The room was horrible. The bed is always so comfortable at the W but literally 3 inches off the floor. There was not a chair to sit in other than a cane back chair that at a desk holding up the television so if you wanted to sit down anywhere than the bed, you have to sit on this chair that was facing the back of the TV. Couldn't open and close the curtains because the bed is up against the window so you can't get to the short plastic rods that were hanging down. They sent somebody up to replace them with these really long ones so that you can get the curtains open but you have to ask for them otherwise they just assume that you're OK with the substandard situation. Yikes this is a swing and a miss.

Arrived shortly after 5pm for our 4pm check-in, told room wasnt ready and offered downgraded room with $75 dinner voucher. Since I had 7pm dinner reservations and 8pm show tickets, I declined. I chose to wait being told my rooms cleaning would be expedited and given a $20 ticket for the bar. At 630p (an hour and a half after arrival) I went to front desk to ask about possible ETA for my room as well as seeing if they had availability to extend my stay one day. Right away I was told if I extended my stay it wouldnt be complimentary (which wasnt ever asked on my end and I little insulting). Meanwhile, I got to hear 3 other guests check-in and even be offered room UPGRADES like more sq. Footage and a better city view. The person helping me stepped away from the counter and came back almost 20 mins later with a supervisor and refused to help me further. At 720p, I was finally given my room key but not before being treated like less than the other guests. When I got to my room, there was hair in the shower, a moldy straw on the floor by the trash can, and dust on the desk. We called for a cleaner to come back who was very sweet and thorough and very apologetic for our experience. The next morning we were called at 930am and allowed to stay until 2pm instead of 11 for check out.The room overall was nice, but I will never stay at the W again.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and I felt taken care of right away.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated how quiet it was, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

The location was also perfect—close to everything I needed while still feeling peaceful and safe. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

A very happening place ! Loved the decor everywhere and the hype vibe. The bar by the pool area needs more supplies. The wine offering were scarce . No Sauvignon Blanc , no Prosecco! These are not hard to find items, it's quite disappointing to not be available at such high-end hotel.

I wish I took pictures the room was rushed this can’t be the normal? there were obvious traces of a previous resident. The presentation was nice! but the main place you would expect for it to be spotless is the bed! in the crevices dirt/crumbs and what looked like a kids toy accessory was left behind. I didn’t get close up I’ve slept in worse places so I was gonna suck it up BUT I went to check out the outside deck before I checked out notice my key card wasn’t working went to the lobby and one of the employees was so snudy & dismissive. It’s sad the welcome was lovely. S/o YUSUF did an exceptional job welcoming me and gave me great suggestions.

I booked a solo trip here for my 22nd Birthday, 3 nights. Everything was amazing. My deluxe room was clean & spotless. The view was immaculate . The staff were very friendly and attentive. I even called down to the front desk so someone could zip my dress up for my dinner & She came immediately and helped. The outdoor pool was clean and nice. The designs and interior did it for me. I love the blackout curtains & moody style it gave. The only thing I disliked was no microwaves :( lol . 10/10 though still, I recommend this & will be staying more often.

Upon check in the ladies at the front were amazing! I let them know it was my birthday and let’s just say they took very good care of my stay. Lobby was nice. Room was nice. Room service was good. The downside is you are almost forced to plan your entire day around waiting for the valet. Upon check in we were advised to give them 10 minutes to get our car when needed. It regularly took AN HOUR to receive our vehicle. They had a group of attendants standing around at the valet desk but only had 1 person retrieving vehicles from the parking garage. 10-15 minutes is acceptable, not an hour!

Between the friendly staff, clean room, and great food, we had an incredible stay. The valet parking staff was helpful, and the front desk made our check-in easy as pie. We got up to our room, which was immaculate, both in cleanliness and in vibes. I was particularly impressed by the water pressure and the temperature of the shower-- it packs a surprising punch! Towels get a 10/10 for fluff factor. Very nice. We went to an event and came back later in the evening, and found that the lobby was a little loud and full of folks dressed up for a nightclub. We assumed that they were there for the bar, so we headed up to the Jazz Bar on the 7th floor, which was slightly less crowded but equally as loud. I am easily overstimulated, so we both decided to go get cheesesteaks (which I'm pretty sure is codified in Philadelphia Law? If you visit, you have to get one? Right?) and we were happy. We had an INSANE view from the 39th floor, and a nice soft bed to snuggle in. I slept SO good. The next morning, we had a delicious breakfast at Dolce. The service was top tier, and that Hollandaise sauce was phenomenal. Check-out and valet services were, again, super easy and painless. All in all, I will 100000% book this hotel again, next time we are in town.

I don’t know why but the bed for me was very itchy. I kept itching, my skin was breaking out and I kept sneezing. My nose kept getting irritated. My final payout did not add up at all there was a bunch of different hidden taxes and fees I wasn’t aware of for anything involving the room. However, it is very beautiful and was relaxing, definitely a great place to vibe, relax, take pictures.

Beautiful hotel, great amenities, wonderful kind staff. Nice restaurant, bar, pool, and spa. I booked the premier suite which was stunning but thought it was odd that spending a lot for the room and the WiFi was not included, the mini bar and snacks in the room were not apart of the room cost, I rather those items not be in the room, you only get a courtesy 2 bottles of water. Most hotels have complementary items NOPE not here not even a tea bag or coffee in the room was free. There was a QR code to buy the items in the room, the kicker no mini fridge or microwave. Beautiful place, it will nickel and dime you, you have to pay for everything here so be prepared to spend.

The space itself is nice, and the staff is friendly. The outdoor heated pool and other amenities are wonderful aspects to the hotel. In our room, the sink was cracked, most of the outlets did not work and there was a stain on the comforter. Communication from the hotel to its guests is not optimal.

I had an issue with the window not closing and they had it fixed by the time I came back from dinner. After I checked out they still held the same courtesy and care they gave me while I was staying with them. I am someone in the service industry and the service was phenomenal. Worth every cent!
