Our only complaint was that the door to our room stuck & we had to push hard to open it. We had a suite with double beds which was spacious & clean for the 3 of us. Beds comfortable. There are 2 restaurants on site, one if which is open late with good food. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is definitely 5 stars. Well worth the price that you pay. The location is amazing. The two restaurants are awesome. The pool is definitely a gem. The view from upstairs on the pool area is beautiful. I felt good watching my kids and wife have fun at this establishment. We stayed on Father’s Day weekend. I’d definitely stay again. I loved it.

The room was spacious and clean. I think the staff was a little overwhelmed by the large soccer crowds in attendance. I requested an early check-in and was told “noted, should not be a problem” and when I arrived my room was not available. The public bathroom was a war zone. Like I said- I think they were a bit overwhelmed.

We were there for only one night as part of a longer trip. I wish we had more time, and we will stay there again next time. The room was very large and clean, and the view was pretty good from the 6th floor. The Irish restaurant downstairs was great, and there are a couple of convenience stores nearby with good hours. The location is also perfect for the core tourist attractions in central Philadelphia. This was our first time there, but won't be our last.

We loved our stay at the Windsor. The location was excellent, and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Alan, who kindly helped us with our luggage when we stored our cases. Traveling with family ( small children) during the World Cup. I had to call multiple times for towels. Was offered a pack and play that never arrived. I assume the poor customer service was due to the overwhelming amount of guest due to the World Cup. Bathroom or kitchen did not match the pictures. Both were extremely small. Need to post updated pictures that show quality of all rooms

Wonderfully helpful front desk staff! The TV in the bedroom was tricky to figure out for us, and overheard another person mention that the TV didn't work for him either, but it was okay. We also had a hard time with the heat but did ask for extra blankets and had them hand delivered quickly.

It was for an overnight birthday trip and the front desk staff gave us some drink vouchers which was very kind. And chocolates!

I'd give it a 3.5/5 with the staff being the true highlight.

Check in went smooth, however on day two we could not re-enter the property because the key cards were coded incorrectly, a small issue but unnecessary irritant.
Coffee maker in the room was not functioning throughout the stay.
Otherwise excellent location, large suites with a small balcony.

Although the property is a little older, everything was clean and very well maintained. The front desk clerk, Cat, made our check-in process so easy! Cat was delightful and set the perfect tone for our girls’ trip. The two bedroom, two bathroom suite was just right for our group of six. Every need we had was met with a smile and quickly accommodated. The location of the hotel was also very convenient to Love Square where tickets could be purchased for different tourist options.

We had a great stay! Pros: excellent location, friendly and professional staff, nice and spacious room with a great view. Cons: the property is a bit outdated and needs maintenance, the room needed deep cleaning and repairs.

Some additional comments: front desk staff Edwin and Kat were extra helpful with our check in process. Always greeted us with a smile and willingly helped with every request. The property did have signs that they were renovating, so likely they are working on the repairs that need to be completed. Thanks for a great stay while in Philly!

Conveniently located within walking distance of all main sites.. parking is the biggest challenge.. to save money we parked about two blocks away. Luckily it was a holiday and we got a break for 2dys in public street parking fees.

Was really excited stay at Windsor Stes. Website photos & desc are beautiful. Need update. Construction everywhere.workers,(rude) & no regard to guests trying to maneuver luggage racks, through cones. Given upgraded room. HOTEL JOKE sll size room prices dropped below our rate to include topfloor executive suites. told that the entire hotel was booked. Later to find 3/4 of the rooms were empty. What a scam. Front desk gave us minimal information and no guest information manual.Entering room we started to get nauseous. There was a strong smell of cigarettes & marajuana. BTW, I later found marijuana in the room. This is a serious issue for me, being in drug and alcohol recovery, this type of situation puts me at risk of relapse. Should I call the police? The temperature in the room was 52° and was blowing mass amounts of dust. I am severely allergic to dust and was unable to sleep.Bother had miserable reaction to dust.l too. Both TV's didn't work. Lighting very dim making it hard to even to read a book. The entire room was covered in dust and all rooms covered with hard shelled, tiny black bugs.In addition to a few flying bugs that I spent hours chasing to kill. A really kind man at night desk said he'd give 50% off. Check out, lady said no record of discount. I should figure it lout myself.We would have changed hotels but we sick. You're website is dangerously inaccurate. Please issue 100% refund. Or maybe I will have some fun posting similar reviews and contact police

The Windsor was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Even though we were only there for one night it was comfortable. The staff was amazing and absolutely accommodating. Seth was absolutely wonderful at the front desk. We will definitely be back in the future.

Room 910 has a kitchenette with a table and two chairs, m/w, fridge, dishes, glassware, silverware, paper towels, toaster, and gas oven. The interior of fridge was clean & cold upon arrival. K-cups for tea/coffee available. Plenty of closet space a sitting chair w/ottoman and a desk w/roller chair. Not a balcony room. Very spacious. Comfy queen beds. Once you figure out the water fixture in the shower, every time you take a shower after setting the water, it flows immediately at the temp you left it!??!! LOVED that!!! The hotel ROOFTOP INFINITY POOL goes to 6' deep. The lounge chairs and the view are spectacular!!!!!

Hotel Mostly clean: I would have given it 5 stars were it not for every rug on the property having NOT BEEN DAILY CLEANED OF DEBRIS from Thursday check in until Saturday checkout. That's cruddy. Almost got a three star due to significant dust bunnies in the space between the pillows and the headboard. Couldn't tell if it was just dust or dead critters down there! People do move their pillows and SHOULD NOT BE BREATHING IN THAT ISH. The lobby complimentary coffee and lemon water replinshment & clean up was lacking. Where ever cups are stored please check for evidence of critters. One of my cups had some type of debris in them. On the picky side: the windows in room could stand cleaning as well as the exterior fridge. This hotel accepts pets so there's the inevitable dog barking when owners are not present. I did NOT enjoy that!

We stayed in a huge King suite, which included a separate bedroom and balcony. It was very comfortable and an excellent value. The most important asset of the hotel is location, location, location. Major tourist sites were easily accessible via walking and public transit, and the views from our balcony were spectacular.

Rooms are being updated, but some of the updates seem sloppily done.
Doors don't quite hang straight, ac doesn't blow enough cold air, lamps are cheap.

We had the best time in Philadelphia and one of the perks was this fabulous hotel. Our flight got in super late, the front desk staff was available and able to check us in (after 11pm). Our room was super clean and huge, we had a kitchen, a pull out couch, and a king bed! The hotel is located close to all the main attractions and has a few restaurants on site should weather turn bad or you not want to go out. Also, room service all day was an option. Loved it. Great stay for me and my two teen boys. We had views from the balcony that people pay way more than we did for. Fantastic visit to the city of brotherly love.

Everything was great!!! We loved our suite with the double beds. The kitchenette was an added plus. We had to cut our stay short due to a family matter at home. The front desk staff was very understanding and gave us excellent service. The parking staff were phenomenal as well. They took great care of our car. The young lady kept our room nice & neat. Staff was amazing I just wish the hotel was as great as the staff. Literally every front desk person was a pleasure even the maintenance people polite and courteous. From the valet to security 5 stars. But the room was far from.. My room was not clean, there were stains on every piece of furniture, literal dirt in a drawer, mold and soap scum stains on bathroom shower tiles, make up hand print on bathroom door, room curtain was off the track, the head board was peeling and only reason we stayed was because the hotel was fully booked and we had no where else to go due to it being such a busy weekend in Philly. If my room was more sanitary this hotel would’ve gotten 5 stars because it was quiet, the pool and upstairs area was beautiful and once again the staff was superb and prompt.

The Bar off the lobby is very nice!

Food and drinks were on point.

Got the skyline room with city view.

Room was neat towel replaced

Its summer time so the air is the only thing that will run. No heat. So if you get cold easily, keep the air off until ya need it.

The lounge and infinity pool is a nice touch especially on evening like Friday and Sunday.

The fridge and stove are nice for reheating and storing items.

Very close to a lot of attractions and photo moments if you're into that.

We parked next to the building at a underground public parking station.

If you use less than 12hrs of parking its 20$ a day.

Right now for the weekend its 20$ if you choose public or Uber to get around.

The suite was perfect. Kitchen was a plus. My room had amazing views from the balcony. It was centrally located between "Rocky" steps and City Hall. Many sights in the area to walk to. Two great restaurants at the location. Valet parking onsite with in/out privileges. Clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Perfect hotel for a short stay. The room I booked said it had a balcony but it didn’t. Nonetheless, the hotel room was spacious and cozy. Ran into a small hiccup during check in due to an Expedia issue, which had me concerned I was going to have to book elsewhere short notice. Nevertheless, that issue was handled immediately. Not sure, if I’d stay here again just because the property is need of renovation. Room lighting was very dim but the room was very clean. No bugs or anything. They have two restaurants on site & the sights, more food & shopping are a short walk away.

Very nice hotel with parking attached for $57/nt and Seph kindly comped us one night because of a delay in getting us checked in. The location was VERY central for walking to everything; visiting the Mütter museum, Eastern State penitentiary, Reading Terminal market, Chinatown….. our dogs stayed for free, and our 9th floor room was extremely roomy, with a large storage room at entry we didn’t use, another large room with hangers for luggage, etc, plus an alcove of a makeup area with good lighting and small countertop right outside the bathroom, in addition to the small fully equipped kitchen, with useful detergent, paper towels, and sponge. The room was also very quiet, we couldn’t hear the rain at all, nor neighbors unlike most other hotels.
I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Philadelphia.

The property appears to be significantly dated and requires extensive renovation. My initial room assignment presented an unpleasant odor, and the shower operation proved overly complex. Furthermore, the television unit was non-functional. Parking facilities were costly and exclusively offered valet service.

Upon arrival, I requested a room on the upper floors that was renovated; however, I was told that all the rooms are the same. I was placed in a room with carpeted that smell like urine. The bed frame was old with scratch marks and the furniture was outdated. In the bathroom, the soap dispensers were empty. For the most part it was an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. It was disappointing to see that on the day of checkout, the other rooms on the same floor were nicely renovated. I glanced over to look, as they were in the process of being clean. Overall, I will not recommend, unless you can guarantee a newly renovated room with no carpet.

I also had a problem with the hotel charging me again for my stay which was already prepaid . As a matter of fact I am still waiting for the pending charges to drop of my credit card bill. Spacious suites located close to all the major sites and convention centre. Staff are helpful and attentive. Room was spacious and clean with a functioning kitchenette. The pool on the rooftop is a wonderful treat. I was able to walk to Reading Market, Philadelphia art museum and other places. Lots of great places to eat and the public transportation is close.
