The entire staff was phenomenal. I would like to point out Lea and Anastasia. Both helped me tremendously from breakfast (which Lea ran exceptionally) to random tourist questions I had (Anastasia was so helpful and patient). The room was lovely, the breakfast is tasty and many options and the overall vibe was classy but comfortable). I would definitely stay again. The one thing i must point out was the construction. The drilling and noise was present from my first arrival day to my last full day. I stayed 8 nights. I guess bad timing for me because it was constant. No way was I ever getting an afternoon nap. Again, not reflective of any of the staff just,bad timing for me booking during their upgrade. Other than that.....the stay was phenomenal!!! Thankk you !!!

This hotel was located within easy walking to shopping and venues. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with many different options from cereal to hot foods like pancakes and bacon. Fresh pastries and fruit and veggies. A helpful and friendly staff greeted us when we walked in. We will stay here again!

We had a great stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. The young lady who helped us upon arrival and departure was terrific. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The dining room was elegant and the service excellent. We were upgraded to a larger room which was clean and comfortable. At times the room got a little warm but we opened the window for a few minutes and it cooled off quickly. Very convenient location near public transportation, music venues and the museums. Highly recommend.

This felt like a five star hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a choice of pillows to go with your sleep preferences! The breakfast was outstanding. AMAZING stay. What a stunning and perfect hotel. Clean, so quiet, wonderful beds, spacious room with desk.
Staff is courteous, helpful and very polite, speak English very well. Ready to help out for typical tourist questions, with patience, providing map, explanations. Reserve resto with pleasure.
Place is very well located! walkable, close to tram. Next to main areas of interest. You will have no problem with parking on street for 4 euros per day.
Breakfast is wonderful, varied, including smoked salmin every morning!! waiter serves you hot drink to your liking.
Highly recommend!!

The hotel is well located being a short walk to major spots and near the metro. So the sights of Vienna are accessible. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean, spacious and king beds were comfortable. I asked & re wives a great boxed breakfast one day and the normal buffet breakfast was comprehensive. I had a lovely stay at this hotel.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this amazing Hotel! From the moment my mom and I arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel genuinely valued as guests.

A special shoutout to Anastasia, who was truly amazing—her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her warmth made us feel right at home.

Nice hotel with 2 big flaws

The hotel is beautiful. The front desk staff and bartender were friendly and quite charming. The room was quite beautiful and spacious. The failings of the hotel were 2 vital points: (1) Vienna summers are very hot and the air conditioning in the room was substandard. (2) the breakfast buffet was touted as the best in Austria. It isn’t. I’ve lived in Austria since 2014 and have had far better breakfasts at hotels. There was so much marketing propaganda about the breakfast that we were looking forward to experiencing it, but it was frankly mediocre. There are other places in the city to get a wonderful breakfast so leaving the hotel for the meal is highly recommended.

We loved everything about this property. Front desk staff was engaging, polite and helpful. Every area we explored was perfectly maintained and clean. The room had every necessity plus a pants press, which we used and loved.
The buffet breakfast and tea bar brought me great joy. They even had a honeycomb with the jellies for your toast.
Could not have been more pleased with the hotel and it was a short walk to everything.

This is a lovely, well located hotel in the center of Vienna. The staff is excellent . The engineer helped solve a problem on our arrival which was greatly appreciated. Our room while spacious needed to be renovated but was very clean. The air was a problem as I have asthma and need air con regardless of the outside temperature. There is a problem in Vienna with laws and air conditioning. It would be nice if the hotel purchased an extra toaster so they can provide gluten free toast rather than the bread that comes in a wrapper. The staff in the bar and front desk were very helpful throughout our stay.

Good breakfast and a nice building in a central location, welcome drinks, good wifi. On the first night there was no ventilation and no aircon and sleeping with open windows was on the noisy side. Although we contacted the reception, nothing happened until the following day when aircon worked very well.

This hotel is so thoughtful in all of their services. They truly go above and beyond. The breakfast is amazing with so many options, the room was great, they also have a steam and sauna room. Oh I cant forget the shoe shone machine which came in handy after long days of walking around in gardens from Palace visits.

The staff was always pleasant and after staying there for 5 days, they truly helped in making a trip a memorable one.

I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is well placed near the tube station.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms spotless and beds very comfortable. Good choice of food at breakfast….only gripe was that the cooked food was cold by the time we sat down, as it was served on cold plates.

Hotel is in a very convenient location. We managed to get to all the atrractions that we wanted to visit in less than 30 mins. There was a nearby tram station n subway station within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we came almost every morning of our 1 week stay. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job with tidying the rooms and reception staff would always greet you when you pass by. Some downsides are the toothbrush was hard and you have to request for slippers and toothbrush separately as they are not provided upon check in. Overall, it was a great stay. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to save on your transporation time.

The hotel is beautful in side and felt perfect for a stay in Vienna. The breeakfast was lovely and the waiting staff were brilliant. Really made you feellooked after. The selection was brilliant and food was of a high standard. I really recommend this hotel. On the last day we had to leave before breakfast started so on request they laid on an early breakfast of smoked salmon meat and cheeses...lovely touch.

It’s a Gem!

This hotel is a gem in the center of Vienna! Location is great- service, atmosphere, breakfast is amazing! They even have an umbrella in the room in case you need it for your stay! We were going to have to buy one, but this was great!
Just one comment that you should know- showers come with a wonderful tub- but it’s VERY high and for some- may be difficult to get into the shower / tub combo! You may ask if there are other rooms with different shower styles! Other than that, PERFECT! Book it!
