There was no way to unload luggage or help from the hotel. No breakfast available. No bar. No minibar. No bottled water (had to fill bottle from a trickle of water from a wall). Room had 1/2 window hidden behind an awkward wall, awful small bathroom, no fridge, no outlets where needed. Room had old furniture, no closet space. Dirty carpets. Very weird: had to take an elevator to the lobby, cross the same to get to an elevator to the room. No valet, public parking garage. All they did was give a 20% discount. The worst place I’ve ever stayed at for over $700 for two nights. We left after one night. Horrible place. Location? Look at the garbage in the back alley. And the last straw: I still have to sort out the invoice, they charged for a third day!!! STAY AWAY FEOM THAT PLACE !!!!

I stayed here for 1 night for a World Cup game. The hotel is very basic, it’s no frills which is what I expected going in. Highlights: comfortable beds, complimentary espresso/coffee in room and lobby, prime location downtown in Rittenhouse near plenty of great restaurants, bars, and cafes, they have refillable water stations on every floor and a travel amenity cabinet on each floor for guests free of charge. Cons: the rooms are outdated and the bathrooms are in desperate need of an upgrade, the gym is small and has no windows, ice machine is only on the 12th floor, the tv in my room did not work and engineering could not fix it. Overall this place gets a 3/5 for me, it was a decent hotel to stay for a night it’s a bit overpriced if you ask me for what you get, especially if you book through hotels.ckm instead book directly through the hotel to save $50-75.

We stayed during the busy summer season. The city was full of energy with Juneteenth and FIFA events. The hotel staff were very helpful, the free coffee and water machines were great and the location was central. The rooms were a bit small and Rittenhouse Square was about 3 blocks away. There is no pool. The rooms were clean and staff friendly. The hotel is on Chestnut which is a straight shot to Old City Philadelphia and most of the tourist attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at the Quarters. The location is unbeatable - close to everything and incredibly convenient for getting around. The staff were genuinely friendly and very accommodating throughout our visit. Having a shopping plaza and car parking right across the road made things even easier. Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, and the bed made for a great night’s sleep. A fantastic place to stay overall.

Property and room was nice, parking was a bit of a hassle. No information was provided prior to checking in for parking location and the use of a code provided by hotel for a discount on parking. Our room didn’t come furnished with bedding for the pullout sofa but was provided when asked. Hotel is close to most things which was a positive about the stay. Only real complaint was parking

Location for bus and UBER parking right outfront. Quiet and secure with lobby and registration on second floor. No dining in hotel but coffee on 2nd floor and water bottles on floors with machine for filtered water. Many good restaurants and small shops in area. Great beds and sheets comfortable and changed each day. A/c you set and no one changes or reduces when you are out or overnight. Rooms are small but well organized and work well.

We appreciated the complimentary coffee and filtered water. The guest amenity closet is a nice touch. Even though we didn’t need anything extra during our stay, we appreciated the convenience of it. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, attractions, etc., in this area. It could get really crowded and busy at times.

We were just annoyed that we had to take a one floor elevator to the lobby and another to our room. The stairs to the lobby were blocked off for some reason. It would be more convenient for us to use the stairs instead of the elevator.

Overall, we’d recommend it for the location, cleanness, and the service.

The location was convenient for Downtown Philadelphia and the hotel and rooms were generally clean. Our room was extremely small and the layout of the hotel was awkward with minimal outside windows. No food service is offered on site. Parking is in a garage down the block.

My only complaint is that the rooms are small. The room with king bed had only one nightstand and side with no nightstand was almost against the wall.
Also, no safe in room. Otherwise, the stay was good. Excellent location. Very clean room with daily housekeeping. Nice lobby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Purified water dispenser near elevator on every floor. Still and sparkling water dispenser in lobby.

The facility was clean, well cared for and the service was great. I appreciated the hot beverage bar in the lobby which was always well stocked and open. The facility itself is older and quirky but it added to the charm. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, right in the middle of Center City Philadelphia. The room was clean and the hotel staff was friendly. Keep in mind that the rooms here are economically sized, so if you’re looking for a hotel room that has lots of room for you to wander, you may wish to consider different hotels. This is a great hotel if you plan to use it mostly to rest while you spend most of your time exploring the city.

The hotel is an excellent choice if you want to be in the centre of the city. It is easy to walk to Reading Market for lots of food options. The Liberty Bell area with Independence Park is about a 15/20 minute walk. Rooms are very clean and quite comfortable……good value for money. We arrived at 1.30pm but were able to access our room early. Katie one of the receptionists was particularly helpful in allowing us to store our suitcases.

The property was very underwhelming does not look like anything in the pictures. The roads are absolutely disgusting. There was rust and mold in the bathroom. You can tell that it was cleaned and rushed when I lay down in my bed. There was dust all over the headboard all over the side tables. There was dust stuck to the remote absolutely disgusting. I would never sit here again

Shower was clogged and so filled up that only one of our party even took a shower it was gross. The hair dryer didn’t work and looked like it had been taken from goodwill it was old and filthy the handle was all cruddy- I asked for a new dryer and the nice staff member brought it when we were walking out to check out about 50min later.
the front staff were not very friendly rudely talking about others at the front desk also the instructions for the parking garage were confusing and I ended up paying extra for parking. The room next to ours was a storage room and staff were very noisy going in and out of it repeatedly from 11pm- 2am and then again early at 6am! So annoying. The hotel was clean and I appreciated the coffee and water in the lobby but all in all this was not a great stay and I will not use club quarters again.

The only good thing about this room is that it was cheaper than others. The rooms were supposed to be open by three. We got in to our roomsclose to 7 PM just about missed the dinner. We’re supposed to go to because we hadn’t even showered. The staff was not particularly accommodating about the delay.

I hate to do this but haven’t stayed at a CC in a long time. And I had expected the quality to improve not degrade. The property unfortunately was old and unkept. I could tell it was cleaned but it’s the structure. The carpet is old and dingy and I had to buy socks to walk in it. I also had to buy a plug in freshener because the room had an old musty smell. The staff were all phenomenal. The facilities not so much. Wouldn’t stay again. I wasn’t expecting the four season but this feels like it’s just been left to rot away. I’d go so far as to say it needs a gut rehab.

Rooms are smaller than a newer hotel
but not SMALL imho. The bathroom is a little small but again, the building was built in the 20’s? In any case, building has been updated beautifully. Room had character that could only be found in an historic building. Front desk staff was the nicest I had encountered anywhere!! Bed was comfortable and the linens were clean and crisp. I loved the water bottles and filling station in the hall and the free coffee in the modern designed lobby. Optimally located and very close to dining options. I would definitely return for this “boutique” type of experience. Free WiFi was a nice bonus too.

The room was quite small. We had to pay extra to check in early even though there was an available room. Mostly, the property was run down (there was a hole in the curtain that looked like a cigarette burn), the bathroom smelled like sewage, the cleaners weren’t very thorough (left several pieces of trash on the floor), the bathroom door wouldn’t stay open, no luggage rack/umbrellas, and the walls were paper thin. We could hear it every time people nearby opened or closed a door. There were also really loud noises from another room’s plumbing that woke us up into middle of the night.

Pros- really soft towels, comfortable pillows, refillable water bottles

I liked the location and staff . I didn't love my room because I thought it was smaller than the price entailed. The room was an upgrade from the basic room and it was smaller than I anticipated. Plus the window was small and wasn't as accessible. I did like free coffee machine - that was a nice perk. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
