The staff that checked us in, Joshua was absolutely terrific. Kind, mild speaking and very sweet. The breakfast was pretty good but the coffee was awful. There was a stain on the bed sheet and the basin of the shower was peeling. But overall it was a very comfortable stay and quiet.

I did not like that there was no mention of the fact there is no parking at the hotel at all! You can then do self pay at the nearest lot that is across the street but you have to walk a sideblock to get to the other side or find street parking which is next to impossible. I also thought the tv and cable offering was abysmal, there wasn't even a guide button on the remote!! Room was decent though and people were nice

The hotel chech in was easy. Eric was helping and informed us about where to park and breakfast time. They had a luggage cart, which was nice.
The room was clean and the king size be comfortable.
The breakfast was hot. fresh, and had healthy opinions too. The breakfast area was well maintained and clean.
We enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.

I would actually rank between average and good. The room was clean and the heat was going when I got there. I didn't interact with many staff people other than the man who checked me in. When I got there he was helping another larger party check in so I had to wait about 15 mins before he could help me check in. He was helpful but it seemed like he was covering a lot of things.

The hotel was lovely the staff great us well and informed us about the basic layout of the hotel what time breakfast was the room smelt fresh a small fridge a coffee maker and what’s needed to make us a cup of coffee the sheets were clean and the pillows were arranged neatly the heater worked well

Cons:
Parking and this contributed to the 4 stars massively there’s a lot they refer you to walking distance from the hotel where it cost 38$ for 24 hrs 25$ for 12hrs the front desk gave me a receipt to show I was staying at the hotel but it’s a machine u pay for parking so that didn’t make a difference so keep that in mind and there’s also a 100$ hold will be put on your card

The first night was very cold in the room-despite the heat being on. I thought most hotels had 24hr engineers but unfortunately this was not the case. I only discovered upon checking out that the heat had to be cut on from a main source by the staff. Also, I needed towels & because housekeeping did not arrive until 10:00 a.m., the employee at the front desk advised I had to wait & it was 9:45 a.m. And lastly, the beds could use an upgrade.

Room 509 - Stayed one night. TV remote wouldn't let you punch in channels If your on 5 and pressed 20 it would say connection error. You can use the channel arrow keys only. Bathroom floor hadn't been maintained. I don't know for how long, but some drops fell after washing up from the sink area and you could visibly see the floor dirty. There was also two pieces of hair on the floor of the bathroom when I got there. The rug in the floor was damp and stale. It was quiet and peaceful in the room upon arrival but I realized the walls were hollow at around 9:30pm. Loud muffled voices voices could be heard from both ends. Checkout is at 11am - In the morning 9:30am the when I got back to the hotel the cart of the cleaning lady was passed my door as I was and packing belongings there was lot of noise outside and while taking a shower there was banging and something very heavy fell against the opposite side of the wall of where I was showering?! 10:58am the cleaning lady knocks on the door saying are you ready to go? The room quality was not up to par. The room was outdated. I was originally told I can get a discount on parking but when I asked the parking lot & morning hotel clerk they said there were no discount. The morning breakfast was poor quality as well.

First bedroom assigned crump, aircon vent super dirty, we requested change of room because we found a tick on the bed. Second room better more space but beddings and pillowcases have stains and floor have stuff around looks like not cleaned. Breakfast should have been better not really a buffet breakfast WTH options. The only good choice is the choice of coffee. Overall a rating of 3.0. Another good thing is the close proximity to Some establishments like Chinatown that was good

Realizing it’s an urban environment, we have to accept that even guests in a wheelchair must park two blocks away. However, we felt the absence of the waffle machine at breakfast. As loyal BW customers, that was hard to accept. We love the waffles! The real pity, is that having booked through a 3rd party site, we were informed by front desk that will not get BW loyalty points. Sigh. On a happy note, the staff is Top Notch. Helpful and friendly. 5 star staff.

located on the edge of Chinatown. Many homeless loitering around the area. Parking was self park , no Valet. The parking location was a quite walk on busy road. .Very confusing. Staff were not well trained. Can not offer clear instructions to the guests. The building was an old building and the room was shabby. The breakfast was \"chemical\" scrambled eggs and greasy sausages. I saw one of the guests spitting out the eggs.. Was not expecting Four Season facility or service at this price, but it was not exceptionally cheap either.

Great job team

When i arrived the staff were welcoming and very helpful. I met Emma on Saturday while at breakfast, and she was amazing, not to mention beautiful. There was also a gentleman cleaning the tables on Saturday, and he kept the breakfast area very clean and inviting. Great job. I will book another stay at your location.

Excellent stay and I can honestly say, the best and awesome staff members/employees. They go above and beyond to ensure their guest enjoy their stays. They do it because they really care and it’s in their nature. I was almost upset that I didn’t have one concern or negative moment. I was traveling alone for work and had booked two nights in the Best Western. The male receptionist refused to check me in as I didn't have my passport with me. I provided my driver's license as proof of identification and refused it telling me they will only accept a passport (which is not specified in the information upon booking, it says government issued ID). I was left stranded without access to Wi-Fi and tried to urgently book another hotel and thought perhaps the passport requirement was a rule across the board for hotels in Philadelphia.
Thankfully I got booked in another hotel with no issues however had to miss my first work commitment due to this situation.
Extremely disappointed in the service here. I've attached a photo of the hotel information which will need updating to specify only passports are accepted.
