Came down for the Flower Show at the Convention Center. Was able to park across the street at an open parking lot-very easy to check in. Hotel was real nice. We ended up getting a handicapped room as my husband needs more space to move around. Very nice room. Very easy to check in and out. There is no valet as most hotels don't have them nowadays, but there are rolling carts and you can park in front to empty luggage from your car. It is on a main drag and only a few blocks from the Convention Center. Great stay. We used door dash as we were exhausted from being out all day. And we had some great Chinese food delivered to the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located for access to shopping, dining and transportation. The bed was comfortable. The check in was hectic, one person was working. I don't know why pre check in was offered if the inconvenience of waiting is still necessary. The room (King bed) was small with little hardly any space between the foot of the bed and the chair under the desk. The chair needs to be replaced because it's very warm. There were no shelves in the shower for soap; no bar on the shower door for my towel; the shower head was non detachable with one setting. And, the HVAC system is disturbingly loud when engaged.

Best hotel to stay at if you want to be a good short walk from Reading Terminal Market, Chinatown, and other City Center attractions. Check in was quick and easy. Staffs were welcoming and helpful. Had no issue with traffic noise even when we were on a lower level floor facing the street. Would definitely stay here again next time in Philly.

This is a mid-sized hotel in a renovated older building nextdoor to the convention center and proximate to the Reading Terminal Market. It's not the prettiest streets in downtown but plenty safe and quiet with a lot within a 10-15min walk.

The property is good and location is convenient to center city. Check in staff told me my room was not available and tried to offer a lesser room when I refused to take the downgrade they magically found me the room I booked it was shady and made me question the companies practices. There is no on site parking but many garages and lots within walking distance. Overall good would stay again just don't let them force you into a lesser room than you booked.

My son and I arrived at the hotel at 930 pm only to be told sorry we don’t have any rooms to offer you even though I had paid completely through Expedia. After an hour on the phone Expedia placed me in a one star dive motel in Camden New Jersey. A complete and udder disaster.

When I arrived at the hotel at 4 pm the doors were locked and I couldn’t get access. Within 10 minutes, the doors were opened. But that left me standing in a small vestibule for a while waiting. The room that I got was probably the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. The whole room was the bed. It was uncomfortably small. I would not recommend this room.
When I got in for the night, I walked through a fight in the lobby and ran into an elevator. Got to my room and realized the deadbolt doesn’t work. I was way too afraid to go downstairs and say something and I’m not switching rooms with a kid. I felt unsafe all night. I spoke to staff on checkout about my experience and I was offered 5,000 points (on the account I had to get because when they free WiFi they only mean if you have an account with them.) the staff was very nice, but there wasn’t enough of them. I would pick a different hotel next time. I had thought I was getting a good space with this brand, but this was not a great experience.
