The bunk bed broke and they were unable to fix it or move us to another room. We had to sleep on the floor. The only compensation was the 7 euros of tax still owed.

The grounds are well kept and the pool is large with plenty of sun beds. Breakfast is excellent. Room was clean and spacious but the sofa bed was broken (the night reception tried to fix it but couldn’t) and there was no cutlery or glassware and only 1 cup.

Die Anlage ist schön, aber schon teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sehen teilweise stark gebraucht aus. Das Personal ist größtenteils sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Nachdem die Küchenzeilen zurück gebaut worden sind, ist es für Familienurlaube unattraktiver geworden.

Das Lake Garda Resort in Moniga del Garda hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die engagierten Putzfrauen , Gärtner und Handwerker sowie der gepflegte Poolbereich. Negativ: sehr abgelegen, extrem kleines Zimmer für unsere Familiengröße, viele Defekte (Türgriff, Schlüsselkarte, Kühlschrank), eine unbrauchbare „Küche“ ohne Spülbecken oder Herdplatte, schwaches Frühstück mit defekten Kaffeemaschinen und kaum Auswahl. Ohne Auto kaum erreichbar. Für uns kein Vier-Sterne-Standard – wir würden nicht wiederkommen.

Vil på ingen måder anbefaler andre at overnatte der. Værelserne er slidte. Der kom vand ud af aircondition i stuen, hvilken gjorde at sengen i stuen blev våd i løbet af natten - dette var personalet ligeglad med! Der var snavset. Håndtaget faldt også af døren og sovesofaen gik i stykker.

Hotel ligger uden for byen oppe i et stille bolig område med udsigt over olivenmarker på den ene side. Få lejligheder med udsigt til søen.
Da vi ankom til Resort hotellet blev vi venlig modtaget af personalet. Vi fik vores lejlighed som var pænt og rent. Der var the-køkken med køleskab og mikroovn men ingen håndvask eller service? Dvs. ingen glas, tallerkner eller bestik. Det stod vi lidt forundret over for der var masser af plads til dette. Det koster så 50 euro om dagen at leje. Meget dyrt for noget der ikke koster meget for hotellet.
Morgenmad var inkluderet og ligner et international morgenmadsbuffet og var ok. Man kan tilkøbe sandwich i baren til frokost, men ellers ingen bespisning. Sodavand koster 5 euro.
Svimming pool var stor og der var rigelig plads med at være i vandet og med ledige liggestole med parasol. Det var ikke nødvendig med at lægge håndklæder, som er en total dårlig stil af os turister de fleste af steder, man møder frem til.
De havde 2 ladestationer til vores el-bil, den ene virkede dog ikke og den anden var virkelig langsom. 4-5 kWh ladning i timen, så en nat ladning er slet ikke nok. Det koster 25 euro for 24 timers ladning, som betales i receptionen. Men det er godt de har en ladestation for det er ikke mange Supercharter de har ved Garda søen. Der er 2 supercharter omkring A22 ved Affi, så det kunne være bedre. Der er dog flere langsom lader på omkring 11 kWh eller mindre omkring søen, så der skal planlægges lidt.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist kein Luxushotel. Aber es war genau das, was wir wollten.

Kjørte de 3 ganger gjennom, og da var de så vidt varme. Juice og kaffe på maskin. Juice som bare var ren konsentrat, og kaffe som både lukta og smakte alt annet enn kaffe.
Snackbar som serverte en OK pizza, men samme meny i snackbaren som til middag, så heller ikke her var det mye å skryte av.

Nossa estadia correu bem, consegui mudar para um quarto mais novo e amplo proximo a piscina, com vista para o lago. O serviço de recepção foi excelente, muito simpática a funcionária que nos ajudou.
Apenas achamos que a limpeza precisa ser melhorada.
E temos uma sugestão para oferta de produtos sem gluten ou free lactose para p cafe da manhã.
No mais nossa estadia foi muito boa.
