Customer service was amazing. The front desk lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. We checked in quickly and scheduled the shuttle to the airport next morning for the parents. The cost-benefit for their stay was great, we’ll definitely use this hotel again if future travel plans include Seattle.

Definitely only a hotel you’d want to spend the night for a few hours to get a shuttle to the airport. room was clean, but toilet seemed like it was going to overflow every single time you flushed. It filled all the way up and slowly went down. When you have human waste almost coming out on the floor you panic. No plunger in site, but thank god it didn’t actually overflow. Check in and out was easy. Shuttle was wonderful. Staff was perfect. The outlets by the end were so loose my phone could barely charge unless properly positioned after 10 minutes of trying.

Location to the airport is ideal. The Shuttle bus is included which makes for an easy transfer. Light rail into the city is two blocks away. Big rooms. Great price. Super comfy bed. Coffee in the lobby and gas stations with snacks right there. A tub in my room. Big tv. And quiet.

Staff rude and disrespectful and other guests are being allowed to smoke in rooms despite no smoking policy, staff slam doors every morning and make banging noises from room below despire no work being done. Other guest's seem to be alliqed to lets tgere animals poop in rooms since hallways every morning wreak of poop smell.

The only reason I stayed here was its location near Master Park. The staff is great. They’ve added a barrier so customers can park for a fee. The inn itself is very outdated—carpets are worn, and the bathroom is dated. However, the room has plenty of space.

I have mixed feelings about this stay. I’ve stayed here before. It’s not the nicest hotel, but you know that going in. For the price though, I’ve generally found it to be decent compared to other comparable properties in the area. On this trip though, I got to my room and the climate control wouldn’t switch to “cool.” It would only go to “heat” and “off.” It was March and it was 52 outside, but because of the wind direction, when I opened my window, no actual cool air was coming in. After about a half hour in the room it got up to 75. I went to the desk and asked why the cool setting wasn’t working and they said it should be and they’d send maintenance. I then had a man in a swimming suit and flip flops come to my room and he proceeded to mess with the controls for like half an hour. Ultimately telling me I needed to switch rooms. Okay, they tried and I switched, no big deal really. But then at the second room he still had to come in and “reset” the thermostat to get it to work… I just needed to cool the room down to sleep. Once it was cool I don’t think the AC kicked on again, just the fan. Anyway, I can’t prove this, but I have a suspicion that, likely in an effort to save money, this hotel is locking out the “air conditioning” on their thermostats during the winter months. Which… You often wouldn’t need AC in Seattle in March but I thought this was all worth noting. I’d still stay here again, but they advertise AC and I had two rooms where it didn’t work at first.

We chose this property based on proximity to airport and reasonable pricing (mid-priced for area). Had an overnight layover on our way to Hawaii and just needed a simple place to sleep for a few hours.
Positives: free shuttle, friendly desk staff.
Negatives: very old, very very run down property. Did not feel the safest - entire property needs an update and makeover. Everything in our room felt sticky, carpet and furniture stained, TV from 1999, and did not work. Refrigerator not cold. Microwave door stuck when we were trying to heat a bottle, no cribs available. Worst of all, bed sheets wildly stained.
Would not recommend to anyone and would gladly pay substantially more at a different property if we ever pass through SeaTac again.

I was traveling just for a weekend. The first night my sibling woke up because they felt itchiness. We found a bed bug on their bed. I had requested a room change. The receptionist was very nice and helped me out with it. But told me another room wouldn’t be ready until past 11am. Which was fine, I went sight seeing and when coming back later on the day. They changed my room. During that process not sure if it was an owner or a manger who requested to see the bed bug. I showed him the picture I took THAT morning. He wanted to proceed to tell me it wasn’t a bed bug. My sibling now had multiple hives thought out their body.

Broken security latch on the door, only one wash cloth. Only 3 towels, (needed 4), Only one toilet paper, dirty socks under the bed. Floor was damp between the 2 beds. And when I went to get coffee at 6 in the morning, there were 3 people sleeping on the floor by the stairdoor.

Shuttle was easy to find however it took a long time for it to arrive at the airport to pick us up. And it wasn’t because of traffic. I saw other companies and their drivers multiple times.
The property was well maintained. I was not happy about the cost of parking in the lot. For guests it should be free.

Overall not a terrible place to stay. The room was clean, the desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful, and a handful of restaurants within walking distance. The parking situation was definitely less than ideal. It charges you $24.50 every time you leave the parking lot and there is no free parking for guests. I spent over $75 dollars on parking alone

The bed was not comfortable, but I was paying for geographical convenience to the airport, not luxury. Still, it was difficult to sleep. Staff was neither unfriendly or friendly, they were simply there to perform a task of checking you in/out. This is one of those places where you get what you pay for, and when the rate is low, so should be your expectations I suppose.

I booked this hotel because they advertise a free airport shuttle. My flight was at 3:30 AM, so I called the hotel and scheduled the shuttle for 10:30 PM. I waited outside for 1 hour and 30 minutes and the shuttle never came.

I called the hotel four times and kept being told it was coming, but it never arrived. The hotel is only 3 minutes from Sea-Tac Airport, so this was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

In the end, I had to order a Lyft to get to the hotel. Then in the morning, the shuttle again did not come, and I had to order another Lyft to get to the airport for my early flight.

For the money I spent on Lyft rides, I could have stayed at a Marriott where the shuttles run every five minutes without any stress or excuses. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here if you are depending on the airport shuttle.

My flight was cancelled, messaged, called - emailed - Expedia tried to contact them - after no response we still ended up paying for a room we couldn’t use, the start to a long planned, trip of a reunion with my daughters I haven’t seen in six years. If you park your car there overnight for your stay, you have to pay. They say it's $20 per night. I arrived at 9pm and left at 5am the next morning and when I tried to leave, their machine charged me $42 just for parking. Crazy.
