Das Achat-Hotel liegt zentral am Bahnhof, ist aber trotzdem recht ruhig. Die Zimmer sind gross, sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen, die Tiefgarage ist zu eng für grosse Fahrzeuge, aber es gibt hinter dem Hotel einen günstigen Parkplatz. Angenehm fanden wir die Möglichkeit, Wasser in Glasflaschen abzufüllen und aufs Zimmer zu nehmen. Der Wochenendpreis war sehr günstig.

Everything good as usual. AC in these temps would be nice. Lots of noise when window is open.
Shower is slippery and dangerous in the bath top like that. Don't see elderly people using it safely. Breakfast is great apart from the smokers by the outside tables next to the door. Overall very pleasant staying there. Close to the train station. Parking available underground or for free at Festwiese near by.

Sehr gutes Hotel im Zentrum von Neustadt / Weinstr

Wir haben das Hotel für 1 Nacht gebucht gehabt und
waren völlig zufrieden.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig im Zentrum und
in der Nähe des Bahnhof.

Es besitzt eine Tiefgarage [€ 10 / pro Tag],
die wir angesichts von Parkmöglichkeiten kostenfrei
am Samstag / Sonntag nicht gebucht haben.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber,
auch wenn die Einrichtung bereits etwas älter war.

Das Frühstück war trotz der Gebühr von
€ 15,50 pro Person sehr zu empfehlen,
da das Buffett super war [ es gab auch Sekt ]

Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Convenient, not special, breakfast too expensive

Hotel going thru lots of maintenance work, under cover garage very narrow, breakfast costs 17.50€ which is too much for what it is and compared to what you can get a bakery across the road. Rooms are ok, very dated but spacious.

Had a pleasant stay in your hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was excellent just few minutes walk to the town centre which made shopping for anything easy and enjoyable. Food was very good too and cater for all religion background. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Room much bigger than expected- wonderful balcony for view and air. Only disappointment the poor or no A/C- but we got that everywhere in Europe. Place very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Location in the city good- easy walking distance to all we needed and staff helpful. Excellent value***

Worth the drive

This hotel is certainly out of the way, situated a full hour drive from Krakow. A small portion of the drive is on major highways or autobahn, the rest is small country roads. However, the hotel is worth it, just plan accordingly. Our GPS said 30 minute drive, but actual drive was longer.
There were no conventions and few guests, so we received 2 full nights of rest. We ate dinner both nights in the restaurant and the food was delicious and full of flavor. Breakfast the next morning was outstanding, with superb, full-bodied coffee. Full service for 2 guests. One dinner our waitress did not speak English, however the menu is tri-lingual, so we were able to point and order.
We did not use the spa services.

Helpful Staff, great place to stay in Neustadt

My first time in Germany. Arrived by train and the front desk team was very helpful. Gave me a map and explained detailed what to see in Neustadt. The terrace is very nice, you don't even notice that you are in the middle of the city center. 60 minutes Internet for free. I paid 4,95 for 24 hours Wifi. That's ok. There was a business corner with a computer for free, that's a good thing too, as I needed to print some maps of where to go. No charge for printing!. Not new, but still looks nice. More seniors than younger couples. Everybody at front desk and service was nice and smiled. Middle of the city center. Not very big, but ok for two nights. No air condition.

Nice hotel, great breakfast,

Brief one night stay on a business trip, arrived late and left early, pleasant staff, good secure free parking and fantastic breakfast, huge choice buffet style. Room was very nice with good beds, a work desk and a decent tv, the only gripe would be that the bathroom had a slight waste smell, to be fair I did not mention this due to my short stay and I am sure they would have moved me if I had asked. I also chose a rate that included wifi, this worked by t-mobile access code on multiple devices, it also worked in Frankfurt airport on the way home which was handy.

Great location along the wine road!

We got an amazing room for what we paid. The breakfast was great and the views from the room over downtown Neustadt were awesome.

We were just across the street from all of the shops and restaurants so it was a nice getaway along the wine road. I will definitely come back!

there's no parking (except a pa per night lot under the hotel which is not included in the booking price) the internet also costs extra euro an hour and breakfast is not included/expensive. as long as you are prepared and willing to pay for extras it's a good stay

Vor dem Hotel nachts auf der Straße eine Gruppe von Leuten vor einer Bar die lautstark sich unterhielten und grölten. Habe mich beim Auschecken an der Rezeption darüber beschwert.
Der Preis war im Nachhinein eine Katastrophe. 177,-€ mit Frühstück, was Tage später für die Hälfte angeboten wurde.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist super, da findet jeder etwas! Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Teppichboden, Dusche in der Badewanne, etc.! Eine Renovierung wäre zeitnah nötig!

Wir haben zu dritt ein Zimmer gebucht, welches nicht vorbereitet war, es gab keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, bei über 30Grad im Dachgeschoss, 2 Hauptstraßen vorm Hotel und somit bei offenem Fenster selbst Nachts kaum aushaltbar. Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht, nur ist das Haus schon länger in die Jahre gekommen und sie konnten vielfach auch nichts machen.

Leider hatte das Personal wohl vergessen vor meiner Anreise um ca. 0.15 das Zimmer zu verdunkeln. Bei 35 Grad den ganzen Tag Sonne Fenster auf Kipp und nur Gardinen fühlte sich es an wie im Backofen

bitte nicht mehr buchen, liebes Reisebüro

Ich kann er nicht empfehlen, als wir um 19:15h Unsere Zimmer betraten,
blickte ich in ein nicht gemachtes Zimmer, Bettwäsche war abgezogen und lag
mitten im Zimmer rum, Müll vom Vorbenutzer lag auf dem Tisch und im Mülleimer noch rum.

Im Badezimmer lagen benutzte Handtücher noch auf dem Boden.

Als ich das Zimmer an der Rezeption storniert hatte, um ein neues zu bekommen,
kam absolut keine Reaktion vom Mitarbeiter – er nahm das so einfach hin und reichte mir
einen Schlüssel des neuen Zimmers.

Auf die Frage, ob man vielleicht mal eine Entschuldung aussprechen könnte wenn um
19:15h !!! noch nicht das Zimmer gemacht war kam nur ein Schulterzucken.

Im neuen Zimmer fast das gleiche Spiel, der Mülleimer im Bad war voll, u.a. mit einem
Roten gebrauchten Teebeutel, und ja zum Glück war es wirklich NUR ein Teebeutel.

Der Ventilator war locker 10 Jahre als und brachte bei der schwülen Temperatur nicht wirklich Besserung.


Dies ist nun das zweite ACHAT Hotel, was ich nicht empfehlen kann, nochmal zu buchen.

Soweit alles ok.

Personal freundlich, bedient aber erstmal die eigenen Putzkräfte (Stundenzettel prüfen und abzeichnen).
Das Hotel hat die besten Tage hinter sich und könnte mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Für eine Nacht ok. Tiefgarage ist vorhanden und sauber.

Contra: Einrichtung/ Ausstattung versetzt einen zurück in die 70er (also wirklich wirklich uralt) und wir haben keinen Hinweis bekommen, dass man für Housekeeping sich am Tresen für die einzelnen Tage eintragen muss und Garage recht schnell voll (es lohnt sich trotz „voll“ Schild nachzuschauen)

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. In dem Zimmer waren die Ecken des Teppichbodens weiß, d. h. staubig und teilweise mit Spinnweben versehen.
Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, die Altstadt Fuß läufig erreichbar .

Wir haben eine Nacht verbracht. Leider mussten wir bei der Ankunft feststellen, dass unsere Junior Suite, entgegen der Beschreibungen auf allen Internetseiten, keinen Balkon besaß. Für uns mehr als ärgerlich, da wir mit 2 Kindern (1Baby) gereist sind und dies für uns ein wichtiges Buchungskriterium gewesen ist. Ich finde es absolut nicht in Ordnung, wenn man dann in der Junior Suite mit einem Balkon wirbt!! Da alle anderen Suiten bereits belegt waren, konnte natürlich auch nichts mehr geändert werden. Desweiteren wurde die Tür zwischen den Schlafzimmer ausgehangen. Somit keinerlei Rückzugsort für Eltern, die nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag froh sind, wenn die Kinder ihren wohlverdienten Schlaf genießen können.
Da wir nur eine Nacht verbracht haben aber akzeptabel.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für Kurzurlaube aber völlig ausreichend.

Zentral gelegen

Das Hotel ist recht ordentlich, für mich drei Sterne, zentral am Bahnhof und den verschiedenen Hauptstrassen gelegen, daher mit geöffneten Fenster sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, das Bett hat eine eher harte Matratze, was mich nicht gestört, die Zimmer wurden renoviert, Duschwanne, ansonsten ist eine gewisse Patina unverkennbar. Ein Auszug ist vorhanden, klein und altersbedingt nicht schnell. Das hoteleigene Parkhaus ist recht günstig, aber für größere Fahrzeuge zu eng. Zusätzlich gibt es Parkplätze an den Strassen und einen öffentlichen Parkplatz, jeweils zeitabhängig gebührenpflichtig. Für das Angebot sind die Preis ziemlich hoch. Allerdings ist das Angebot an Hotels nicht üppig, da die Winzer eher ihre Ferienwohnungen vermieten wollen und höherwertige Hotels nicht genehmigen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und nah zur tollen Altstadt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings ist alles sehr sauber. Parken für 10€ in der Tiefgarage auch praktisch. Das Frühstück mit 19€ p.P. fanden wir zu teuer.

Zimmer etwas älter aber war Sauber. Restaurant nach meinem Geschmack wie aus dem Päckchen für den Preis hätte ich mir was besseres erhofft würde nicht nochmal dort essen. Das Hotel könnte man mit einer Renovierung bestimmt aufwerten.
