Accueil très agréable de la part du réceptionniste. Chambre en étage comme demandé, lit grand et trés confortable ainsi que les oreillers. La télévision est un peu basse mais ça n'est qu'un détail, salle de bain avec baignoire. Double porte d'accès à la chambre. Par contre les cloisons sont minces. Petit-dejeuner très copieux. Nous reviendrons.

Reasonable hotel in a great area.

Just an overnight stop during a longer trip, to a reasonable hotel in a lovely area. I used to use the Campanile chain a lot many years ago, but this is only the second time in 3 years I have done so recently. Reception went well and I was given a twin room on the ground floor right next to the car park - it was a 'disabled' room with a 'wet room' rather than a shower, and also a connecting door into the next room, which thankfully was locked - I tried it! The room was clean but a bit sparse compared with previous experience - no kettle or coffee making facilities any more, got ot go to lounge and pay for it now. Aircon was almost silent but worked well, but the extractor fan in the wet room was noisy and would not switch off all night - oh, and the bed creaked every time I moved!.Also, that connecting door meant I could hear almost every sound from the room next door, luckily they were quiet. It was amusing when they first came in to their room, watching to see how long it would be until they sneakily tried the handle on the connecting door - about 2 minutes! I ate dinner elsewhere, but breakfast the next morning was tasty and plentiful. Plenty of free secure parking and a lovely area to explore - would have liked to have stayed longer. Overall, I felt the Campanile brand had dipped a little in quality over the years, but the price was still quite high.

Perfect for an overnight stopover on our way to Spain, the room was nice with adequate facilities. Restaurant good, with nice buffet, shame there were so many flies landing on the salads, a little more attention to this would have been good. However, happy with our stay & will hopefully stay again, would recommend.

Easy to locate overnight hotel.

Close to the motorway so fine for an overnight stop. It was easy to locate and only a 5 minute drive from Millau centre.
We have stayed in a modern Campanile hotel so found that the rooms needed updating although for one night were okay. Lumpy pillows need replacing.
Breakfast offered a variety of foods and coffee was freshly made.

Ey for the price can't moan and overall not bad

Overall good for the price, the area is up and coming with some restaurants still being built near by also the hotel is due a refurbish but overall not bad. The maids tried coming into the room before 9.30 without even Knocking on and the secure gate wasn't shut at 10pm like stated which was annoying as had my motorcycle locked up.

Run down and bug infested

The young man who greeted us spoke limited English but very nice. The room was bug infested with dead bugs on the desk and hopping black bugs on the curtains. There were bugs on the walls and ceiling. I went to the front desk and complained. He had the cleaning staff come in but they just wiped the bugs onto the floor and left. I left the hotel and booked a room at a nearby hotel in downtown Millau. I would not recommend this hotel and surprised that Travelocity offers this hotel when it is in such poor condition.

Convenient hotel located out of town

Major problem was finding the hotel as the GPS had us going round and round small streets some distance from the hotel. The staff informed us that people need to call the hotel and they will give the address of the shopping centre which is very close by - so the website needs to give a better location description for the hotel.

This was an overnight stay on our way to Spain and none of us could fault it. The food we ate was very good and reasonably priced too. The room was basic but warm and clean - what can you expect for the budget price paid. Overall, I would have no problem recommending this hotel for a short stay in the area.

Just needed somewhere to stay as a base for two nights while my wife and I attended a Notaire on personal business to sign a contract. This Hotel served our needs perfectly, it was clean and tidy with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, easy check-in and checkout.

Having travelled from Spain that day and endured the typical 'mad dash home' traffic jams at the Spain/ France border [year on year] we decided to break the journey in the panoramic setting of Millau We were able to visit the local town the following day and enjoyed a few hours there before setting off once more.In terms of the hotel it ticked all the boxes apart from the fact that the restaurant shut at 9.30 pm, there was an alternative over the road however which stayed open until 11.30 pm! An excellent breakfast enjoyed with beautiful mountain ranges in the background. Secure care park too.

Restaurant not open (no warning if this at time of booking)
Only option, as it is out of town, was the bowling alley next door.
That was understaffed with resulting poor service.

The hotel was certainly a good value for the money - the room was very clean and for a budget priced room it was a good size. I would recommend this hotel for some one travelling up around the Millau Bridge - I have driven over the bridge and wanted to see it from below and decided to stop on Millau on a trip back form Barcelona. The only \"\"problem\" is the hotel is a little hard to find - it is on the north side of town a little way.

A nice cup of tea!

I think I have already done this review once, but one of the things which impressed us most was to find a French hotel with coffee and tea making equipment in the room, and the other was the way the staff were willing to fill our thermos the next day 'avec plaisir'. We are now converted to Campanile!

Located just off the motorway in a new area surrounded by a supermarket/shopping complex. Rooms fine. Decided to eat in the restaurant which was good. However, the two excellent hardworking wait staff struggled to deal with the numbers eating there. Best croissants all trip at breakfast. Simply a place to sleep and shower.

The hotel met our basic needs, a bed, heat and a shower. Beyond that, it was not a place we would stay at again. Mind you, we were traveling and needed a place to rest for the day. That is what we got, nothing more.

Room was very tiny. Bathroom needed to be updated. Dirty grout, general feel of dirt and disuse.

As regular users of the Campanile chain, this is in our opinion one of the best. Charming staff, clean rooms and a better variety and quality of food. I know this is one of a chain but the quality of food in some of the others is a bit hit and miss, we don't want gourmet food when travelling but well cooked with good ingredients.

A nice family visit to the Millau Bridge

We chose this hotel as we are a family of 6 who wanted to visit the Millau bridge over 2 days. This hotel was in a quiter part for a good nights sleep! We had 3 single Beds in each room which are all very confortable and with the air condtioning could be as cool as you wanted. We had 2 great days visiting the bridge, we went under the bridge to the company site and visitied the tourist information site to the north, which had just been opened in 2009. We visited the ground level site and walked to the place were you can see over the road of the bridge, All places have free parking. Around Millau there about 8 places you can view the bridge from all with good free carparks.

L'hôtel est très propre. Mais inondation dans la salle de bain à chaque douche : pas de joint entre le bac de douche et la parroie vitrée, donc c'est une pataugeoire...
Odeur d'égout dans toute la chambre pendant tout le séjour... c'est pestilentiel et c'est très difficile de dormir dans ces conditions là.

La marge faite par Hôtels.com sur le montant de la facture est injustifiée, anormale et du coup inacceptable.
L’accueil a été très bien, mais le confort par rapport au prix est en dessous de mon attente.
Problème de chauffage, sas d’entrée manque d’herméticité.
Gros point noir pour moi, la gêne occasionnée par les odeurs de cigarettes provenant des chambres voisines via la salle d’eau gâche totalement le séjour.

Hotel bien situé, proche du centre ville de Millau et sortie d’autoroute. L’accueil du personnel est très bien. On nous a régler le souci de porte rapidement et conseiller sur les visites à faire. Les chambres était propre et bien insonorisée.
Le petit déjeuner était simple et bon. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Juste correct pour une nuit en transit

Le séjour était plutôt correct. Dommage toutefois de se faire refouler du restaurant de l'hôtel qui n'a plus de tables libres pour dîner, il aurait fallu nous proposer de réserver a notre arrivée.

L'hôtel est de première génération, l'isolation très insuffisante, nous entendions les pas de nos voisins du dessus, leur douche, leurs commentaires...

Le petit déjeuner était moyen, il manquait des jus de fruits, les deux machines a café en panne, et les yaourts manquaient de fraîcheur.
