NOT ONLY were we misled by writing back that they are going to give me another room with a balcony BUT, we were treated like hooligans that needs to be “watched” our EVERY MOVE!!! My husband and I are professionals (CPA and a Psychoanalyst, respectively) and had business meetings left, right and center together with opening a shop at Santa Fe Mall, OUR Team has been with us in helping us.

Ridiculously rude staff . That woman in reception shouldn’t work there or in hospitality. The female manager was however nice when I voiced my issues. Otherwise horrible experience. Restaurant staff were amazing and the room is actually nice. But incredible rudeness. Treats young white non Colombian men- horrible. Me and another guest both agreed on this while sitting in the sauna. Similar experiences. All the bad Google reviews are true. Majority reception staff don’t know how To treat a guest with respect. Shame as one of the best cities in the world.

The hotel was amazing. It is a classy, wood finished Hotel with large spacious rooms and very comfortable amenities. The hotel offers breakfast included, which is a plus. The Cascade shower was very refreshing and powerful. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. It is semi-private and far enough from the main attractions where nightlife does not bother you. It is a stroll away from Provenza and other restaurants and tourist attractions that were outstanding. I would recommend this Hotel 1 million times. The staff at front desk were very helpful on every shift.

I really enjoyed my one night here. It's in a quiet area but walking distance to Provenza. There's a nice cafe and a grocery store around the corner. The room was lovely and the staff was wonderful. I'll definitely be back!

I stayed at Hotel Park 10 on two separate bookings, reserving two rooms on different days, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing overall.

During the first stay, the phone in the room was not working, so I couldn’t contact room service, and the TV remote control was also not functioning. These are basic amenities that should be in proper working order.

On the second stay, the experience was worse. The shower temperature was extremely unstable — the water was freezing cold and then suddenly turned boiling hot. I actually burned myself, which made showering very uncomfortable and unsafe.

I also booked as a VIP member, but there were effectively no VIP benefits honored. I was told that if I wanted early check-in or late checkout, I would have to pay extra for them. While I understand that room upgrades are subject to availability, and I accept that they may not always be possible, it was disappointing to be told that even basic VIP perks would only be available at an additional cost.

Overall, the hotel has potential, but basic maintenance issues, safety concerns, and the lack of meaningful VIP benefits made this stay below expectations. I would expect much better service and consistency from a hotel at this level.

This is a lovely hotel well situated in the Poblado area of Medellin. The breakfast selection was excellent as was the breakfast service. We stayed in the executive suite but were billed an extra $35 dollars per night due for a second person. Apparently while changing from a normal room to a suite, the Expedia app settings may have reset from two people to one. Even though the cost for two did not change the room cost on the app, the front desk insisted on the extra charge, somewhat souring the feeling of our stay at this hotel.

The hotel was very nice. Clean, and close to the action, but far away enough from the noise, in a quiet area very near to Provenza. The room was clean, and included everything you needed for your stay. I stayed in room 305, and it had a good view of the hotel front/street. There is a beautiful little patio on the street side entrance, and I ate breakfast there every morning.

Breakfast was included with my stay, and had plenty of wonderful options to choose from each morning. I really enjoyed the Colombian dishes for breakfast, and a fruit called a granadilla. (Thanks Johnny) There were fresh eggs, and bread and many things to choose from, probably one of the best “included breakfasts” I’ve experienced.

What makes the hotel are the staff, they were all very courteous and helpful with anything I needed. Special thanks to Johnny, who brought me to my room, and was very polite and welcoming. He’s a really nice young man with a good sense of humour, and I immediately felt welcomed to the hotel as a guest, and a friend. A special thanks to ladies at the front desk as well. Especially Irma on the night shift, who checked me in and out. She’s very polite and made checking in and out a breeze. Another woman who helped get my Colombian SIM card working, but I forget her name! They were all very helpful.

Thanks to the kitchen staff as well, they’re attentive, and friendly, and offered coffee and drinks whenever I sat down. Book this hotel, I enjoyed my stay.

A mi personalmente me encantó. Se que se ha comentado que no tienen muy buena atención al cliente pero en general a mi y a mi novia nos trataron MUY bien. El hotel esta en una zona un poco escondida en el poblado pero personalmente me gustó la cercanía a muchos restaurantes, etc. No lo recomiendo para andar caminando por ahi, eso si. La comida por cierto me parecio deliciosa. Incluso mejor que la del restaurante que visitamos la noche que nos hospedamos.

The employees were mostly friendly and efficient; however, the hotel itself is very dated and old. It may have been considered a 5 star in the 80's or 90's but today I'd say 3.5 is very generous. Our room was not cleaned well. There was a ball of hair on our bathroom floor when we checked in and it remained on that floor for the first 3 out of 4 nights. The light switch control in the rooms did not make sense. The breakfast was okay. I've had both much better and much worse. I would not say it stood out as excellent but it wasn't bad either. The coffee was definitely not good. We had to go out for a decent cup every morning after breakfast. Location is good and staff friendly.
