I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was a little late for check-in, and I was unable to call, but the owner was very understanding. The hotel is very nice and clean. The food is also very good. The owner and his wife were nice and friendly and spoke very good English. When I arrived, I ended up sitting down with the owner and having a beer, and chatting away the better part of 2hrs. The room had an AC which was really nice. It was a nice quiet, safe hotel, and they honestly have the best price around. If they are not fully booked and your able to book a room here, I highly recommend it! I’ll be returning next time I’m in the area!

This was a great hotel! Mom and Pop feel. We checked in late around 8pm and still were able to grab a bit eat their restaurant which served an excellent dinner with a cold beer. Price of food was very good also. Room was very spacious, when I booked I only had one option (small room) but they showed me the bigger room which I took on the spot. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. No AC but cracked open the window and fresh weather made the room comfy. The morning breakfast was included and it was a wonderful spread. Very tasteful. Service at this hotel is A+++ you wont be disappointed. Parking included.

The hotel is close to a busy road and the small room is very small and very low, if you are over 5 feet, duck.

Although our overall impression of this hotel is excellent, the small room booked was extremely small. The owner did inform us of this when we arrived and offered us another room although we needed to pay much more than we had expected so we out up with the room booked. However the breakfast and service the next day was without doubt one of the best we have had. We travel a lot and visit many hotels throughout Europe. This one we will visit again but definitely book a bigger room.

I stayed at this hotel during a motorcycle trip to Lake Como, one of the places I wanted to ride was the B500 near Baden-Baden this hotel was an ideal overnight stay. My German is very poor but this hotel made me very welcome, the hotel is very comfortable and the breakfast is one of the best I have ever had at any hotel. I know it sounds wrong but apple pie for breakfast is a good thing don't turn it down. The owner also let me park my motorcycle behind the hotel away from the general hotel car park so that is was not accidentally damaged. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel.

Die Bewirtung war hervorragend. Alle kleinen und großen Wünsche wurden sehr herzlich erfüllt. Die Lage direkt an einer Kreuzung mit schnell fahrenden PKW und LKW hat sich als geräuschvoll entpuppt - mit Ohrstöpseln dann kein Problem. Frühstück nach allen Wünschen, die man haben kann, reichhaltig, liebevoll und lecker. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten WC und Dusche auf dem Gang. Selbst diese sehr sauber. Der Preis ist völlig angemessen.

Une étape en road trip, nous l'avons réservé pour bénéficier du sauna, qui au final était fermé, grosse déception. De plus la chambre réservée était apparemment trop petite donc bim 10 euros de plus. Sinon le cadre est charmant, on est choyé au niveau petit déjeuner et le personnel est sympa et accueillant. La bière est bonne. Chiens et fumeurs bienvenus. Attention on est à côté d'une nationale...

Das Einchecken war etwas ungewöhnlich und die Saunanutzung geht nur ab 3 Personen, aber sonst war alles gut. Prima Frühstück, herzliche Wirtsleute. Leider gibt es auch Minuspunkte, die erwähnt werden sollten: WLAN ist zwar verfügbar, aber nur Hotspot zu doch recht hohen Preisen. Das sollte in heutiger Zeit doch schon in allen Zimmern kostenlos verfügbar sein. Mit der o. g. Saunanutzung ist man natürlich bei 2 Personen (wie auch sonst, wenn man Motorrad fährt) ziemlich schlecht dran, wenn sich keine anderen Gäste finden, die auch gern schwitzen möchten.
Sehr positiv: Die Zimmer sind erstklassig, top sauber und in super Zustand. Die Sauna ist ein Schmuckstück und in einem traumhaften Zustand. Das geht wirklich nicht besser.

Ruhiger Aufenthalt am Fuße des Schwarzwalds
Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel und hatten alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und versorgt - die Lage ist sehr ruhig trotz Bundesstraße vor dem Haus. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und wurde bei Not auch üppig nachgereicht.
