The hotel was fine, clean and nice. That’s the good part the lady tamest checked me in was horrible, not what you want to leave a first impression on guest! The young lady that checked me in could not get past her scripted lines while checking me in and could care less about what I had to say, she was simply annoyed that I was checking in.

Took 15 mins for the shower to warm up, front desk was not welcoming, they talked fast and made you feel weird asking anything. Kids couldn’t watch tv apparently cable was out, only option was to buy a movie- but we weren't told that until the next morning at checkout. Front desk took room key and said coarsely sorry about that, bye. Oh, then I had to figure out valet, again front desk didn’t tell me there was a different pick up. For 1 night - this was ridiculous.

Room had no way for my husband to shower as the so called handicapped shower had no seat. He cannot stand unassisted. The heat didn't work properly. Just really overpriced for what we got. Handicap exit doors not working so he couldn't get in and out without assistance. The only good thing was the easy access to the stadiums.

My room door was unsecured with my belongings during my stay. If you push the knob it was secure. However if you push the door the lock wasn't secure. Tried several time still same results. Maintenance came evaluation of door it needed service. Door would not lock at all.They said the couldn't compensate me because i paid through you. However they would try to send me some compensation. However no one has contact me. I spent to much money for one night for this treatment. Manger was polite but no follow-up at all.

The place is really nice. The layout is weird and the fact that everything the place seems to offer is within the casino floor itself, stay away if you have kids. If it was just my wife and I i wouldve given the place 5/5 in all areas. The layout coukd be updated based on the design so that the amenities can be accessed by under 21s without a big change unleas they don't want that. Place is really nice, rooms are excellent, closeness to sports is perfect, access for under 21s is abyssmal and it's a considerable distance from downtown Philly and tourist attractions.

Short overnight stay to attend a 76ers game. This hotel is great for thw football and baseball stadium. It wasnt a super far walk foe basketball but when its cold its not the best. there was a shuttle but we didn't want to wait and getting steps in with family is fun. The staff was friendly, check in was quick. Room was comfortable and clean and had all the essentials.
