We arrive at the Komatsu Airport at 9 PM. The Route-Inn shuttle picked us up a 9:15 PM and took us right to the hotel. The English speaking manager explained to us the details for taking the Route-Inn shuttle to the train station the next day. In the morning, we enjoyed the free breakfast buffet which had an excellent selection of food. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

部屋に入るとエアコンが付いてなくて、メチャクチャ暑かった。エアコンのコントローラーを探したがわかりやすい場所になくて、フロントに電話して聞くと、壁についています、と言われて先に電話を切られた。チェックインする事はわかっているのだから部屋のコンディションを整えておくのは最低限だと思う。オートロックで鍵が閉まるとエアコンも切れるように設定してあるようで、♨️に入って戻った時も部屋が暑くてスッキリどころかさらに汗をかいた。節電もいいが、ここまでするのは真夏の時期のサービスという観点からはマイナスだと思う。

新館でキレイでした。コーヒーを飲もうとした時にカスが溜まっていて交換の時間待ちました。たしかコーヒー飲めない時間があるので、その時間帯に交換しておいてもらえると待ち時間もなく良かったと思います。

和室に宿泊。部屋は広いですが、壁紙が剥がれたり古い感じは否めません。ですが、全体的に清潔でした。お風呂は気持ちよかったです。朝食は全て1人1テーブル、同じ方向を向いて食べるスタイルにしてあり感染対策していましたが、ビュッフェコーナーにマスクをしていない方が来てビックリしました。入り口には消毒と手袋と注意書もあるのに。入り口に係の方も居らず、コーナーの方も気がついていないのか注意もされていませんでした。その方と席が近く鼻をかんだりするので嫌な思いをしました。せめて入り口に１名チェックしてくれる方がいたらと思いました。
ホテルは安価で温泉にも入れるし、用事にも近くまた利用したいと思っています。
