Clean and comfortable room. All staff were amazing and incredibly friendly. Great location, felt super safe in the hotel with the fob access elevator. The only con is that I wish there was a bit more storage for wardrobe. Most rooms don't have an space for hanging clothes and limited drawers. Loved the shared terrace on the 7th floor with beautiful city views and lounge space.

We got what we paid for it. Room was tiny compared to the photos—nowhere to sit in the room, and barely any room for our stuff. Pillows were hard and too big, so couldn’t sleep on them. Area is in the red light district, so loud at night. Definitely worth it if you just need a place to store your things while you adventure out, but would not recommend if you like to spend time at the hotel. Likewise, restaurant/bar/cafe was completely closed down which was not advertised.

Staff were great at this hotel. They were helpful and very respectful. Most of the communication could be made over WhatsApp. Andres helped us get a driver to transport our luggage to our destination. The location of the hotel is very convenient.
One downfall was we saw a little cockroach in the room and the walls are pretty thin.

EL PEOR HOTEL DE Medellín !
First let me start off by saying I booked this hotel mainly because they advertise as their main photo on hotel.com, a beautiful restaurant with great food. These photos were advertised 1 week before today when I booked. On arrival they say they have No restaurant anymore it’s been closed for a month. There is really nothing luxury or nice to look at besides that and it was falsely advertised to scam people out of their money. Second I later in the evening ask for ice, they told me their hotel has no ice, that I have to walk 3 blocks down to purchase my own ice at a supermarket. Crazy how this is even real. They said they serve complimentary coffee on the 3rd floor , I went in the morning and there is a small container to push out coffee on top of a water cooler and with tiny mouth wash cups to drink from. Felt like this was a joke seriously. The Rooms are tiny and didn’t have a glass wall to the terrace as advertised in photos, beware of how they advertise photos, literally has zero storage space to put your luggage so I had to open it on the floor and you can’t even walk around it unless you close it and practically squeeze through the walk way. Their front desk reception looks nothing like photos advertised when walking in , it’s a small side entrance. Also on arrival when checking in I ask the lady if I can have any of my friends come over like every hotel allows with identification. They charge $55 for guest

Wow! What a hotel and what a wonderful experience; from the receptionists to the housekeepers, everyone was so welcoming and sweet. The room was spacious and came stocked with essentials. There is an also water fountain on the second floor, so I was able to fill my water bottle. The hotel is in a great neighborhood and is very walkable. There are many restaurants and bars around to try. It is quite noisy, but that’s only on the weekdays and is expected due to their location. But, that wasn’t an issue for me. I had a great time here and I’d stay again!

Stayed at this hotel in Provenza, Medellín and absolutely loved it. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of all the restaurants and bars, yet still felt completely safe. The hotel was small but had everything I needed, spotlessly clean, and the staff was truly awesome. Highly recommend!

The room was quite nice. Very comfortable although they do say the rooms are soundproof which is not the case. You can hear all chatter and movement in the hallways. You can hear all of the bars and nightclubs throughout the evening and early morning even with the patio door closed. I got a text message which is how they communicate with their hotel guest advising that my TV was too loud and to turn down. Meanwhile the bars and nightclubs are still blaring the music until 3 to 4am in the morning! It still way a good hotel even with that small issue! It is in a great location of the El Poblado area. Welcome to Medellin!

The best hotel especially for a friend trip! The staff was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us. They spoke in English and Spanish and assisted us in finding good dining and entertainment areas. The restaurant next to the hotel was fabulous. The staff is so knowledgeable and special, I think they made my trip to Medellin so much better

Staff is pleasant but that’s not why you stay anywhere. The few most important things for me that in turn ruined my stay here are, it’s super noisy with bed against the window. I fell asleep at 3a which is when the noise stops. Slept 6hrs in 2 days. First glance looks clean however I can’t stress enough it is very dirty and there’s hair and dirt all over the floor/room, even in the mini fridge there’s hair. Jacuzzi tub on balcony was dirty as well but it’s open to outside so expected but again, the hair. I asked for cleaning supply to wash tub and the housekeeper came with microfiber cloth and “wiped” the tub as if it’s clean now. The bed was clean but extremely uncomfortable, hard as a rock. Lastly, THERE IS NO HOT WATER to shower. Water is cool/lukewarm at best, unpleasant shower. Requested late check out, given 30 minute😂

Shout out to the bartender! Frank, a waiter here was amazing and very helpful, very pleasant and polite, explained menu in detail, recommended items, assured I was taken care of. Not overly busy here being that it’s a cowork stay

Nakua Work & Stay is a new property introduced into the area of poblado, which host tons of hotels. They have been open for a mere 8 months (as of my stay which was during the middle of April-2024). This property being in its infancy stage needs NEW MANAGEMENT! The level of inconsistency amongst the staff when communicating policies to guest is horrendous. The front desk personnel Miguel upon checking in WAS very helpful and friendly, but as a day or two passed his behavior became very off putting. They or possibly just him has a subject to our discretion Guest Policy which isn’t consistent. Cristian whom actually came off as not friendly turned out to be the ONLY one upholding the policy. Your guest are subjected to provide identification which we were fine with, as Cristian explained. Everyone else at the front desk gave inconsistent answers. There was a young lady there with glasses who explained the policy and provided a cautionary safety business card which would exempt the hotel if anything were to happen. Aside from the that rooms are just okay, beds are extremely firm. My sink constantly stopped up, and I had to use the window sill to store all my toiletries. No closet space . Chickanero the restaurant of there’s , the staff there is excellent. They give you one free drink nice gesture. The housekeeping staff was excellent, room cleaned daily. The front desk staff just needs re-education classes on hospitality . Such a promising stay, with such a huge letdown!

An armed individual came in the lobby and demanded personal items. Coincidentally right when the security guard disappeared for about 10 mins. I’ve still yet to hear anything else from the property after this incident. Definitely unsafe in my opinion.
