The owner/operators are continually upgrading the facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The owners were very accommodating when we had an issue. The price was much cheaper than the Holiday Inn across the street. I see the direction they are moving in and it is good.

The cleaning g people did not rinse out the shower from the cleaning agents and it was super slick! I fell in the shower and called them. She said she would have the manager call and I never got a phone call!! There was a can of raid by the entry way to the restaurant

it was an older hotel but it is kept up nicely. it was of the cleanest rooms i have been in in a long time. the breakfast was convenient and as expected pastries a waffle maker bagels to toast a juice machine and coffee , there was yogurt and boiled eggs. they seemed like they really cared about yu and your comfort.

Our floor was dirty; the freezer had so much ice you could not get anything inside. The lady at the desk was not very friendly. When we went to turn the key in, we had some questions and no one was there. We rang the bell, but no one came out. We just left the key in the basket and left. Would not use them again.

Definitely great value for the $. The motel is older, but has been nicely refinished. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I usually dislike motels that have all doors on the outside, but I felt secure and comfortable. It was quiet, and neat. We stayed for 3 days. It would've been nice to have a little bit nicer breakfast, but it was satisfactory, especially considering the overall cost. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

Shelby was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had an issue with ants because we had our dog’s food dish with uneaten dogfood in it. Shelby took care of that issue promptly. I only mention this so that others don’t leave any kind of food out.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff responded to our requests for help. The room is good with all amenities as expected. The room showed marks on wall that were left from other furniture, bathroom was clean but extra putty and repairs were left on tiles, Shower and toilet room did not have ventilation. There was a lack of attention to details. It does not rate a best high mark for that reason.
We visited the Ark Encounter. It is almost within walking distance except that you walk through the Ark grounds a lot so save your steps!

We loved our stay. It is in walking distance to the Ark Encounter and less than a minute from Route 75. While the rooms are slightly outdated, the rooms are clean. Also, there is evidence that they are updating as much as possible. We had a nice stay and have fond memories of our visit.

Great location, easy to find, easy in/out. Walking distance to The Ark. Everything about it was easy: reservations, chick in/out, adding additional night and getting additional towels and toiletries.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I cannot speak about the breakfast because I did not try it.
Rates were much lower than the chain hotels in the area. This is a small, older motel. But, it has been completely redone and is well maintained.
I highly recommendthem if you attending The Ark Encounter.

From check-in to check-out and everything in between(breakfast, room was clean, dove products, channel selection, plenty of towels). I got sick from who knows what or were so we didn’t get to go to the ark encounter and had to stay in all weekend. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to see the ark. Thank you

This is an inexpensive place to stay, we were able to walk across the street and not have to pay for parking at the Ark Encounter. Breakfast was good not a lot of option. The waffle maker made good waffles. The person who took care of the breakfast area was very attentive and made sure everything was refilled quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Tub drained very slowly. We chose this location thinking we could walk to The Ark Encounter and save money on parking, but it is quite a ways and was too far for us to walk once we checked it out. Staff was friendly, it was clean , but walls were thin, we could hear TV in next unit when trying to retire for the night.

Stayed in the hotel because it’s only 5mins walk to the ark, we stayed for 2 days, it has everything we needed like fridge and microwave, enough towels for the 4 of us. They don’t clean rooms when you’re away ( we stayed for 2 nights) but they give extra towels when asked. Breakfast is only continental. They needed more thermos of coffee because they only had 1 in there and people wanted coffee in the morning.

Our stay at Sunrise Inn Williamstown was great. The room was very clean, the parking lot was clean and well lit. We observed the staff cleaning the sidewalks as they were cleaning the rooms. Breakfast was offered, however due to time restrictions we didn't eat there. We had no trouble with the Wi-Fi. I think my only issue would be with the mattress, they were a bit on the wore out side, but not horrible. We would definitely stay if we were to be in that area again.

It was really bright in our room from around the window. Breakfast was waffles only. No protein. Some yogurt and toast. The room was ok. Nothing special really. The bed was ok. The shower was hot. When the neighboring room used their shower it was loud in our room.
