Our arrival experience at Parc Hotel Miramonti was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had booked and prepaid through Expedia for two people, half-board, in a superior room with a mountain view. Despite this, upon arrival we were told that the reservation only covered one person and that we had to pay an additional €70. When we checked the hotel’s own website, the rate for two people with half-board was still showing about €100 less than what we were being charged.
When we reluctantly agreed to pay the €70 just to end the argument, we were then told we would actually need to pay €293 additional euros because the “rate had changed.” We were forced to pay this on-site, even though our Expedia reservation was already fully prepaid. Despite showing proof of payment, we were denied a refund. Staff said they would contact Expedia, but this dragged out for hours, and we were only able to check in after 8 PM and were not given a refund
Room Issues: The room we were given did not match what we had reserved and paid for, we had booked a superior room with a mountain view, but were placed in a standard room. Because I am 7.5 months pregnant and we were exhausted from traveling, I did not have the energy to argue further and resigned myself to what was provided.

The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. Stefania, the manager of the hotel, deserves special praise, she is a fantastic host and incredibly professional.

We really enjoyed our stay - the entire hotel has recently been remodeled, and the dinner and breakfast included were superb!

io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato qui 6 giorni usufruendo della colazione inclusa. L hotel è a sicuramente adatto a famiglie e over ma per i giovani non è troppo adatto anche perché nei dintorni non c è nulla.
La spa è piccola ma piacevole tuttavia è richiesto di NON indossare il costume e ciò ha generato imbarazzo anche perché ti trovi il giorno dopo a colazione con persone che hai visto il giorno prima in sauna Nude.
la piscina e l idromassaggio non abbiamo avuto modo di provarli perché sempre pieni di bambini e confusione.

Viaggio spesso per lavoro e ho visto moltissimi hotel, ma una struttura così ben gestita, curata e accogliente è davvero rara!
Il Park Hotel Miramonti, in provincia di Bolzano, è semplicemente sensazionale. Già all’arrivo si percepisce l’atmosfera speciale: ampio parcheggio, reception moderna e personale sorridente e disponibile. Anche se siamo arrivati tardi (dopo le 21:00), siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza. La signora alla reception ci ha spiegato tutto con calma, consegnandoci anche un buono per un massaggio e informandoci sull’offerta “Sfera”, lo snack pomeridiano tra le 16:00 e le 17:30.
Anche il personale di ristorante e bar è premuroso e professionale. Il cibo è delizioso, la colazione straordinaria: fresca, varia e curata nei dettagli.
La mia camera (n. 362) era spaziosa, moderna e pulitissima, con bagno grande e doccia ampia. Asciugamani, accappatoi e ciabattine di ottima qualità, tutto nuovo e piacevole al tatto. Il letto comodissimo, impeccabile.
Non ho provato la zona wellness e spa, ma sono certo che sia all’altezza del resto.
Due piccole note (da sorridere): c’è un solo ascensore, un po’ piccolo per la capienza – ma perfetto per muoversi un po’ 😄 – e il Wi-Fi, direi “romantico”: ogni tanto scompare, invitando a godersi il momento.

Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile, le camere sono molto grandi e pulite minuziosamente, la cucina è ottima anche se il vero top è la colazione per varietà di scelta e qualità dei prodotti offerti, la posizione è strategica per gli amanti del traking dato che si trova su un incrocio di più sentieri e la cabinovia dista meno di 10 minuti di auto. Confesso che al momento di partire sono andato via a mal in quote tanto che mi ero trovato bene.

Personale gentile e ben formato, camere pulite (no moquette) bagno grande , letto comodo, balcone grande, forse poco insonorizzata la stanza ma tutti i vicini sono stati bravi e silenziosi. Mezza pensione : colazione molto buona e varia, cena molto curata. SPA moderna, pulita e ben fornita; piscina esterna ed interna super; comodo alla fermata dei mezzi pubblici. Nella hall c’è anche un biliardo. Molte persone con animali al seguito, ma come se neanche ci fossero.

Fint hotell, trevlig personal. Rent och snyggt. Mycket god mat! Enda som behöver förbättras är att de behöver förtydliga vissa saker, tex önskade det att man förbokade att ha hund med till matsal men finns ingen information om detta på hemsida eller vid incheckning. Likväl att man skall förbeställa middag, vilket missade att meddelas vid incheck. Men allt löste sig på plats, blev bara lite snurrigt en stund, och vi hade en toppen vistelse!
Hotellet ligger mycket fint vid berget och nära att ta sig till vandrings leder med buss eller bil.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig zwischen Völs und Seis und bietet einen guten Startpunkt für Wanderungen. Das Hotel selbst könnte an einigen Punkten aufrüsten: beim Frühstück gibt es kein frisches Obst sondern Ananas aus der Dose, keine Milchalternativen, kein Lachs, das Dessert beim Abendessen kommt aus der Packung. Das Fitnessstudio ist ein kleiner Raum ohne Fenster mit alten Geräten, die rattern und mit einem Schlüssel gestartet werden müssen. Das Licht in meinem Badezimmer ging nur selten. Auch nach drei Anmerkungen an der Rezeption konnte es nicht repariert werden und ich musste das Bad im Dunkeln nutzen. Das WiFi funktioniert nur selten und auf Nachfrage liegt es - in jeder Wetterlage - am Wetter. Alles wunderbar! Superior-Zimmer top. Frühstück und Halbpension bestens mit großer Auswahl. Service im Restaurant exzellent, speziell Veronica! Leider kleine Abstriche beim Zimmerservice: 3x stand ein Zimmersercice-Mitarbeiter ohne zu klopfen bei uns im Zimmer! Das geht gar nicht. Und einmal wurde die Balkontür vom Zimmerservice offengelassen, so daß freier Zutritt zu unserem Zimmer ganztägig möglich gewesen wäre. Leider deshalb nur 9 Punkte, sonst 10 Punkte! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wenn ich ein Superior-Zimmer buche, gehe ich davon aus, dass es etwas größer ist und sich von Economy unterscheidet. Wir konnten das im Vergleich leider nicht feststellen und haben trotz Nachfragen kein besseres Zimmer bekommen.

Siamo stati in vacanza 12 giorni. Siamo estremamente soddisfatti dell'hotel, del servizio e...del cibo. Grandissima attenzione anche ai dettagli, soprattutto per la gestione delle intolleranze alimentari. È la prima volta che in Alto Adige chi è intollerante può mangiare (quasi) tutto. Hotel pet friendly. Posizione perfetta per accedere a tutte le gite. Sto pensando a cosa dire di negativo o almeno migliorabile ma non mi viene in mente niente.

Séjour globalement très réussi
L’hôtel est accessible à pied aux ballades côté Alpi di suisi mais aussi côté fiès. La partie neuve de l’hotel , qui inclus les chambres, est particulièrement réussie. La grande salle de restauration devrait suivre. Le seul bémol est une cuisine un peu trop quelconque par rapport à d’autres hôtel de ce standing.

Prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, der kostenlos nutzbare Bus zur Seibahn auf die Seiser Alm fast direkt am Hotel. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Essen war prima, am Morgen konnten die Gänge für das Abendessen gewählt werden.
Nicht so gut: WLAN funktionierte nicht gut, Matratzen viel zu hart, Kopfkissen sollten auch getauscht werden.
Die Kellner wirkten zeitweise unkoordiniert. Beim Frühstück wartete man ewig auf Kaffee.

Wir waren 1Woche da. In dieser Zeit gab es nur eine geführte Wanderung und die kostete pro Person 23 Euro.

Tolles Hotel in einer schönen Landschaft!
Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage! Von dort kann man super nach Bozen, Meran oder zum Gardasee fahren! Das Hotel hat ein sehr schönes und warmes Charakter! Das Design ist toll mit Holz und Moderne aussagestarker! Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und sehr sauber! Leider sind die Matratzen sehr hart! Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr vielseitig und die selbstgemachten Teigwaren sind einfach lecker! Das Kuchenbüffet am Nachmittag ist toll, vorallem der Apfelstrudel war top! Wir hatten zwar nur ÜN mit Frühstück gebucht, haben aber dennoch abends im Hotel gegessen! Die 4-Gänge-Menüs waren sehr lecker! Das Salatbüffet war vielseitig und täglich anders! Das Personal typisch italienisch ein wenig „chaotisch“ aber sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht! Das Wellness-Center habe ich leider nicht geschafft zu besuchen! Auf jedenfall eine Reise Wert!

Hotel grande, tipico per famiglie, a mezzoretta da Bolzano salendo verso l'Alpe di Siusi (non comodissimo se si vuol girare per mercatini di giorno, passare in hotel e tornare a BZ per cena - in quel caso sceglierei un albergo più vicino alla città).
Bella SPA, spaziosa, senza limite di cambio asciugamani, ma purtroppo aperta solo dalle 16 alle 19 (mentre la piscina è aperta tutto il giorno).
La prima notte c'era un problema con la caldaia e in camera faceva freddo. Non ce lo si aspetta da un 4 stelle, ma è giusto dire che la signorina in reception è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito una stufa elettrica.
Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Se tornassi chiederei una camera con vista sulla valle.
