Air conditioning bad, noisy and blew directly on you in bed. TV very low resolution, they couldn't fix it. Couldn't even watch football, you couldn't see the ball. Beds not comfortable and noisy. Way over priced.
It was clean and quiet.

It's okay for a value hotel. Cheapest chain I could find in town, it's just expensive in NJ. My only complaint is they didn't have coffee in the room or even in the lobby. LAZY.
Room was okay though. Convenient and choices of restaurants nearby.

These rooms are basically falling apart, you only get 1/4 of the channels they say they have, you'll be woken up by people screaming at their boyfriend at 4 am, and all the intoxicated people hanging out on the balcony. There's was 4 of us and only gave us 2 towels asked for more they only had 1 extra apparently. Sheets and \"blanket\" were dirty when we arrived. I'd stay away.after a week we had to call back to get the 100 dollar deposit back because they didn't refund that either.

We had 4 people in our double room. Because we didn't let them know we had our kids with us... They wanted to give us crap about giving us 2 more towels so everyone would have their own. It's very noisy .. the doors are like paper. Our air conditioner was leaking on our room. The bathtub is on a platform with nothing supporting it, so your head is damn near in the ceiling while showering. My son is 6'7... C'mon now. Pillows sucked. Beds are like rocks.

I did not like anything about the hotel it was 4 of us my wife, my 2 children and I and they only gave us 2 large towels I requested 2 more for my children and they told me I needed to return the first 2 towels in order to get 2 more cause they weren't allowed to give out more towels they were so petty.

Nice roomy, comfortable, clean room. Comfortable and relaxing bed. Having hot water to shower with instead of the customary warm water was a major plus for my stay at this establishment. The quietness, peace and calm was so enjoyable.

The establishment could definitely use more lighting on the premises. There are so many hidden, dark accessible areas on the premises which pose opportunies for a crime to occur.

The rooms was for non smoking and it smelled bad and also rooms had cigarette burns on the sheets and rooms smelled like mildew and mold we went to change the room and still was no different and he told us he will give us a refund but we had to contact Expedia and we couldn’t be in contact with you guys

The rooms have clearly been updated to try and make the place nicer, but the outside is dirty, it smells like weed, and the people who are there as customers were noisy and several were rude to the staff and others in the area. The rooms are colder when you get in and the door opens right to the outside. It is loud from the outside. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and did not have neighbors, but there was some commotion when we checked out a few hours later. We did not stay the night, especially after reading more of the reviews and seeing what else was going on there. We were told we would have to be charged for the one night since we did go to the room, but that Expedia could call the hotel and we could be reimbursed for the 2nd night. Expedia was completely shut down by the hotel management (and I’m not surprised. They seem to need all the money they can get). Go down the road to any other hotel (Hampton, Holiday Inn, Wingate) and you’ll get a room for nearly the same price that is cleaner, the staff is nicer, and you can feel more secure.

This really isn’t a tourist hotel. It is mainly monthly renters or welfare guests as far as I could tell. There were 2 visits to my room by the police late at night trying to find where the fight was that was called in. Activity all night. Staff does not know anything about the area or how to work the door locks.

I rented 2 rooms.. The chemical paint smell was horrific and caused medical issues from 1 of the rooms. In the other was a mold and mildew smell. The sheets had holes in them. Property is partially renovated; however the renovations are at bottom of the barrel. New beds are loud and uncomfortable. Walmart has a better grade of towels and linen Check in/Lobby was dirty and looked like it was in a poverty stricken area including the thick plastic glass at the counter. I had stayed at nearby hotels in the past; but nothing as low grade as this. With the Wyndham name I would have never expected this experience. Definitely a 1 star Motel.

Sheets were dirty and when we were having them switch out the sheets we gave them our towels as well, get home from vacation and now theyre saying theyre going to hold the deposit on the room saying we took the towels. I called them and voiced my concern and its bassicaly a he said she said and I dont think ill be getting my deposit back. Worst experience at a hotel ever go somewhere else.

I couldn’t even stay due to feeling very unsafe at the hotel and in the room. The minute I pulled into the parking lot the hotel felt unsafe. I tried to give it a chance, so I asked the person working the desk that was behind glass ( like you would find in a place where they were scared for their safety) to show me the room. He was accommodating and took me to see the room. As soon as the door was opened all I could smell was very musty and my worry about safety did not go away for myself or my child.
I ask the desk attendant about canceling the reservation and he told me I needed to contact who I booked with to do that. When I contacted Expedia they contacted the hotel and they refused. So I was lied to so I would leave.

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this place but it must have been before they made some renovations. I reserved 8 rooms and everyone was happy with theirs. Everything was new and clean. The receptionist was also very friendly and professional. The only downsides were that it was on a busy road and you could hear the traffic and they don’t serve breakfast, however they do give you $5 vouchers to use at the Dennys right next door. Would have no problem going back there if I ever visited Vineland again.

While the girl working at the desk was very pleasant, I wish I had known before hand about the $100 deposit I had to put down upon arrival. I expected to pay the $25 pet fee, but was unaware of the cleaning deposit. But it is what it is and will get reimbursed for that. The pool was closed which was upsetting because it was one of the reasons I booked a stay there. A lot of people just walking by through all hours smoking pot and cursing. The room itself was very clean so that was a plus. And there was no coffee maker in the room. There was one out in the lobby, but it never got turned on. Normally most of this stuff wouldn’t even bother me too much, but the amount I paid, I expected a little better.
