Breakfast was amazing! The room was so cozy and the location was great. It was right on the corner so finding it was easy. Keep in mind there isn’t parking directly on site. It’s about 4 euro a night and the garage is about a 5 minute walk. I loved this hotel so much! We also took advantage of the hotels spa and it was wonderful!

We had an excellent stay: very friendly and supporting staff (they helped us also to organise our walking trips around the mountains!), excellent breakfast and also the room was clean and really comfortable.
Last but not least: easy parking nearby at an affordable daily price and they are really caring about the environment with an excellent plastic free products in the bathroom!
I definitely suggest to stay there and looking forward to come back.

We had a 4 pax room with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Very spacious and 2 bathrooms! We rented 3 same rooms and all had 2 bathrooms.
The location is right next to a no cars zone with shops and restaurants, cobbled stones.

80 euros to use the pool for 2hrs seems excessive for us to use , so we never did .

Overall it was a comfortable Hotel , but we won't be returning . .

After spending several days searching options in internet almost a month before our stay in the Saint Vincent area, we decided to book this property through Orbitz as we were interested in a facility with Pool for the kids and Sauna/Fitness for us and relax (similar to other facilities we have stayed in South Tyrol, Italy).

Using orbitz's filter, this property confirmed these amenities and did not show any information on additional fees (actually the orbitz page for this hotel also shows clearly extra charges for transportation and state tax fee for turism)

To our surprise when we showed up, we were told that Sauna and Pool 2 hrs use was 20 Euros per each person, even for our 2 kids 13 and 15 (more expensive that even here in Switzerland).

When asked why was not this properly explained in the booking site, instead of a Customer focus answer such as we will look into it and fix it, the feedback from Front desk was just: We cannot change Orbizte and it is not our problem. Really poor customer oriented attitude.

Despite the additional cost, my wife and I tried the \"spa\" which was also a disapointment as the wet sauna/steam room was not even working, the \"pool\" is not a pool but a \"hot tub\" or Jacuzzi at best, not cool water to drink after sauna, no towels.

I would really recommend the Hotel and Orbitz to review this information and add this clearly on the web page to avoid other people experience the same issue as we did.
Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Massive, new, comfortable rooms!

Huge room-I booked a superior room but it had an extra bed and a huge balcony with a view! The bed was ginormous and very very comfortable-perfect after a long day of driving en route back to the UK from Italy. Check in was easy-we didn’t use the spa as was €20 each extra but the room was very reasonably priced for the size of it! The bathrooms were also separate (toilet and shower) so would be comfortable for 3 adults sharing. The restaurant had lovely wooden features and a log fire (which wasn’t on as it was summer but very cute!) they even gave us a little jar of green tomato chutney as a parting gift! Lovely service -would certainly stay again! Thank you!

It is a very nice hotel. The menu is limited but the food is good. Parking is technically not on site and comes with an additional charge.

Spa and facilities are good but came with an additional charge.

The hotel stay was inexpensive so additional charges didn’t make a different to the overall cost to benefit and standard.

One thing, I couldn’t find any English speaking tv channels which is an observation and not a criticism.

Food is terrible. At 2 am I ordered room service. 3 option all sandwiches or salad. I ordered turkey salad. I got, two pieces of the cheapest sliced bread imaginable, cheap turkey and the worst tasting cheese all for 25 euros. No chips, no crisps, nothing. The best thing about this sandwich was the plate it was served on. I had a 2 course meal in the restaurant as well. Extremely mediocre. All in all, extremely disappointed and I not be back. This hotel only cares about driving their guests to the casino

Brief Overnight Stop in Picturesque Town

We booked a suite room expecting to be four persons, but finally we were just two, so the room was extremely spacious. We ate in the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed the fondue which was a reasonable price for the area. Parking was available in a nearby public carpark at a reduced rate for residents of the hotel. The hotel is situated in a small old and picturesque town and is very convenient for those using the Mont Blanc. The town would be worth exploring if you have some time. Staff were helpful and spoken French and English as well as Italian. We would certainly go back in the future.

Family holiday stay

Our family spent Christmas 2015 in Italy. Wanted to do some skiing and enjoy our holiday. The town was cute with enough food selections. This Hotel has been by far the best one we have stayed in. The front desk was very helpful and willing to help at all times. A few things we didn't like to much was, the spa and the price.We had a family of 4 so it got pricey.I feel some people used the spa easily for free and for me it really was not worth the price. The second was breakfast, it is your usual cold cuts, yogurt,cereal set up but there was an option for them to cook eggs for you which really wasn't advertised well and if you didn't know Italian then you pretty much stuck with the cold cuts. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay and I must say it will be a Christmas to remember.

Hotel did not honour reservation

The hotel booking made through hotels.com was not honoured by Best Western Alla Posta, as they had overbooked. The hotel instead made alternative accommodations for me in a nearby hotel - while I appreciate that such things happen, the alternative accommodation was not of the same standard (no pool, no spa, outdated rooms and a double bed instead of two twins). The change was also not properly communicated to me before arrival, when it was too late for me to make alternative arrangements. Had we known that we would be placed in a different hotel without a pool or spa, we would have chosen to cancel this booking altogether. Very unhappy with the reservation process and the lack of any real explanation from the hotel.

We had a wonderful three nights at this hotel. The rooms were small but designed well. The beds were comfortable and the feather pillows, a real treat. The staff was very friendly and the breakfasts were outstanding. The pink slippers were a nice touch.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was perfect, the staff were unbelievably helpful, and the restaurant was both good and affordable. This is an excellent location from which to explore the Aosta Valley. Breakfast was top end. Saint Vincent also proved to be a nice small town. The hotel is located next to a pedestrian shopping area. The only shortcoming of this hotel is an awkward car park a couple of blocks from the hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights and after a minor problem with the original room we were moved to a gorgeous suite.Very happy and impressed by staff and facilities.We decided on a hire car at last moment so the hotel car parking spaces were all taken but the underground car park is around 80 metres away and secure for only 6 euros for 24 hrs so no problem.

Great value hotel in good location.

Newly refurbished, this hotel offers great value for money, choose a comfort room and you get use of the wellness centre included ( normally 15 euros each person per day ). Note, the pool is too small for swimmers but is well equipped for therapies. Small family run hotel, staff are eager to please and all in all a very enjoyable stay. Only downside was the evening meal taken in a small dark dining room and we felt rushed by the waiting staff - food OK but portions fairly small however, they are currently building a new restaurant, so hopefully all will improve in the near future? Give it a try, St Vincent has lots of bars and restaurants to try?

We spent only one night in the Hotel Alla Posta and were impressed with the hotel and the restaurant attached to it. We were treated graciously by all the staff and given several tips on what to see in the area by the young lady at the front desk. The breakfast was delicious and ample with lots of home baked goodies. I would definitely stay here again! Very lovely small hotel!

L’hôtel est bien placée. Et la chambre était très belle.
Par contre, nous avons refusé de prendre le petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel car nos enfants (moins de 7 ans) devaient payer le prix adulte. Jamais vu cela. Même chose pour le sauna et autres. Adulte et enfants devaient payer des gros suppléments pour avoir le droit d’utiliser les infrastructures.
Finalement, si on voulait bénéficier du confort d’un 4*… cela dépassait le prix habituellement demandé pour un 4 étoiles.

Family room was spacious, in two floors. Our room was at top floor, besine church bell. Bells didnt bother too much, they wake 730 and last call was at 22
Breakfast was okay, but no super. We stayed full week on ski trip on that time no variations.
Parking was 4eur night on carage and storake locker for skiis was available.
We tested bath/sauna area 2sauna wirh relaxin pool with water massage and gym with multidevices. Both were as expected.

Room was clean with dayly cleaning and staff were nice and helpfull.

I found it relative easy to reach ski centers and visited cervinia&valldorance(30min) and motorway pila(25min) and la thoule(50min) with car.

I could stay here second time.

Pas mal mais perfectible.

Hôtel dans l'ensemble agréable mais défauts trop nombreux pour un quatre étoiles :

Il fait chaud dans les chambres et elles n'ont pas de climatisation 😬(de ce qu'a dit le personnel). C'est embêtant dans une ville au climat doux/chaud.

Nous avons eu une chambre standard (au début) mais avons dû rapidement changer car très bruyante. Elle donnait sur la route et on entendait les véhicules, les gens parler dans la rue, des bruits d'eau/toilette venant des autres chambres ou dès qu'un robinet était ouvert etc...
Pour 60€ supplémentaires nous avons changé de chambre et c'était mieux mais quelques défauts restaient présents comme le bas de la porte de la salle de bain qui était tout moisi à cause de l'humidité par exemple.

Le séjour a tout de même été agréable mais ces défauts ne sont pas admissibles dans un 4 étoiles.
Le personnel par contre est à l'écoute et rapide pour trouver des solutions.

Posizuone , pulizia, personale sia della reception che servizio colazione e pulizia camere cordiali e disponibili. Unico difetto la vasca da bagno, non so se solo la mia camera non aveva la doccia , ma è stato molto pericoloso fare la doccia perché ho rischiato di scivolare .

Dopo nemmeno 2 ore che avevo prenotato ho chiesto di disdire per un problema a lavoro, mi è stato negato, per aver tenuto la stanza NEMMENO 2 ore. Pccato era almeno la 3 volta che sceglievo questo hotel. Mai piu.
