Everything was amazing! Accomation clean and modern, quiet and kids happy on the slides and pools and lake. Not great if you want entertainment as there is no entertainment and only 1 restaurant/bar but for us that wasnt an issue. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff could not be more helpful! Always giving advice and offering the free shuttle to places for us. Completely amazing holiday!

A family and kids friendly hotel with ample activities for kids and everyone. Great and clean pools for elder and kids. Nice warm Jacuzzi pools to relax. lot of space to hang out and sit outs. The best part, beach is just at the end of the property, which is clean.
It would have been a cherry on top if they have food/drink services near the pool. View from the balcony is great.
We booked triple room which was pretty good for a couple and small kid. Only thing which was not clear while booking thru hotels.com, that there is no stovetop/hob in the triple rooms. It mentions about the cookware, dishware etc. but there is no point having cookwares if there is no stovetop. However, the room was equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The triple room size felt smaller than listed 30 sqm including balcony.
Suggestion is to book the apartment if travelling with family/kids and plan to have the option to sometimes cook. Please also note the option to eat out nearby is also limited.

Our second time at this location and once again did not disappoint. The amenities are excellent, pools clean, with new hot tubs which we all loved. Great access to the lake and lots to keep our two young boys amused.

Loved the new restaurant as well, good food with great views - only one suggestion would be to offer something during the morning and lunchtime downstairs at the new location which is more affordable for families (bar lunch menu perhaps?), similar to what used to be offered. But that's a minor gripe.

Will be looking to come again at some point. Fully recommended.

Great location on Lake Garda

We were really surprised by the quality, cleanliness and facilities offered by this property, we had a great stay and would have stayed longer had they not been fully booked. Fantastic views made even better by the cheap hire of kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake. Highly recommended.

Excellent location. Lake access is great. Pool is great. Not too busy. Easy to find sun loungers. You can hire paddle boards and kayaks. Jump off the jetty etc. Cafe is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay. Definite wow-factor outside. Although you need a car as there is nothing really nearby. But the accommodation is pretty basic with the apartment redecorated but unable to hide the fact that everything is a bit dated. If the inside was as nice as the outside I would return !

Accommodation was comfortable, clean and a good size. Every room has a balcony with a lovely view of the lake. The grounds/pool areas were lovely-very clean and well-maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great holiday but the only slightly negative comments would be:
1) the accommodation would benefit from a grill and/or oven
2) a massive drawback was there were no toilet facilities by the pool; we had to go back to our apartment (on the 1st floor and we have 2 children). We could use the restaurant but only if we were dry.

Terrific Week!

This place was a real joy. We booked the superior 2 bedroom apartment and it was spacious and exactly what we were hoping for. The grounds are well kept and at least when we were there (late May) were not crowded at all. The staff was great and very helpful. Overall, brilliant for a family break.

Of course, no place is perfect so these are the things that we think you should consider when booking: there is nothing in the immediate walking distance. This place is quite isolated and you MUST have a car to get in/out of the resort. There is a small restaurant in the hotel but it's nothing special so for dinners/lunches you must drive. It didn't bother us but some might find it important. Also, there is a small charge for baby cot. Just another small thing to be aware of.

Hotel on shore of Lake Garda, great views

Stayed in a 2nd floor two-bedroom apartment. Lovely views of the lake and mountains. Gardens were beautiful and well looked after. We enjoyed time at the pool and swimming in the lake which is accessed from the gardens. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. Never crowded at the pool and there were always available sun loungers. Had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Great apartments overlooking the lake

Stayed 8 nights at self catered apartment overlooking the lake - the bedrooms had a/c whereas the rest just a fan which was fine as the apartment had a good breeze once patio doors opened. There was a restaurant open 2hrs at lunch and dinner and the food was very good (wide choice for vegetarians). Pools are clean and plenty of space for all residents

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und weitläufig. Es ist alles sehr sauber und die Zimmer werden gründlich gereinigt. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und in jeder Situation hilfsbereit und es wird eine Lösung gefunden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Shuttle Service innerhalb 10 km. Einfach klasse!
Zu Fuß kann man leider kaum etwas erreichen, man ist auf das Auto angewiesen. Im 3 km entfernen Ort Monigha gibt es gute Restaurants und einige kleine Geschäfte.
Das SanSivino ist ein gut geführtes und herzliches Hotel.
Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die etwas strengen Regeln im Pool. Man darf z.b. kein Wasserball dort spielen. Dies ist nur im Baby Becken erlaubt was aber viel zu klein ist. Hier könnte man an Tagen wo im Pool wenig los ist ein Auge zudrücken.
Aber darüber kann man bei dem sonst wunderbaren Hotel mit Wohlfühl Atmosphäre hinwegsehen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lugnt och stillsamt boende

Ligger fint beläget vid Gardasjön. En underbar utemiljö med fina poolområden och en fantastisk grönska. Trevlig personal som är måna om hotellet och oss boende. Tyvärr hade vi ingen möjligt till att själva kunna laga mat, vilket vi trodde. Eventuellt hade vissa andra den möjligheten. Fanns en restaurang och pizzeria i närheten.

Unser Urlaub war klasse! Wir haben den Ausblick vom Balkon jeden Tag genossen. Es standen dort auch Liegestühle und ein Wäscheständer zur Verfügung, was sehr praktisch war. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Möglichkeit, Strandliegen auszuleihen war toll. Durch die kleine Küchenzeile konnte man sich unabhängig verpflegen, wenn man wollte. Es war ordentlich und sauber und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Manerba ist als Urlaubsort auch sehr schön und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Tolle Anlage mit sehr schönem Zugang zum See. Apartments geräumig, mit Balkon, Blick zum See und klimatisiert.
Für Kinder schöne Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Beachvolleyball, Minigolf, Tischtennis).

Die Balkontür bräuchte außen einen Griff damit man sie zuziehen kann, ansonsten hat man nachts viele Mücken im Zimmer.
Licht am Balkon wäre vorteilhaft.
Die Ablage in der Dusche ist sehr hoch, für Kinder schwer erreichbar.
Wasserqualität in den Whirlpools war nicht gut.

We were travelling with a toddler, which made moving from the hotel difficult. Foodwise, there aren't many options, especially for breakfast. If you want to buy vegetables or fruit, you need to drive to the city. The kids pool has a depth of 80cm, which was too deep for our toddler. The quiet pool wasn't really quiet. Despite the signs, there would be always teenagers around, who would jump and scream.
On the other hand, the place didn't feel too crowded, you would always find a place to lie or to swim. Right next to the lake. The playground was also nice.

Das Apartment und die gesamte Anlage sind hervorragend. Sehr gepflegt und es hat viele Freizeitangebote wie Minigolf, Kinderspielplatz, Tischtennis, Tennis etc. Man hat einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz und in der Apartmentküche fehlt es an fast nichts. Das Elephant Restaurant und die Pizzeria sind sehr zu empfehlen. Es hat aber ansonsten nicht viele Essensmöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft ist leider sehr hellhörig.

Schöne, abgelegene Anlage direkt am Gardasee

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit direktem Zugang zum Gardasee und schöner Poolanlage. Aufgrund der aktuellen Pandemie konnte das Restaurant der Anlage nur auf Voranmeldung besucht werden und war entsprechend ausgebucht. Die Pizza „to go“ wird als Alternative angeboten.

Gardasøen til god pris og aktiviteter

Rigtig fint hotel med flot udendørsområde med flere pools og grasarealer med super mulighed for at nyde solen på solsenge uden at ligge op ad andre.
Fedt med mulighed for bordtennis, tennis og kano/padelboard ture.
Hotellet ligger ikke i særlig centralt, men en kort biltur fra flere hyggelige gamle byer.

Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer online gebucht und zuerst ein ziemlich ekelig stinkendes 6 Personen Appartement bekommen, war wohl das letzte freie Zimmer.
Bei der Reklamation am nächsten Tag wurde uns sofort ein Doppelzimmer zum Tausch angeboten. Offenbar war der Geruch (wäre wohl von den Vormietern) bekannt gewesen. Warum spielt man nicht mit offenen Karten, wir hätten dann selber entscheiden können, ob wir das Zimmer für eine Nacht nehmen. Da wir den Geruch erst abends im Schlafzimmer festgestellt haben (dort war es besonders schlimm), hatten wir keine Chance mehr zu wechseln oder ein anderes Hotel zu suchen.
Sonst waren die Appartements ganz ok, nur sehr hellhörig durch den Zugang über ein offenes Treppenhaus.
Frühstück für 12 € war einigermaßen ok, aber nicht wirklich
umfangreich.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt.
Sehr enge Tiefgarageneinfahrt und enge Parkplätze, leider keine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit vor der Tür.
Das Restaurant hatte nur eine ganz geringe Speisenauswahl (lag vielleicht an der Nachsaison) und war recht teuer.
Fußläufig in der Nähe haben wir nichts gefunden, so dass man immer mit dem Auto fahren musste.

Wir hatten ein Appartment für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind mit Zustellbett. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, leider war keine Herdplatte und Töpfe in unserer vorhandenen Küche integriert. Die Einrichtung ansonsten war in Ordnung . Die Wohnung war sauber, wir hatten keine Beanstandungen.

Dejligt familie sted. Men også for lidt modne par.

En super oplevelse, perfekt beliggenhed med flot udsigt over søen fra de fleste altaner. pænt, rent og velholdt selv om det tydeligt har nogle år på bagen. Det er oprindeligt små lejligheder med køkken, vores blev dog lejet som værelse perfekt med mikro, køleskab, brødrister m.m.
Alt i alt det perfekte sted at være for dem som vil slappe af. Men skal der ske mere så skal bilen i brug for at komme til de lidt større byer,

Utmerket beliggenhet, rolig område med flere bassenger samt direkte tilgang til (stein)strand med brygge. Meget imøtekommende stab og romslig leilighet (2 soverom). Mulighet for rimelig leie av sykler, SUP og kajakker med utstyr. Eneste ankepunkt må være at det er et stykke til nærmeste cafe/restaurant hvis men vil spise middag med ute med mindre barn. Nyåpnede The Elephant restaurant på området er meget bra men har ikke en meny som egner seg spesielt godt for mindre barn. Dette er definitivt et hotell å komme tilbake til!

Dieser Urlaub war ein Glücksgriff! Wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Das Sansivino ist eine gepflegte Anlage, die für jeden was bietet. Der Poolbereich ist großzügig und einladend. Ein großes Plus ist der hoteleigene Zugang zum Gardasee. Es gibt eigentlich nur zwei kleine Punkte anzumerken, die der sehr guten Gesamtbewertung aber nicht schaden: Das Frühstück ist zwar sehr üppig, es wird auch immer sofort bis zum Schluss nachgelegt - aber irgendwie fehlen Abwechslung und frisches Obst. Außerdem liegt die Hotelanlage ziemich weit außerhalb. Ohne Auto gelangt man kaum in den nächsten Ort. Aber wie gesagt: Im Rahmen der Gesamtwertung sind das Kleinigkeiten. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Ankunft: Freundlicher, netter und kompetenter Empfang. Alles wichtige wurde sofort erklärt! Und bei Bedarf weitere Hilfe angeboten.

Zimmer: Sauber, geräumig, voll ausgestattete Küche. 2 Klimaanlagen, 2 Bäder. 2 LCD TV, 3 Deckenventilatoren. Terrasse mit Blick auf den See.

Anlage: Super sauber, groß, 3 Pools, Wasserrutsche, Minigolf, Tennis, direkter See-Zugang, 2 Grillplätze, reichliche Anzahl an Liegen.

Lage: Ruhig! Keine Turi-Hochburg, was uns sehr gefiel! Größere Städte: Desenzano, Sirmione, Peschiera, da ist Trubel genug!!!

Det var 2. gang vi boede på San Sivino. Skønne pools, skønne spaområder, fone gratis aktiviter som bordtennis, tennis og minigolf. Lejligheden er pinlig ren og køkkenudstyret skinnende rent. Aircondition er inkl i prisen. Der er livredder ved den store pool og en tidlig morgen lagde jeg mærke til at der blev taget prøver af vandet i diverse pools. Meget betryggende. Hver morgen og sen aften bliver plæner og blomster vandet så alt fremstår grønt og frodigt. Pools er åbne til 21.30 stort plus når man kommer lidt sent hjem efter udflugter eller bare trænger til en kølig dukkert sent om aftenen. Restauranten har en god standard og det er muligt med “take-away”. Alt i alt dejligt sted med eksemplarisk styr på alt.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Appartment für 3 Personen, modern eingerichtet, neuwertige Geräte, Größe gut, Ausblick aller Zimmer auf die Poollandschaft, die wirklich große und sehr gepflegte Parkanlage und den Gardasee.. fantastisch. Hunde sind herzlichst willkommen, Personal immer und durchweg super freundlich und entgegenkommend. Klasse ein großes Lob dafür. Sehr geeignet für Pool- und Badeurlaub. Alle Spiel und Sportgeräte zum Ausleihen. Frühstück war gut. Kleiner Nachteil: Etwas abgelegen von den Orten Moniga und Manerba. Mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad zu erreichen.

. Wir waren überwältigt von der Anlage. Die Poollandschadt mit Blick auf den See ist einfach nicht zu tippen. Das komplette Team von der Rezeption über das Restaurant bis zum Zimmermädchen und die Gärtner ist unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Das Restaurant/Frühstücksfaum Sint auf den ersten Blick von der Bestuhlung her etwas kühl, doch nach kurzer Zeit fühlt man sich einfach durch die netten Service Kräfte super wohl. Das Essen ist klasse auch das Frühstück ist gut und wird dauernd nachgefüllt. Wir kommen wieder!

Gutes Aparthotel mit kleinen Schwächen

Wir waren für ein paar Tage zu Zweit im Apparthotel San Sivino.
Bereits bei der Ankunft begrüßte man uns sehr freundlich und nahm sich Zeit uns alles genau zu erklären.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut eingerichtet (etwas in die Jahre gekommen). Das Bad ist ebenfalls von der Ausstattung ok. Als kleiner Hinweis - die Zimmer werden nicht jeden Tag gereinigt, wie man es von Hotels kennt, was jedoch für uns kein Problem war.
Der Garten wird gepflegt und die Poollandschaft samt Whirlpool (3 an der Zahl und 2 beheizt) laden zum verweilen ein. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Zugang zum See (auch interessant für Bootsbesitzer / Boje 25,-€ soweit wir mitbekommen haben).
Wir hatten die Unterkunft mit Frühstück, welches eher durchschnittlich ausfiel. Hier könnte man gerne eine größere Auswahl anbieten.
In der Umgebung ist nicht viel los, was jedoch wieder für Ruhe & Erholung spricht. Mit dem Auto war alles in gut 5-10min zu erreichen.
Wir fanden den Kurzurlaub positiv und würden das Apparthotel empfehlen.

Alles da was man braucht und direkte Strandlage

Ich und meine Freundin sind eigentlich ohne große Erwartungen an den Gardasee gefahren. Wir sind entlang der Ostküste bis zur Südspitze und dann entlagn der Westküste wieder hoch zum Hotel gefahren. Je weiter wir in den Süden bzw. zum Hotel kamen desto besser gefiel uns die Landschaft. Beim hotel angekommen waren wir Überrascht. Überdachte Parkplätze für fast alle Autos und die Hotelanlage machte einen sehr sauberen Eindruck, was man auf den ersten Blick sagen kann. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und man wurde auf Deutsch begrüßt, damit lief der Check In reibungslos und wir bekamen noch eine einfache Erklärung, wie man zu unserem Zimmer kommt. Gesagt getan, Schlüssel ins Schlüsselloch, Türe auf und rein ins Zimmer. Was uns erwartete war ein sehr sauberes, großes und freundliches Zimmer mit seperatem Badezimmer/WC. Alle Zimmer besitzen einen großen Balkon mit Seeblick und Blick auch auf den \"Innenhof\" der Anlage, dem Pool- und Liegewiesenbereich. Ein Kleiner Weg führt hinunter zum Gardaseeufer, wo man auch über einen Steg ins Wasser gehen kann. Alles in allem konnten wir dort sehr erholsame Tage verbringen und waren sehr begeistert von der Sauberkeit der Anlage.

Um den Gardaseen ist es natürlich wünderschön.
Wir haben kurzfristig über Ostern gebucht, da ist es auch noch sehr ruhig in der Anlage.
Ansonsten sind die Appartements sehr hellhörig.
Aber mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und direkt am See gelegen.
Parkplätze direkt bei der Unterkunft.
Sehr großzügig, mit gepflegtem Pool- und Aktivitätenbereich.
Große Rasenflächen zum Sonnenbaden mit Liegestühle nach Verfügbarkeit.
Freibadatmosphäre.
Frühstück unerwartend gut. Personal sehr freundlich.
Für uns etwas zu Außerhalb, da keine Möglichkeit zu Fuß Restaurant oder Geschäfte zu erreichen.
