Beautiful hotel. Great location. The only question I have is for those with mobility issues. There may be an elevator from the arrival point to the lobby but I didn’t see it. The stairs are a bit much to carry luggage up. If you have issues, chaexk with the hotel.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay.

Beautiful hotel with complimentary breakfast and spa for guests. The staff were very kind and helpful and patient with our questions. We loved our jacuzzi suite room, and felt it was well worth the price.
Great location, everything you'd want to see in Riva del Garda is walkable, and you can easily take the bus to see the Arco Castle.

The Grand Hotel Liberty was stunning and very conveniently located. The breakfast was great and so was the service both at the front desk and in the restaurant. The building itself is historic, but the rooms have all been modernized with good lighting and even phone chargers by the bed which was also quite comfy. The pillows weren't great, but the rest was wonderful.

It's a lovely hotel for people of all ages and interests as it offers a wonderful spa facilities, accommodation and services to suite everyone. We were a family of four with kids aged 3 and 8 but we saw plenty of single travellers, couples of different ages and older families enjoying themselves at the hotel.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff were helpful and friendly, the location was very close to the vast choice of restaurants and beautiful views over the lake. The hotel restaurant is definitely worth a visit and breakfast was one of the best we’ve had with views from the terrace that are so nice in the warmth of the sun. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Grand Hotel Liberty is a beautiful hotel conveniently located in walking distance to Riva del Garda's historic center. The hotel itself is beautiful, both inside and out.
The hotel room was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding as well as the service and friendliness of the restaurant staff. I was able to enjoy the indoor spa pool as well as enjoy a spa treatment. The spa amenities as well as the staff were wonderful.

The hotel is okay. There are no robes or slippers in the rooms for a hotel of its rating. The curtains in my room were not closing but there are external shutters which are blockout so not a big deal. There is a variety of breakfast options. The wifi connection is not very good, it drops a lot. The location is good.

Passing through on our way to Verona. This beautiful historic hotel is in a great location near the city center. Affordable and the staff was very professional and helpful.

A Dream

Great location, very central to all the shops. All the staff were very accommodating to English speakers. Off street parking was a bit complicated but once you park, you’re at the back entrance. Both indoor and outdoor pools were very relaxing.

Was mir besonders gefallen hat, war das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Man konnte sich gut auf Deutsch unterhalten und sich in Ruhe den Anliegen widmen. Bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde schnell geholfen.

Auch das Frühstück war einfach super – sehr lecker und vielfältig. Ich bin sogar gerne früh aufgestanden, um es in Ruhe genießen zu können. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den ich gerne weiterempfehle.

Kaunis hotelli mainiolla paikalla. Uima-altaat sisällä ja ulkona. Aamupala makean- ja suolaisennälkään. Huoneemme oli ullakon peruspikku-economy-huone, jossa oli erittäin vahva kemikaalin tuoksu. Syy sille taisi löytyi kylppärin mustista pilkuista. Siivooja tuli huoneeseen kiellosta huolimatta, mutta onneksi ei ollut truutannut lisää kemikaalia. Hyytävän hyvä ilmastointi. Hotelli lähellä kaikkea. Lähin bussipysäkki \"Scuoli\", jos tulet Gardan-bussilla. Veronan kentältä pääsee bussilla Gardaan ja siellä vaihto 484:ään.

Prédio incrível, parte da recepção e restaurantes da época de 1910 , com uma super decoração. Quartos totalmente modernos, comandos tout, super chuveiro , cama deliciosa idem para travesseiros. Café da manhã muito bom com sucos, frutas, omelete feito na hora , pães e doces. Piscina linda ( infelizmente não usei pois chovia). Atendimeto cardeal. Perfeito.

Hotel davvero eccellente sotto ogni aspetto: camere pulite e confortevoli, personale cortese e disponibile, servizi ben curati e ambienti accoglienti. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, ideale sia per relax che per spostamenti. Unica nota migliorabile è la colazione: discreta ma non all’altezza del livello complessivo dell’hotel. Con un’offerta più varia e prodotti di qualità superiore, l’esperienza sarebbe perfetta.

Bella struttura centrale a Riva con camere rimodernate.
Due gravi difetti:
1. carenza di posti auto per cui se si arriva tardi e non si è prenotato si deve parcheggiare in strada a pagamento
2. mancanza di un servizio di caffetteria espressa a colazione - l'ospite viene invitato a servirsi dai distributori automatici, cosa che per un 4 stelle è inaccettabile

Elegante struttura nel centro di Riva del Garda, raggiungibile in macchina. Se siete fortunati avrete a disposizione anche un parcheggio gratuito. Belle e ben tenute le aree comuni. Buona la colazione. La camera rimodernata (forse un pò troppo visto lo stile del resto dell'hotel) non è però purtroppo bene insonorizzata con le altre camere. Buonissimo comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo e ottimo per una o più notti se volete visitare Riva del Garda.

Assurdamente inflessibili nel concedere la possibilità di usufruire dei lettini e della piscina il pomeriggio del giorno di partenza adducendo a possibile sovraffollamento quando invece era praticamente vuota. Faccio inoltre presente che frequentando la zona per lavoro mai nessun altro hotel ha negato tale richiesta. Per il resto tutto bene.
