There was a continuous sound, like a ticking in the bed head.

The toilet tank ran all night.

I had to flush the toilet twice each time for it to completely flush.

The tub was so old and underneath the soap holder was mold- black mold.

The tub itself was really old.

I did not complain, I was there for a conference and was not in the room most of the time.

The room was not up to par. They was remodeling and we changed the room because the other room was real dirty like the tub of the towels and all that so the other room that we went to was no better it just glazed the tub and do some painting, but it’s still the drapes is nasty with stains on and stuff like that. It was just gross.

Waited 12 minutes to check in. Only two people at the desk at 4pm. Also the lines were not well defined so people just started to wait wherever.

We had an ADA compliant room and the bathroom was old and dirty. There was mold in the grout in decal places but particularly around the soap dish and the drain. That was very disappointing.

Restaurant and bar staff was the saving grace. Wonderfully helpful and great service.

Poor Wi-fi. Toilet didn’t flush. It took 3 calls for someone to answer the phone. Towels were dirty. You have to pay to park in their garage. Room furniture was old & worn. Staff was great though, very friendly & helpful. They were the saving grace of our stay there.

The staff was very nice. The food was good. Also the location is good for walking to the Philly. However, the room needs to be renovated. The shower curtain fell off and a cabinet door had all but one screw in it. We reserved a city view, which was underwhelming but I don't regret it. Hilton, please upgrade this property!

I was checked into a room that was obviously not cleaned and there was old food left in the fridge. I was given a new room however the sink was clogged so it was unusable and maintenance never arrived so fix the issue.

In room 919, no trash bag was in the bathroom can, the drinking glasses were dirty, the shower leaks, the tub doesn't drain the way it should, there is mold around handle bars of shower, and the toilet flushes poorly. I told the front desk he said someone would be up to fix it, noone came to fix anything. The pool has murky dirty looking water. Why aren't there cameras or a lifeguard on duty? Why is it unsupervised in the pool area? Horrible stay in my eyes, not worth the money!! Why is there a hole in the sheer curtain, why is there a short in the lamp on the desk in between the beds? How often does L&I come out to check the conditions of the rooms? The woman in the coffee shop was not friendly or welcoming at all, she doesn't need to be working there. I will never come back here, nor will I recommend anyone to stay here!

The room I received was okay, there was mold and mildew in the bathroom and around the tub, plus the tub was decaying. In the shower there were hairs near the wash bottles that weren’t mine. I think they can do better with cleaning because there was dust everywhere, on the tv remote, the coffee machine, the headboards, the plug in stations for my phone, the nightstands and on the towels. Lastly, the toilet would not flush. The toilet flushed only twice a day, I had to put about 11 cups of water in the tank with the complimentary coffee cups so that it could flush. Other than that my stay was pretty good, the host was courteous, the valet were friendly and expedient. I “would” go again, preferably with less dust.

the staff and service was exceptional. the room was not. it wasnt a terrible room but it was not 350$ good. for that price i expected great. the toilet seat was so loose that i thought it was going to fall off. the bathtub had crud and mildew around the outside and bottom. the remote for the tv was broken. and the self parking(which was 60$ was an awful experience. took 25min to get in the lot at 3am in the morning. that was absolutely ridiculous.

The hotel lobby was packed from check in at 4 until about 9:00 am occupied by a group that checked out and was waiting to be picked up. No space ro relax in the lobby. Management should have offer them a different space so as not to interfere with incoming guests.

Hole in the bathroom ceiling, tub sinking in. Room was way too hot even with the hair on. Staff in the coffee shop was incredibly rude. Paying 57$ a night for parking is insane and to top it off the elevators not working in the garage having to carry luggage up four flights of stairs! Construction in the room upstairs starting at 8 am with no warning pool looked nothing like it was advertised.

Staff at the front desk were very nice. And the view was beautiful. But the good does not outweigh the bad and we will not book again nor do we recommend. This is definitely a bad look for Hilton

Only reason it got two stars was the staff other wise it would have been a lot lower

Front desk was great, especially being as their computer system had crashed. My room was upgraded for no reason, which was greatly appreciated. However, the room could have been cleaner. The bathroom sink drained super slow. There was some kind of residue in the bathtub. Also, black fingerprints were on the bathroom door. The lobby and pool area were both well maintained.

I booked this room for my wedding night, our room was not clean, it was extremely hot even set at 61. The hotel was completely filled to max with a convention going on to the fact they had us on floor 17. We had to take steps carrying all wedding stuff because the elevators were constantly full with a group event. And the other elevator wasn’t working.
So we walked up and down 17 floors. This carried on the fight before and the next morning. The took hour for check in . I have 7 other rooms booked for guest and they were all very unhappy.

Honestly, for a Hilton hotel right in the heart of Philly - I expected a bit better… I could not refund/move the room a week after booking so we couldn’t adjust our plans. Also when we got to the hotel - we had to pay a 60 dollar overnight fee just to keep the car in the parking garage. When we walked into our initial room, it was a complete mess and not cleaned by the cleaning service at all. We had to get back into the elevator and go back downstairs with all our bags to tell them that our room was not even cleaned or checked. The nice lady at the front desk gave us another room but we only got a free coffee in the morning as a voucher for all our trouble. The room is sort of old and outdated. The shower sucks and the bathroom doesn’t even lock. Overall would NOT recommend

Stay was okay. The check in process took longer than anticipated, well over 30 minutes. The dresser drawer wouldn’t stay closed and had to use a coffee cup holder ton”jimmy” is shut to avoid running into the drawer in the middle of the night.

I can speak highly of the valet staff. They were on point and very respectful.

An emergency alarm went off at 4am with a voice controlled automation staying for your own safety please stay in your room and an update will be sent. However the update never happened and it went off again and was paused. In addition our room was musty and not updated, rust marks on the ceiling. Lastly the ice machine on our floor was out of service.

The sheets and pillows were unclean with hair, crumbs and stains. When we politely called the desk, the man who answered said there's no staff to change bedding so we can tolerate it or switch rooms. We then went to the lobby and asked reception for bedding and changed the sheets ourselves. The reception's bedding was obviously cleaner and sheets crisp, which points further to our bed sheets not being clean.

Bathroom WAS NOT CLEANED EITHER. There was tons of pubic hair all over the shower and floors. We aren't people who complain, but this was a bad Hilton Hotel. The lobby is beautiful, but housekeeping and hospitality are severely lacking. We always book Hilton for their higher standards, but this one suprisingly fell short.

The room was filthy—chairs had white gunk/food all over them, mirrors were smeared, faucet had toothpaste spatter on it, the door handles were sticky and dirty…the shower gel was completely empty, one of the lamps didn’t work. Smelly red mildew in the shower. Coffee shop in lobby is supposedly open until 8pm…I went down there three times between 7p and 7.45 and no one there. No valet present. Highway outside is super loud—bring earplugs. Really crappy condition.

So my son said I can’t eat this .and the lady said try and I won’t charge you . The bed closest to the interior wall in 909 needs replaced. It was quiet. I slept great! I am suprised to learn that dogs are allowed in this hotel; and I am allegic. Please post somewhere to warn us with dog and cat allergies that you do allow pets. Most staff were great although a large many of them did not speakl English. Front desk understaffed after 3P and no one ever answered the phone when I tried to ring from my room to the front desk. Front desk over-staffed during th ehours you do not need that much staff, and were just mssing around. I DID call and instruct that I am allergice to feathers and to please remove them BEFORE I arrived. They did not. The evening maid made me do all the work which made my allergies worse as I gathered up, FOR HER, all the comforters and pillows with the feathers. She was from Egypt and refused ot step into my room. I also do not like any comforters so I had previously requested just two simple blankets. i had to arrange that again, (by going back downstairs) and dealing with the front desk.
