake buffet in the afternoon, and breakfast was good. It does seem like a very nice hotel so it might be that my one night there was just not great, however I had better experiences at other hotels in the area.

The nicest hotel during my week long stay in the Dolomites. Very luxurious rooms with balconies with views of the town of Ortisei. Nice large bathrooms and great water pressure in the showers. Breakfast included a fresh vegetable and fruit juicer which was a nice added touch.

I had a large, comfortable room with a balcony facing the street and overlooking the mountains. Breakfast was wonderful, and I also spent some time reading in the hotel’s garden.

Servicen var meget sporadisk og til tider udpræget uhøflig dog var der en mandlig tjener ved morgenmaden som var meget smilende og service orienteret.

O hotel foi uma grata surpresa no meio da nossa viagem pelas Dolomitas. Ficamos por duas noites e a experiência, no geral, foi excelente. O quarto era amplo, super confortável, com uma varanda deliciosa e com amenities de ótima qualidade, tudo com muito cuidado e atenção aos detalhes.
O espaço externo do hotel é lindíssimo! Fomos no início de junho e conseguimos aproveitar bastante a piscina, que fica em uma área muito agradável, cercada de verde, com um ambiente de total tranquilidade. Vale muito a pena levar roupa de banho, mesmo se estiver de passagem rápida. A decoração dos jardins e da área externa é um charme à parte.
O restaurante também merece destaque. Tomamos café da manhã e jantamos por lá nos dois dias, e em todas as ocasiões a experiência foi ótima. O café da manhã é variado, com produtos frescos e de qualidade, e o jantar foi excelente, com pratos muito bem preparados. Além disso, o atendimento dos garçons foi simplesmente impecável: simpáticos, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar.
O único ponto de atenção foi o atendimento na recepção. Achei a recepcionista um pouco fria, sem muita disposição para dar informações ou mesmo para fazer aquele acolhimento inicial que faz diferença na chegada ao hotel. Comparado ao alto nível do restante da equipe, especialmente do restaurante, esse foi o único aspecto que deixou a desejar.
De modo geral, foi uma estadia muito agradável e que superou as expectativas. Com certeza recomendaria!

I give four star to this hotel, because of its good location and good food. It's easy get to the town center. We stay three nights(4person two rooms) here, everyday they changed dinner menu with four courses, they are quite good, especially the first and last day. There are also many choices for breakfast, fresh bread, fruit, fresh juice, ham, egg, milk... we can't expect more. BUT, the only disadvantage is room supplyment. They just gave us 2 bottles of water each room for total three nights, ok it's just small thing, but isn't it a general rule for 4 star hotel? replenish new water everyday? I can't understand it. The same thing happens to shampoo things. In general its a very good hotel, i think I will choose it again.
