The room had a great view and was clean. Staff spoke limited English but were very friendly. Breakfast was simple with fruits, cereal, coffee etc. The hotel location was 10-15 minutes walk to restaurants/bars but it's easy to catch a taxi.

Nice, new, quiet hotel featuring plenty of space, fabric sofa, comfortable beds, and scenic views of Poblado high rises. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good, especially for a smaller hotel. Lots of road infrastructure work going on all around the hotel, but no noisy problems. Hotel is located up the hill and about a mile above commercially busy Avenida Poblado. Good taxi service available and needed to get most anywhere from hotel both because of road construction and distance to most common services. .

The hotel is in a great area close to Lleras Park, restaurants, shopping. The service was superb the only complaint I have was the noise from the construction going on. The noise went on until really late at night (one night was after midnight when they finished for the day). The hotel is nice anf the sevice is amazing but the beds are a little on the hard side, other than that everything was relly good for the price!

This hotel practices, in my opinion, deceptive advertising...one books a room for two for a given price, then the hotel wants to add additional money for the second person! In effect, charging twice for the same person.
In addition, the hotel staff, Lizette in particular, swore that the road construction would not be heard inside the guest rooms...entirely false!.
It was obvious to me that the hotel administrator (manager) is weak and that other staff members make important decisions. Would never return here, and highly recommend against this hotel!

At this time, roadwork construction is going on outside the hotel so traffic builds up at busy hours. Checking in, I was told the price was for 1 person...I was kinda taken back. This isn't a hostel...also, I was told that guests need to pay for \"insurance \" for each day...??? Huh?? I refused because who does this? I just thought these 2 things started our stay in a weird way.

Disappointing
The hotel restaurant on the first floor is not occupied and for rent. The so-called exercise / fitness room is an outside area with some covered equipment and some in poor condition. The hot tub did not work. Room comfort is OK if you like very hard mattress. It is not comfortable for old people. Wi Fi in the room was adequate but not what I would call fast.
Most disappointing is the hotel did not wish to honor the Expedia rate and offered a bill with a room rate 28000 pesos higher for two days. This is not a significant amount, but it is the principal. The stated shuttle (Taxi they call for you) was 73000 rather than 70000 on Expedia confirmation.

Hotel in a great, safe location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is on 9th floor with great view of Medellin and has a great variety. There's construction going on in the area (all over Medellin), so bring earplugs just in case. In walking distance of several restaurants, but not restaurant/bar on the premise (except for breakfast).

The hotel staff were friendly. attentive, excellent. I requested a late check in and there were no problems. I also requested that my friends be placed on the same floor and again, they made it happen! The only negative that is not really the Hotel's fault is that the location is a little remote and if the taxi driver doesn't know where it is located, the taxi cab bill can start to go up. If the cab driver doesn't know where it is, then pass him up for another. There's hundreds of cabs and someone is bound to know where it is. I would recommend bringing a small GPS. But otherwise, the hotel is on a hill so It's easy to walk down into civilization. When you get breakfast don't be scared to order an omelet from the kitchen! They will make it any way you like.

I booked a room with city view and when I arrived they gave me a room with the view of a big wall... It's clearly not what I call a city view;
I decided to ask them why I didnt get the room I paid for and they told me there is not availability which was a lie because they offer me the city view room the next day at morning.
Check out is at 1pm and check in at 3pm. It's mean that the room was always available, if not, how they could give it to me at 7am ?

I think they need a more profesionnal training...
Next time I will not go to this hotel and I recommend you to find something better if you dont want to ruin your trip.
I decided to ask them why I didnt get the room I paid for and they told me there is not availability which was a lie because they offer me the city view room the next day at morning.
Check out is at 1pm and check in at 3pm. It's mean that the room was always available, if not, how they could give it to me at 7am ?
Breakfast is very so so, not much choice.
No hot water !
And the staff was very rude ! they dont even say hello when you enter in the hotel, too busy playing with phones and chatting...
I think they need a more profesionnal training...
Next time I will not go to this hotel and I recommend you to find something better if you dont want to ruin your trip.
