I stayed with this hotel for the first time for my birthday celebration and it was nothing short of amazing! From the staff members, to the cleanliness to cool amenities it was worth every dollar. It’s also a great location to be local for restaurants and clubs for easy commute. 10/10 would highly recommend! & breakfast tasted great!!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was clean and the beds are very comfortable. My only complaints are the ice machine on our floor did not work, twice our keys did not work and had to be reset, and there were no grab bars in the shower. Parking was a breeze. There's a parking garage right around the corner and we got a deal for $60 for the whole time we were there from Wed at 6:00 PM till Fri at 11:30 AM with in and out privileges. Otherwise the valet from the hotel would have been $75 a day!! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location for all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Philly. If in town for a sporting event, you can make the hour long walk to the ballpark/stadium/arena complex (walk felt safe) and take the subway back or can subway both ways. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I love the location of this property. Their rooms are nice and spacious. I’m absolutely in love with their bathroom. I was able to play my music through the mirror while I got dressed. Will be back the next time and I am in Philly.

The reception desk is on the second floor. The hotel is next to an abandoned building, a lot of homeless people near. So it felt uncomfortable coming in late.
My television in the room didn't work. They offered to move me but I had already Unpacked. My room was not the cleanest but they have nice towels. I heard the staff playing around a lot, very immature and rude comments to each other. Unprofessional! At 11:01 the maid did not knock she just entered my room and told me it was time to leave. Smh I will not be back. PS the rooftop is nice.

Kept looking good, although the rooms’ floor is acrylic DARK wood imitation, so it’s impossible to see if it’s actually clean. I had to wipe off a spill of water, to prevent slippery situations, and the wiper came out very dirty off of the wet floor.

Stayed at the Cambria Hotel Philadelphia recently and would give it about 3 stars overall. The best part was definitely the location — right in the middle of the city and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and public transportation, which made getting around really convenient. Check-in was also quick and easy, and thankfully we had no issues with noise overnight.

That said, while the room looked clean at first glance, looking closer it really wasn’t as clean as expected. One thing that stood out was the smoke detector being covered with a plastic bag, which I’m assuming was from previous guests trying to smoke in the room. Thankfully there wasn’t any lingering smoke smell. We skipped the breakfast buffet since it was $24 per person, and we ended up parking in a nearby garage instead of onsite.

We stayed at Cambria for a weekend trip to Philly and it was pretty decent. That weekend was very busy due to the NHL playoffs, plus all of the other events going on. With that in mind, there was only one working elevator for hotel guests even though there are 3 elevators total. One elevator is specifically for the restaurant while it’s open and hotel guests cannot use it. Check in was fast and the staff were very friendly. The room was fine although our bedsheets were not the cleanest upon arrival and we had to seek out the women who were cleaning the rooms and ask them to turn our rooms over every day. The beds were not the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, but definitely not the worst. The water pressure in the shower was so weak, taking much longer than normal for a “quick” rinse. Overall, our experience was just fine. Nothing more, nothing less.

Great location for downtown Philly. Close to everything. Rooms are fine, but we did have to ask them 3 times times over a 24 hour period to fill up our body wash in the room- we had nothing in there. They did eventually do it after another call. Front desk staff was super friendly. A lot of nonsense goes on right outside the hotel, but nothing that made me feel unsafe. Beds slept well and even on a Saturday night it wasn't too loud in our room.

The room was not properly cleaned and there were many chips/stains on the walls and furniture. Both beds in my room had pillowcases with marks on them and particles of debris on the top cover, I didn't even unfold the cover to lay in the sheets because it did not appear sanitary. The shower was also not cleaned with bad products in the shower, stains on the shower shelves and on the shower floor. I made sure to wear shower shoes and did not walk on the room floor without socks because the floor was dirty as well.
The lobby staff and valet were very nice at check in and check out but the room was very disappointing.

Communal area was very nice. Hotel was clean with good sized room and in a great location. Breakfast was delicious. We had an issue with safe but maintenance fixed within a couple of minutes. Highly recommend.

I'm not fussy. But I definitely noticed a few areas that were not clean. The carpets in the hallways needed to be vacuumed. There was a random pill on the floor in our bathroom upon check in and... most significantly... an obvious \"bodily fluid\" deposit on the couch.

The location was excellent 10 out of 10 recommend. The cable was out due to Comcast not the hotels fault. Buffet Breakfast was not available until almost 0930 on 2/21 due to cooks unavailable. Access to room had to be reinstalled although we were not scheduled to leave until 2/22.

The room was not properly cleaned and has some type of liquid splattered across both headboards in the room. There was crime in the shower, dust everywhere as if no one had cleaned the room. Staff was notified and nothing was done.

The bed sheets were not clean and when staff was notified they said that I could change the sheets myself because house keeping wasn’t available at that time to change them. As a guest I do not expect to have to change my own bedding. So me and my guest had to sleep on dirty sheets until housekeeping finally came to change them.

Just overall not the best experience especially being as tho this was a birthday trip.
