Staff was nice but there was so much noise above us the entire time that we didn’t sleep during our stay. Valet isn’t patient with drop offs and pick ups in their zone (not lingering) and that’s unfortunate you’re paying so much in parking. Furniture being pushed around and guests children screaming in the halls. I typically visit for business and do frequent the restaurant and coffee bar. The WiFi is consistent and the food is great as well. I was here during spring break and came with my child; however, I’ve never seen the hotel like this during spring break and was shocked by the parents that let their children act as if it was Disney. I struggled to avoid noise this time because parents weren’t mindful of their own children and how they behave in a business establishment. This wasn’t typical. I’d gladly stay here again and give spring break another chance

For the price you pay it’s bit outdated.
No poweroutlet next to the bed or build in the lamps, so with a cpap first night was a hassle and felt of the chair that i pulled next to the bed to put in on.
Lots of price changes and drop when we stayed and my friends that booked directly where not helped very nice by Eric the M.O.D. when she asked or given any compensation.
I send multiple message in regards price drop and that i preoaid and no response.
Cancelled booking when was still possible and rebooked at $100 lower per night.
Recommendation reserve and pay later to avoid this issue.

Lobby bar is a scene. The drinks are decent. The pool room is fun. The Urban Room bartenders make good drinks, but the food / menu is a bit overrated and overpriced. Rooms are standard no complaints.

Staff seemed polite enough and at least outwardly tried to be helpful. However its just poorly run.

Among various instances, I specifically asked for my room to be made up, and said I'd be out at 2.30pm. It was noted, and the lady said she will make a note for it to be cleaned at 2.30. I arrive back to an unmade up room at 5pm.

Stayed for mothers day with family. Front desk staff was very kind and friendly. Hotel is always clean when i stay. I didn't take advantage of breakfast via room service due to early check out. I did grab a Danish at the Cafe by the lobby. If you're looking for a reasonable hotel with indoor pool, gym, clean room, polite staff then i recommend staying here. Next time I would like to try the spa.

“The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not match the appearance of the property. The pool area especially was not well maintained, and the pool water was very cloudy — almost like blue mud. This was my first time staying here, and while the customer service was great, I’m not sure I would return.”

Subpar Experience Given the Premium Price Point

While The Logan positions itself as a luxury destination, our recent stay unfortunately fell short of expectations for several reasons:

Acoustics & Privacy: The sound insulation between rooms was surprisingly poor. We could clearly hear our neighbors' conversations and activities throughout the night, which significantly impacted our sleep quality. For a hotel of this caliber, one expects better privacy and soundproofing.

Room Layout: We booked a King room, but the bed dimensions felt notably smaller, closer to a Queen. It was unclear if we were mis-assigned a room type or if the furniture scale is simply smaller than industry standards.

Dining Quality: We ordered room service, and the Caesar salad was a disappointment. The dressing appeared to be a simple mayonnaise-based substitute rather than a traditional Caesar, which didn't align with the quality of a high-end hotel kitchen.

The Bottom Line:
The atmosphere and service felt more akin to a mid-tier extended-stay hotel than a luxury boutique. Given the price point, the value simply wasn't there. If you are looking for a quiet, high-end experience in the city, you may want to explore other options.

Prior to the pandemic, I would often frequent Urban Farmer. This was my first visit in quite some time, and I think it’s lost some of its luster. I had 3 meals during my stay, and I was somewhat disappointed in the quality of the food. It was overcooked and way over salted. Two dishes were way too salty to finish. Ribeye was thin and salmon was dry as a bone. Mushrooms and Mac and cheese were too salty. Their menu is definitely overpriced. The rib eye was $58, and about a half inch think. For that kind of money. I expected a better, thicker piece of meat. The bar and wait staff were also not the best. The room was clean and comfy, but if I ever stayed there again, I’d eat elsewhere.

The hotel needs a refresh. The halls are dark and dated, The lighting in my room was not adequate, The property is not well maintained. The shower gel dispenser didn't work. The coffee maker didn't work. There are no bedside outlets for charging. I was disappointed.

It's a high end hotel with high end parameters do just be aware. We weren't allowed to use the luggage cart ourselves for example. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We just tend to like doing things for ourselves.

Please beware that this hotel will charge your credit card on file $72 a day for parking your car without your knowledge or consent. Never disclosed to us. Not on the itinerary you agreed to. They claim it's on their website but still you do not authorize this in writing. Most of the staff was nice. The elevator smelled like vomit 2 separate times.

We had a great stay and loved the hotel and amenities. The only minor issue we had was that the sofa bed was not set up for our son and when we opened it up the mattress was not clean or comfortable. We then requested additional pillows so he could sleep in our bed and after calling down 3 times and it getting near midnight I had to walk down to reception to request.

Third time staying at this property for staycations. Always pretty decent. Staff was great (valet and front desk). No complaints as the service in these areas was amazing.

The location is amazing. In and out privileges with the valet are great. Hotel is clean and feels upscale. Easy walk to restaurants, museums and bars.

Few things I don't like:
1) Valet parking is $72. The room was $300. That is a crazy ratio.

2) The rooftop bar is a separate establishment. You need a reservation (Which is $12 per person) and does not go towards your bill. The hotel advertises the rooftop bar in its like it is an amenity, but it really isn't. Also, if you want to go up there and just get a drink, it is impossible to do so because it is so crowded with people. Basically unless you want to spend $48 for a cover fee for a family of four to buy $22 martinis, you are out of luck.

3) We asked for an extra blanket at 10pm. We were told it would be delivered to the room. It never came. That is unacceptable for a hotel. Especially a Hilton. Be better.

4) The pool is a bit of a nightmare. Filled with 50 kids during the day (understandable). Adult swim is the last 1.5 hours at night and still tons of kids and teens yelling, etc. I don't think it is enforced.

Comforter had brown stains. Clearly washed and stain that would not come out but should have been taken out of rotation. Glass shelf had a shard on the edge resulting in a cut on my sons hand. Staff were lovely and offered a bandaid to cover the glass. Staff overall were super customer service oriented and just extremely gracious!

We had a 7th floor room with a balcony with a view of Logan square. It was wonderful. The rooms were clean and updated. The pool was nice. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, right by the museums but with easy access to the rest of the city. Walkable from city hall.

The issue we had is “breakfast package” at the hotel which we paid $22” extra (as a choice) when booking the hotel; and it turned out “only $20 credit” each “registered guess” per day towards breakfast or brunch dine-in order! Not a normal breakfast included option. Kind of deceptive.

We stayed in an Executive King. It was spacious and met the needs of our family. The hotel location was perfect. We could walk to any location in city center. We enjoyed the spacious comfortable lobby. It was great to unwind in the evening with family as an extension of our room. The front start was friendly and the bellman always greeted us as we left and arrived. We’d stay again.

The spa was beautiful, but the massage was such a disappointment. Six women away on a girls trip and 4 of us had the worst massages we’ve ever received. It became laughable when we shared our stories- one masseuse didn’t massage one persons arm, my masseuse rubbed my back in a small circle in the same place with one hand for like 20 mins, then she kept dripping massage oil on my face by accident, one was given an entirely different massage altogether than what they paid for, and multiple masseuse only used one hand to massage!? I can’t make this up. We assumed they were texting with the other hand?? The spa staff seemed brand new, untrained and rude.
The relaxation room however was beautiful. The complimentary champagne and fruit water was beautiful.
Our rooms were clean, they provided nice sweatshirt type robes and slippers, and the restaurant was amazing.
