One of the reasons we stay here as we drive through is the cleanliness of this hotel. Although we arrive quite late, the staff member at the desk are always pleasant and the whole process is efficient and quick. We will continue to stop.

Not much in the area, but there are some restaurants in town and it is a short walk from the Wizard of Oz house, which is cute, if you want to stretch your legs. Breakfast included and was fine. If you need a clean, no frills, budget friendly, place to stop as you traverse the great plains, and are not bothered by functional but less than elegant decor, this will suit.

Asked for handicap room due to using a walker for broken foot. Didn’t get one. Floor in room was uneven, especially in area in front of sink and bathroom access. Had difficulty in shower area, cramped, so couldn’t use walker. Check in desk said no handicap rooms available, but on checkout we were told they were available and we should’ve asked for one. Room was dated but clean. Parking lot noise was TERRIBLE we didn’t get much sleep because of semi trucks pulling into park etc. AVOID , we won’t return.

The only reason I choose this hotel and paid double the rate of other hotels in the area was because it advertised itself as having a pool and hot tub, which I needed after 14 hours of driving. Upon check in I was told the pool and hot tub were out of service. Not sure if there's a conspiracy in KS, but every single time I've booked a hotel in Kansas I get told the same story when I arrive at the hotel, exhausted and sore and ready for a soak. Also, not the hotel's fault, but the whole town of Liberal, KS smells very strongly of cow poop. Luckily the smell is not inside the hotel. Anyway, if your pool and hot tub are out of service, you should let people know so they aren't disappointed on arrival, especially if they've paid extra just for those amenities.

The shower faucet was reversed (hit was cold, cold was scalding). I had to have my room cards reactivated twice. I came in one day and the front desk asked me if I was the one who reported seeing a bug. I said no and they asked if I’d been bitten. What kind of bug? I was a little freaked out but, I hadn’t seen a bug so, I just pretended it didn’t happen as my stay was just about over. I’d suggest staying across the street. It would cost probably double but, you won’t have to deal with this.

After being charged for my one-night stay by Expedia, I was also charged twice by the hotel. I am still waiting for one charge to fall off.
Expedia’s rate was higher than the hotel’s rate even after applying $9.99 from my rewards balance. Being charged more by Expedia left me feeling pretty sad. I’ve always trusted their rates.
Regarding the stay—The property was okay for a short stay. Bedding was clean, and bed was okay. Breakfast was good. Overall, not a terrible stay but there were some cosmetic repairs and/ or maintenance needed in the room I stayed in (damaged to wall in corner of room/ mold possibly).

It was perfect for our needs. Just an overnight stay. We got in late and the Concierge knew who was still open that would deliver a pizza. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, they allowed our dog, the room was reasonably priced and they served the usual continental breakfast. So, it was perfect for us. If you are looking for a working swimming pool and an updated look this one isn't your stop.

The propery seemed clean and fresh on the photos. The lobby looked fairly recently painted when we got there. But the hallway and room were dated and odd. The shower, put in presumably in the last upgrade, was too big for the bath area so they built a rounded wall around it that jutted into the room. Very strange.
When we arrived there were a bunch of people hanging out, outside and one playing \"music\" loudly from the car. We were a bit concerned about noise and safety but there wasnt really an issue once we went to bed.
The outside was not lit up and felt precarious walking in after dark. The hotel sign was dark as well, making us wonder if it was closed. It gave off a very unsafe feeling as you drove into the parking lot.
The bed was ok. Towels and sheets were clean. Blanket had repaired holes in several places but clean.

The hotel offered clean and comfortable accommodations. However, parking one’s car in the main parking lot is hazardous. However, it would be helpful if the hotel would warn guests when checking in about parking under their trees. Overnight, a flock of birds settled in above my parking space. In the morning my car was covered with fecal droppings, not a happy experience.
