Very clean apartment, nice lake view, peaceful and quiet. Kitchen had all the necessities , AC worked perfectly , wifi was fast.
I had the Terrae Suite and it was cleaned daily.
Luca from reception was nice, polite , professional and respectful .
There is parking on site. Also, a bus station right in front of the hotel.
Taxi to the train station in Desenzano was 12 Euros.
Be aware that this is 10 min walking distance from Desenzano . We loved walking to Desenzano every day, but others may find it inconvenient. We caught the bus from San Anelli ( Porto ) station to Sirmione, Peschiera and Verona.
I hope to return one day, especially when is warmer, so I can enjoy the beach .

Avoid this place – total scam. Nothing matches the photos or descriptions.

Room: Paid for a balcony/sea-view in the main building but got dumped in an annex up a steep hill. Impossible with a pushchair, unsafe for kids, and noisy at night.

Parking: Told not to use the top car park (even with toddlers) and forced to park in a muddy lot below.

Cleaning: €30 per “clean” meant just changing sheets. Took 3 days to fix after complaints. Had to empty our own bins. Told that there are no fresh towels or toilet roll unless you pay for this clean.

Services: No shuttle. It’s a 30-minute hike to Desenzano, not 15–20 mins. No room phone, staff don’t answer mobiles. In an emergency, you’d be stuck.

WiFi: Cuts out at night, barely works in the day.

Restaurant: Only pizza, stops serving at 8:30. They advertise lakeside dining that doesn’t exist.

We recently stayed at this property and were quite disappointed with the overall experience, especially given its 4-star rating. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that our suite was located uphill in a separate set of buildings far from the main area. The property seems to have two distinct sections, and we were placed in the last one — which was incredibly confusing to access, especially with luggage.

When we politely asked to change rooms, the staff was unhelpful and borderline rude, telling us it was not possible without any real explanation. Unfortunately, this lack of hospitality continued throughout our stay. We also asked for help arranging transportation from the hotel to the city, and again, the staff was dismissive and not helpful at all.

That said, I must give credit where it’s due: the natural beauty of the surroundings is truly breathtaking. The views and peacefulness of the area are exceptional. Also, the staff at the restaurant were very kind and welcoming — a much-needed contrast to the rest of the service.

However, for a 4-star hotel, we expected more. Our room wasn’t cleaned during the two nights we stayed, and basic standards of service were simply not met. It’s a shame, because the location has great potential, but unfortunately, the management and service fell far short.

Accommodation was great for what we needed, views from accommodation very beautiful. Staff in Reception very good and helpful. One of the main men in the restaurant obviously didnt like non Italian guests and made us feel uncomfortable and an inconvenience. Apart from that we had a great stay.

We had a good stay at this property, but didn't feel like it was a great value. We had minor issues in our room (the AC would stop working some nights and the sink was wobbly). We felt a little nickeled and dimed that there was a kitchen but no sponge and dish soap. Online it said there was a free shuttle into town, but it was 8 euros round trip.

The view from the property was lovely and the breakfast was wonderful. We had good interactions with the staff and everyone was kind. Our room had plenty of space and we slept well.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great area that was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was fantastic and worth it. A bit out of the main town and about a 20-30 minute walk to cafes and shops but there is a shuttle to the train station/town for €5 per person. Highly recommend this place for a stay.

Great for a family with toddler. Great location, nice atmosphere, well run, locely staff... would highly recommend the ebikes. Only negative we had a superior 1 bed apartment and stayed for 4 nights. There was no cleaner during our stay, with little goods to clean the apartment makes it a little diifficult

This is a nice property for a family holiday but a good 3 stars and not 4 stars as advertised (not even close). Staffs are friendly, food choices are limited, especially for breakfast, and always scrambled eggs and bacon as warm options and nothing else! They offered us a room which was supposed to be a lake view but it was the garden view and you could have a glimpse of the lake if try very hard! The bathroom is basic and the shower drain was blocked and flooded the whole bathroom on day one! It is ok overall but don't expect a 4 stars hotel room.....

Leckeres Frühstück mit guter Auswahl, saubere Anlage sowie Zimmer, sehr Hundefreundlich (unser Hund durfte überall mit hin), Lage direkt am See toll, allerdings ist man zwingend auf ein Auto (Leihfahrräder auch vorhanden) angewiesen, wenn man nicht ewig in die Stadt laufen möchte. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung (konnte für 30€ extra gebucht werden oder 9€ für neue Handtücher) war bei uns nicht inklusive, was uns vorher nicht klar war. Insgesamt aber toller Aufenthalt!

Tutto perfetto: dalla struttura elegante e ben curata al personale cordiale e professionale. Le camere sono spaziose, pulitissime e con ogni comfort. La cucina è superlativa, sia per qualità che per varietà. Atmosfera rilassante e attenzione ai dettagli. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza indimenticabile! Torneremo sicuramente.

Helt grei plass. Vi ikke si hotelstandard. Vi fikk en leilighet for funksjonshemmede og når du dusjet var det vann overalt. Toalettets vann var ikke lett å få av.Området var vakkert og restauranten lå fantastisk til og hadde nydelig mat. Nb solsenger ved sjøen må leies.

Location molto bella e personale gentile, una volta arrivati nel monolocale superior prenotato all aspetto bello ma odore non gradevole... E la cosa peggiore per nulla insomorizzata si sentivono tutti i rumori e discorsi delle camere vicine. In più siamo stati anche molto sfortunati e ci siamo ritrovati un finestrino dell auto rotta a causa di ladri entrati nella struttura...

Mit dem Frühstücken könnte man flexibler sein. Nicht jeder möchte für 18€ vom Buffet essen. Manchen langt auch nur ein Espresso und ein Stückchen. Dieses könnte man dann auch gesondert abrechnen.

Aber sonst sehr gute Anlage mit sauberen und modernen Zimmern. Rezeption ist total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Karte für Abendessen ist sehr vielfältig und essen schmeckt auch sehr lecker. Preise sind gegenüber Restaurant in der Stadt sehr human.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt .
Das Apartment war sauber und sehr schön. Die Küche ist sparsam ausgestattet, es gab keine Kaffeemaschine.
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Blick von der Terasse auf den See . Sehr gut auch die Möglichkeit des Restaurant und der Bar.
Das Gelände ist gepflegt und großzügig angelegt.
Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen.

7 Nächte haben wir in der Unterkunft verbracht, eine gepflegte Außenanlage und nettes Personal, das negativ für fast alles muss zusätzlich gezahlt werden sei es die Zimmerreinigung, neue Handtücher oder die Sonnenliegen am Strand. Ich würde das Hotel trotzdem weiter empfehlen aber eher an Paare ohne Kindern da die Aktivitäten für Kinder in der Anlage sehr gering sind.

Es hat uns in der Unterkunft im Großen und Ganzen Gut gefallen. Was hat uns nicht gefallen: Niemand am Empfang konnte sich mit uns in deutsch verständigen. Bei vielen deutschen Gästen würde es denke ich Sinn machen deutsch zu sprechen. Die Homepage der Anlage nur in italienisch und. Englisch. Das WLAN hat nur schwach funktioniert. Der Kellner im Restaurant war sehr unfreundlich bzw. Unmotiviert. Die Liegen und Sonnenschirme der Ferienanlage musste man mieten. Das schlimmste kommt jetzt noch, die Hauptsicherung der Kompletten Anlage ist beim EM Finale Fußball in der 87 min ausgefallen. Ansonsten war gutes Wetter am Gardasee und super Essen. Gruß Schelchshorn.

Ci hanno accolto al nostro arrivo con una sorpresa, un upgrade nelle suite mobile home appena inaugurate.
La “casetta” è davvero ben organizzata con salotto, cucina con penisola, camera, cabina armadio e bagno con doccia molto spazioso.
Ci sono finestre su ogni lato ma quella che regala il panorama migliore è la porta finestra che si apre sul patio a bordo lago.
La vista del lago alla mattina direttamente dal letto già vale il viaggio.
Dettaglio piante e fiori veri e non di plastica.
Nella bella stagione il patio sicuramente regala spazio per colazioni e aperitivi impagabili.
Ottimo e grande parcheggio.

Ci hanno chiesto di notare qualche “difetto” per poter migliorare l’esperienza: un paio di strofinacci per la cucina, qualche pentola in più, un cestino per la cucina e da migliorare l’oscuramento della camera per chi dorme proprio al buio.

Super consigliato.

Prachtige locatie, deftige accommodatie, mooi uitzicht, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Het restaurant van de accommodatie is zeker in orde: het ontbijt is netjes verzorgd. Het is een buffet maar het personeel bedient je, dit zorgt er voor dat er niet \"gehamsterd\" wordt en dat alles hygiënisch verloopt. Het avondeten in het restaurant is zeer lekker.
Ik logeerde in een stacaravan/bungalow, mensen die groter zijn dan 1m90 kunnen hier wel wat ongemak ondervinden.
Gratis parking is een enorm pluspunt!
Ik heb er zelf geen gebruik van gemaakt, maar er waren veel fietsen beschikbaar om te huren, wat wel handig is in deze streek.

Hotellet ligger bra till vid vattnet Gardasjön och omgivningen är fantastisk. Rummen är inte i toppskick dock och mat och service på restaurangen var av klassen sämre. Maten var medioker men personalen kändes inhyrd från en biljardhall eller nåt.
