The room was in excellent, however the accommodations for parking during the recent snow blizzard were atrocious. I had to shovel myself into a parking space, then turn around and shovel myself out. I do understand that it was not the fault of the manager on duty, however some sort of signage or notification at the entrance of the driveway of the hotel would have been helpful. I don’t think I will staying at your establishment any more.

Place was clean, comfortable and room was large. Door deadbolt didn’t work so I had to rely on the flip over door brace for my peace of mind reinforcement. They did have quaint little carry out snack bags at customer service on my way out. That was a nice touch! Friendly staff!

I do not like the recent redecoration: the gray walls in the room and hallway are dark and depressing and the hard surfaces make sound loud, noisy and echoing. It used to feel warm and inviting; now it feels cold and up uninviting. Breakfast is still pretty good though.

I thought everyone was nice why I didn't really eat much of the breakfast. It was a nice spread. The coffee was hot and good every morning. It was clean so my biggest complaint was the hallways and stuff were absolutely freezing. Everybody was complaining about that. Like they didn't have heat in the hallways and stuff.

I booked this property and gave it preference over others in the area exclusively because it had an indoor pool. As I was traveling with my grandkids, it was very important to me. When we arrived, we were told, that the pool was under a long term renovation. It ruined my plans for the stay.

I don't know whose fault that is - the property's or the Expedia's but it is a very big error to my mind.

Our room was on the B level (basement) which I wasn’t very happy about. Chirp—chirp—-chirp, there was a cricket in our room and fortunately I was able to locate the intruder and take care of the problem myself, otherwise we would have had to move.
Went to use the exercise room , but my key would not work. Went upstairs to talk to the manager at the administrative offices and was told the lock is broken and there were no maintenance people working.

Had to change rooms. It had a broken toilet handle and also the refrigerator was not working. 2nd room also had broken toilet handle but was functional. Also, bed frame was bent up in the middle and looked broken and not the right frame. It was not comfortable.

WiFi was not the best at all. Beds are not very comfortable. Shower had okay pressure but couldn't find the hot water when turned all the way to hot. We had to play with the handle to find hot water. Pillows were not comfortable. A large unknown bug was in our shower. The hotel is convenient to many areas however. Breakfast was good. Didn't see the pool but from what I have heard, it is not open anymore. I have always had good luck at Hampton Inns too.

The place was really nice, the issue was that they advertise a pool. They apparently haven't had a working pool in a while and won't for a long time because of some issues with the paint, which is fine except they advertise a pool so when my kids and I went downstairs in our bathing suits asking where the pool was, imagine our surprise when we find out they haven't had a working one in months.

You promoted that it had a sofa bed and did not.They no longer offer so forbids and just not sleep.Three, and only slept too. The pool was closed the whole 4th of July weekend. No housekeeping was offered the whole weekend. I had to call an ask for towels and washcloths. The only thing this was satisfactory was the breakfast. Not sure if I would use a speedy again because it was misreputation. And definitely would not stay at that hotel again

Breakfast was very good. Hotel was nice and clean. Especially liked the fact that they supplied the bathroom accessories, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The air conditioner was leaking in the room but the front desk explained why and had towels for me to put down. Also the bathroom shower doors would not stay closed. They kept rolling open. The other thing was there was only one small garbage can in the entire room. It is a very nice hotel for the price. Will stay there again.

This was a terrible experience and I was told I would receive a refund and never did. The pool, reason we booked this hotel over another, was closed due to chemicals. Our room had a broken AC unit. We asked to have it fixed or another room around 2pm when we left. We came back at 10pm to find the AC was still broken even when they said it was fixed. The room was 80 degrees. There were 3 of us and they could only get us another room with 1 bed. We had to wait until 11pm to get extra bedding so one of us could sleep on the floor. Again a refund was promised especially since they couldn't get us the room reserved and after several attempts to contact them, no refund was issued.

Front desk person was outside smoking on multiple occasions. The lobby and dining area were both uncomfortably hot. Our room a/c did not work and they moved us into another room. My mom slept on the pull out couch which was all metal and it hurt her leg. The pool was unavailable to use. The hotel did remove one night stay for our troubles
We stayed 3 nights because there weren't any other options close in Turnersville.

I checked in on a Friday - in which the first room we tried to enter was blocked by debris where glass was sticking out of the wall and the door could not open. The staff indicated there might not be rooms available but found one last room. Upon entering, it became apparent the AC was broken, staff indicated to power up and on and someone could help the next day. Slept with my 8 year old in 77 degree heat. Next day the staff indicated they would fix it, upon returning to the hotel at 4pm it was still not fixed. I requested again they fix the AC before we get back from dinner and luckily this time it was fixed. The icing on the cake was waking up Sunday morning and discovering there were ants in the room in a corner . Overall a very unpleasant stay and over priced for the accommodations.

The only other issue is the door has a large gap on the bottom, I shoved a towel in it and there was still “access.” Just made me feel a little uncomfortable.

They don’t actually have a functioning pool

The hotel was fine, and we will likely stay here again. My main comment is that we stayed here twice 16 months apart and both times the pool was out of service with the water removed. It’s not essential, but we do look to stay in hotels with pools and this site is listed as having a pool and no indication of a problem. It’s kind of annoying to advertise you have a pool when you really don’t.

The entire building is smoke-free, and the rooms felt super cozy. Bed was firm but comfortable, with squishy pillows. The suite had a thermostat, couch, Jacuzzi, separate shower, and a very spacious layout that made the room feel more like a mini studio apartment. Three layers of blankets and sheets, a firm but comfortable mattress, and squishy pillows made the bed really nice to settle into and be lazy with. But every place has minor flaws, so here's why it's a 4/5: The driveway is incredibly narrow and easy to miss. On the Pike, that means two rather long U-turns to try again. The coffee maker in the room was also malfunctioning, but they offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, so that worked out somewhat. The thermostat warms up the room to temp pretty quickly, but sometimes takes a while to turn on when you set it. And then there's the 50\"-looking flatscreen television, which is mounted to the wall at an angle where you can't watch from the couch or the bed... Computer couldn't cast or Bluetooth connect to it, after several attempts. And finally: The pool was closed for renovations/maintenance, so that was a minor sadness on my part. Aside from everything there, it was still a fun stay, and my friend said it was one of the nicest hotels he's been in. I'll book again whenever anybody needs a room in that area.

Great location near every restaurant & store you can imagine. Parking was easy, self park and free. Lobby and lounge areas very modern and clean. Check-in was easy and rep was friendly. Our room was fantastic! Very clean and modern with gray laminate flooring and an area rug under the bed. Beautiful, clean big bathroom with large walk-in shower. Nice TV, plenty of space to put our belongings. Massive full length mirror and coat hooks to hang our jackets. The headboard was soft but covered with hygienic material. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great! Eggs, large sausage links, all different types of breads and spreads, coffees, other drinks, etc. we would absolutely stay here again.

Overall a nice property. We had a king room with jetted tub. I’m not sure when the last time someone stayed in that room, but the water pressure shot out like it hadn’t been turned on in awhile. The water pressure in the tub trickled out so it took forever to fill. The biggest issue we had was the yappy dog that was barking until after 10pm. He sounded like he was in the hallway so I opened our door and realized he was staying across the hallway in the other room and was barking underneath his door. The owners of the dog must’ve been out and left the dog in the room. Thankfully, we went to bed late and by then, the barking stopped.
