Me encantó las instalaciones, está en un buen lugar y las instalaciones en general súper limpias. Solo un pequeño detalle el internet no sirve y por consecuencia la televisión no podía conectarse . La chava del turno de la noche en recepción tenía una actitud muy mala. Pero, la chava en el turno de la mañana , fue súper amable y muy atenta. El almuerzo estuvo muy bien en general, limpio, rico , el personal atento en todo momento. Regresaré cuando venga de nuevo a Morelia .

Casa Madero Hotel Boutique was an excellent stay. The location is ideal, just a block or two outside the historic center. Close enough to walk there in about fifteen minutes, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet.

The room was incredible. The showers and bathrooms were modern and spotless, and it truly felt like the hotel had just been remodeled. The common spaces were beautiful and perfect for relaxing with a book.

Breakfast was great. You can enjoy the included options or order something extra, and the service was consistently warm and attentive.

Right around the hotel there are restaurants, a coffee shop, and some local art, which made the area even more enjoyable. The hotel is very well taken care of and the staff takes pride in the experience. I have nothing but great things to say and would happily stay here again.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel. The upkeep of the building, furnishings and decorations are top notch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and parking for 2 nights cost me 300 pesos. The parking is super convenient. On site at the front door of the property, under watchful eye of the front door staff. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Some have mentioned lack of hot water for the shower, but we never had this issue. It could be because we shower early in the morning before other guests may be doing so, putting pressure on the hot water trying to keep up with increased demand. The area around the hotel is lively at night with many walkable dining options. The cathedral is also walking distance, approximately 10 blocks or so. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will stay again without hesitation.

My first time in Morelia, Michoacan and I will definitely return. I went to celebrate a relative's birthday. When the bday boy asked me where I was staying and told him that CM was my lodging he replied, \"ooooh, I like it there!\" And he was serious. I will stay at Casa Madero next time I go. I liked the intimate setting of the place, not huge and got to know all the people that worked there. You can tell and feel the attentiveness by the staff. Our cleaning person was Beatriz and she did an excellent job. Ediberto the bellboy, he plays an important role and thankful to have met him. He was very friendly and amicable and hooked us up with an excellent tour quide to take us to Patzcuaro. He also reserved a taxi for us for the way back to the airport. I didn't get to know the cooks, but the comida was delicious. Chilaquiles were my favorite! Everyone was kind and very nice. Thank you Ediberto, Beatriz and Pablo for all your kindness. Last but not least, THANK YOU for checking us in early - we were exhausted and that was a nice and unexpected treat. You are all appreciated and we came back to USA with a filled heart at your kindness and graciousness will never be forgotten. We will be back!

We chose \"Casa\" because of the reported quiet surroundings and walkability to the Centro. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Acted happy to have us as guests. We had two junior suites with three children. The beds are very comfortable, and the AC was potent. Breakfast was cooked to order and filling. They provided a coffee to go complementary. I paid more for Casa and didn't mind it as the breakfast made up for the higher price on comparable hotels.

Casa Madero is very well located and the place itself and the decoration are beautiful. My room was confortable. Bed, linens, towels, bath robes even slippers were great. The staff is friendly and helpful, they will tend to your needs with a smile. Minor downside: the water in the shower is warm enough, not as hot as I like it, and the W.C. has a sliding glass door, not my preferred option for privacy, even with my husband of 30 years... but it´s manageable. Great hotel, overall. Would go back.

The staff was excellent! We arrived very early they did open the front door for us, made us feel safe. We traveled with a group, they did have one room available so we waited in my room. The room was nice however the bathroom is not very well designed. The shower water pours out to the toilet a lot.! Also they are struck on no stains on anything or they’ll charge you, and with kids that’s very stressful. We stayed one week and the complementary breakfast was the same very day.

Nos hospedamos dos noches en este hotel, a nuestra llegada nos recibió un joven muy amable quién nos ayudó con nuestro equipaje. La joven de la recepción, con muy poca experiencia, no sabia nada de Expedia ni de las opciones que tenemos los viajeros Gold, le pedí hablar con el gerente, quien por teléfono tuvo un trato irrespetuoso hacia mi persona, parece que no tiene ni idea de como tratar al turismo, la peor imagen, ni siquiera le importó disculparse. La Junior suite demasiado estrecha y con el lavamanos tapado. La peor experiencia.

We'll Give You $1000 Pesos for Our Failures

Pago $3,200 pesos, y no estaba internet o aqua caliente. Y, ese hotel no estas en el centro. Pregunte por dinero de devolution para $1000. Pero, ellos no tienen efectivo, y no pueden darme el devolution con mi tarjeta en los domingos.

Entonces, le pregunté al jefe en el telefono si podía tomar una colección de los empleados y usted podría devolverles el dinero cuando llegara aquí. \"No\"

Entonces, ellos decen, darnos tu correo y el lunes yo darte una solucion. No recibi el correo, entonces llame. O, senor, no pueden darte el dinero.

When I was there, they told me a $1000 refund. When I went away, $0.

How's that for treatment? No internet, all night, even though that had a signal from reception, but wouldn't let me use it.

I got up early on a very, very crisp December morning to drive 8 hours--NO HOT WATER. NONE. Freezing cold.

NO HAY INTERNET, NO HAY AQUA CALIENTE. $3200 pesos. That's stealing. Eso es robar.

They didn't even offer me a different room. They just left me there, in a concrete room that didn't allow for my TelCel signal to come through. No damn internet, 13 hours.

Beautiful hotel. Great location, an easy walk to downtown area. For nightlife, verly close to a cool area with bars and restaurantes. Go to Tata Mezcal if you like mezcal, as they have more than 100 options. The door may be closed, but you can ring the bell. Because of earlier laws, they continue to be the place that closes its doors to customers... so one must ring the bell. You will not be disappointed with the hotel... excellent staff service.e. They also offer very affordable day trips to Patzcuaro, stopping at Quiroga, the best place for \"carnitas\". The hotel is alos a walk's distance away fro, Carnitas Don Raul. Watch Episode 2 of Netflix's \"Crónicas del Taco\". Worth the visit!

Since I booked the hotel, the manager of the hotel and a sales department's representative contacted me to welcome me. That was very special and unique, they were very kind and all hands-on on helping me giving my parents a nice surprise. They loved the hotel but specially the VIP treatment. It is a must!

Spa feel. Peaceful. Quiet location. Great location, next to el callejon del romance. When two of our guided tours ended at el callejon del romance we just asked to stay and walked one minute to the hotel. Worth staying if you need a get away. Think relaxation. Great staff. Wonderful cleaning crew.

Very nice boutique hotel

Walking distance to centro histórico. Staff very pleasant. Master suite comfortable and spacious. The A/C was a tad load at night. Food was good at the hotel Restuarant. Next visit planning on staying here.

Nice hotel close to everything

Very nice hotel. Staff is super friendly and went above and beyond to please us. It is close to everything in Historic downtown. The only problem we had was that the air conditioning in the room didn't work and they didn't have another room on the first level. The food in the restaurant was great and we truly enjoyed the included breakfast.

Highly Recommend Casa Madero

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing. It is located in the historic center, but not by the main square which could be inconvenient. I didn't mind the 20 minute walk or the 5 min taxi ride for 20 pesos (around 1 USD). The hotel is right next to the arcos and the callejon del romance. Breakfast was amazing and pretty affordable. I have two cons. First being the bathroom. The bathroom had a glass door...no privacy at all. The second being the window. We couldn't have the window open because it was on ground level and it was right next to the sidewalk. People passing by would peak into our room and to avoid the awkward stares we closed it our entire stay. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel.

This was a perfect stay for one night. Very friendly and helpful staff. Valet Parking for free. Complimentary Breakfast - not much, but enough to get up and look for a place in downtown.

Check in was okay. The room looked clean was small as it was stated in the hotel information. But the room smelled musty. Needed to air it out turned on the A.C. and it help. Breakfast was included and was good and the coffee was also good. Big downside was traffic nose early in the morning.

En general el hotel es bonito y la atención del personal muy buena. El único detalle es que aunque mencionan que tiene costo el estacionamiento y te comentan que es porque lo guardan en una pensión, terminan estacionando tu vehículo en los espacios que tiene el hotel afuera del lugar.

Excelente para una escapada en pareja

La habitación no era muy grande, pero sí tenía todo lo necesario. Es perfecta para una escapada de fin de semana debido a su excelente ubicación y además está cerca de varios restaurantes y bares. La zona es segura y el callejón del romance está a solo unos pasos. Vale muchísimo la pena.
