The best part of this hotel is the breakfast room and breakfast. Unless you have a park view the rooms are dark and the carpets are worn and smell… the first room we were given smelled so heavily of a strong cleaner - as if someone had smoked… we rejected it. There is parking under the hotel for a price, convenient location… staff try their best…

Nice location next to city park! Parking was extremely tight and difficult! There was a great discrepancy between the Expedia projected price for our stay, as not expected breakfast buffet and parking fees doubled the final cost for our 2-night stay! The Expedia reservation we got mentioned instead that breakfast and parking fees were included! So, bad surprise when checking out at the end of our stay…

Nice venue, shame our visit was in January

The hotel was quite quiet being late January but it was clean and well organised like most hotels in Germany. The underfloor heating the room was nice.

Great hotel for a quick stopover in Germany

It was a very nice hotel.They even put out a dog bed and feeding bowls for my dog. She was most impresssed. It did feel a little bit soul less but apart from that I can't fault it. The room was big and comfortable, as was the bed.

Good Stay Overall- Clean and Simple Hotel

I found the staff here to be helpful and accommodating. That includes the restaurant staff. The room was clean and simple. There is no A/C but there is a fan in the room. The hotel is literally a short 5 minute walk from the train station, and it is central to several restaurants and stores. It was convenient to the Wurstmarkt. A short walk behind the hotel through the park gets you there. I have no complaints. Everything was good where the hotel itself is concerned. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I should say there is one downside and that has nothing to do with the hotel. During Wurstmarkt, in the evening teenage revelers spent 2 nights yelling and screaming outside of the hotel until the wee hours of the morning. (The police ended up coming out there the second night.) If street noise like this bothers you, ask for a room away from the street. I had room 253.

Close to Wurstmarkt

Excellent location very close to entrance to Wurstmarkt... but that also means high pedestrian traffic next to the hotel so noise level is high and balcony doors are not insulated well to dampen the outside noise. I would stay again for the proximity, comfortable room, with parking garage.

This is a nice hotel. I stayed over only one night but I was able to use the sauna and the pool. Both were good. The breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Bad Durkheim. Each room is spacious with amenities that are generally found in luxury hotels. We had robes, slippers, and a box of toiletries that helped to greet us to the room. The breakfast, which is included, was amazing. It had hot item, like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and mini frikedelle. It had a variety of breads and cereals. It had a fruit bar, a cold bar with salmon and cold vegetables. It had all manner of hot beverages from coffee to a wide variety of teas, plus juice and water. The staff were very inviting, friendly, and helpful.

This hotel desperately needs refurbishing.

The photo the hotel uses to promote itself is misleading. It shows the hotel overlooking the Kurpark, but in reality, very few rooms face the cure park. Most rooms face the interior, overlooking the roof of the parking garage, ours faced the street. The facilities are badly in need of refurbishment. The carpets in the hallways and in our room were disgustingly stained, and also discolored, causing us to wonder if there might be a mold problem. The railings on the balcony had severely peeling paint. And the toilet ran constantly during our two night stay. The price charged for the room would be appropriate for a much higher quality property. Out of the seven hotels we've stayed in on this trip, this was the worst, and by far the worst value.

Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und üppig, es fehlen nur Tablets zum Tragen.
Die Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. In der Badewanne fehlte der Stöpsel zum Baden und an der Duschstange eine Abdeckung.
Das Personal war überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Bar mit Sitzmöglichkeiten ist für das Verweilen angenehm eingerichtet.

Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und sollte hier und da ( Teppichböden!!!) mal erneuert werden.
Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet und in den Service Bereichen sehr aufmerksames und nettes Personal!

Gutes Hotel für einen Kurztrip

Die Zimmer sind einfach gehalten aber vollkommen ausreichend. Schrank, kleiner Kühlschrank, Safe, Tisch, Stuhl, TV. Die Matratze war gut.
Das Zimmer ist klimatisiert mir war es zu warm. In der Nähe ist die Kirche die macht ab morgens regelmäßig mit ihrer Glocke auf sich lautstark aufmerksam. Im Bad finde ich die Badewanne Dusche sehr hoch zum Einstieg bin am 2 Tag morgens ausgerutscht und fast Hingeschlagen 😅 Leider roch es im Bad auch etwas muffig und ich wollte nicht den ganzen Tag die Lüftung laufen lassen. War mir allerdings nicht so wichtig ich war eh nur zum Schlafen da bzw morgens 10 Minuten im Bad und abends 5.
Rezeption kann ziemlich voll werden. Parken im Hotel für 13 Euro pro Tag in der kleinen Tiefgarage möglich. Als wir nachts um 24 Uhr rein wollten war es voll aber wir durften beim Hoteldirektion parken, DANKE!🙂 Ansonsten ist das Hotel super gelegen, gegenüber ist die Straßenbahn Richtung Ludwigshafen 2 Gehminuten. Die Spielbank und der schöne Kurpark grenzen auf der andern Seite an. 5 Gehminuten zum Weinfass und nicht viel länger durch den Park zum Gradierwerk.
Schwimmbad und Gastro haben wir nicht benutzt aber es sah einladend aus.

500 EUR für 3 Übernachtungen mit FRühstück ujd Garage waren nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen,aber
für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie in dieser Lage angemessen.

Nicht zu empfehlen, leider....

Sehr verwohnt, Dusche nicht richtig Funktionstüchtig, nicht besonders sauber, musste als erstes den Hausmeister holen damit er die Gardinen wieder einhängt, dass sollte man eigentlich machen bevor der Gast eincheckt, Matratze in keinem guten Zustand, da stehen 4 Sterne, dass ist aber nur der Preis von über 100€

Wie viel Personal sehr gutes Frühstück. Leider aufgrund der Personalpolitik fehlt die absolute Sauberkeit. Man sieht es in den Ecken, aber Sanitärschwimmbad Sauna sauber – allein das ist schon ein Pluspunkt

Auch der Hund war kein Problem – wurde vom Personal gern gesehen.

Das Hotel ist durchaus zu empfehlen – zumal es mitten in Bad Dürkheim liegt und man alles schön zu Fuß erreichen kann

Zimmerservice only on request...!!!
Auf dem Zimmer sollte evtl. eine Speisekarte mit Preisen für alle angebotenen Gerichte ausgelegt werden.
Die Kirchenglocken vor 8 Uhr störten doch den Schlaf.

Lage ist top, allerdings was das Badezimmer nicht ordentlich gereinigt, Zahnpasta Reste vom Vorgänger, Duschgel an den Fliesen und ein Fleck über dem Toilettenpapierhalter.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und freundlich, das Personal im Restaurant, vermutlich aufgrund von Personalmangel, eher genervt und schnippisch. Eine auf dem Zimmer eigentlich übliche Kaffeemaschine hat uns leider gefehlt...die Location am Kurpark war prima und den Wellnessbereich hatte man fast für sich alleine

Das Hotel ist sehr schön aber leider ist die Lüftung im Bad sehr laut und es dauert auch lange bis wieder Ruhe ist.

Der Standort des Hotel liegt an einem ruhigen Park und man hat gute Möglichkeiten alle zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das Personal war freundlich. Schönes Zimmer, gutes Angebot. Tolle Lage, der Weihnachtsmarkt beginnt direkt vor der Tür. Der Bahnhof ist nicht weit. Schöne Aussicht in den Park. Leider waren die E-Ladesäulen ausser Betrieb und der Checkin war nicht so gut. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und wollten die Bahn nutzen. Das kostenfreie Ticket für den Nahverkehr haben wir erst nachdem wir eine Fahrkarte gekauft haben bekommen. Leider keine Entschuldigung oder wenigstens kostenfreies Parken im eigenen Parkhaus. Die Zufriedenheit wurde beim Check-out nicht abgefragt, was ich so von anderen Hotels nicht kenne. Insgesamt positiv, aber mit kleinen Einschränkungen.

An sich ist das Hotel total ok, sauber und das Personal gibt sich Mühe. Aber die Matratzen sind eine Vollkatastrophe, viel zu weich, wir hatten beide noch in der ersten Nacht Rückenschmerzen und wirklich kaum geschlafen. Wir werden nicht mehr dort hin gehen, obwohl sonst alles ok war.
