The room was clean and the carpet was not too outdated. There were plenty to do just outside the hotel. We had an excellent water view room. The rooms were well insulated so that you didn’t hear your guests next door. Self parking was pretty expensive which added to the cost of your stay. The restaurant had quality dining.

Excited to experience a great stay at this hotel, sadden to realize that the experience would not be what we had hoped. We never received maid service for the entire stay, even though, we saw the maid right next door to us on our way out. We did not have a privacy sign on our door, so as you can imagine we were shocked and slightly annoyed that our room had not been attended to once we returned from exploring all day. We later found out that there was shooting in the lobby days before we arrived. The AC was janky in the room. I sweated all through the night. Overall, it’s sad that the amazing views, the walkability to many things to see and do was over shadowed by the lack of attentiveness on that of the maid service.

Large hotel with bar and restaurant ( I did not partake so cannot comment) and tables outside overlooking the harbor .. Awesome location with accsess to Penns landing Ferry which takes you across to mortgage pavilion arena on Camden waterfront .. very convenient and fun for concerts ..arena is just to your right ..short walk. They are also pet friendly 👍 rooms were fine ....rugs 🙄.. ugh .. Friendly staff 👍

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids 8-11. When we got to the room the sink would not drain, there was no hand soap and the container for the shower gel was empty. When we called to have these issues resolved, there was no initial response. The second time we called we requested a different room (one with a working sink), they said they did not have availability. Finally, a nice gentleman from maintenance was able to repair the sink but I ended up providing my own soap... On the first day we stayed, the room was serviced but not the restroom and the towels were not cleaned (one of them had what appeared to be mouthwash stain) and we don't use mouthwash. The room felt outdated and the lobby did not have a water fountain. It was disappointing since these are not usual Hilton standards

I checked in for a 5 night business trip. I was kept awake most of the night by the very noisy nightclub then people in the next room screaming at each other.

The hotel manager said that I should expect some noise at a downtown total!!

My first time in this Hilton location in Philadelphia, I will never stay at this hotel again. Initially walking in I didn’t have a pleasant experience with the staff member at the front desk and housekeeping never stopped by to clean the room.

While waiting to check-in, another guest complained to the desk about blood in the bed. The toilet didn’t flush in the first room given to me. The second room did not have hand soap or any body wash. The indoor pool was clean and relaxing. I will not be staying here again anytime soon.

After checking in I informed front desk and spoke with housekeeping manager that our room smelled like smoke while one of the housekeepers were in my room spraying down the room . Manager informed me that since it was smoke smell they would need to put an equipment in the room while we are out . We went out to dinner came back and nothing was done. Hotel service is going down. Hotel needs a complete renovation. It’s terrible other than location.

Too many hidden costs - they charge crazy amounts for parking, and too many fees added onto the reservation. Feels like they leverage the location to give less amenities for more $; cannot even watch anything other than basic cable in your room without paying for on-demand (i.e., cannot link your streaming services). Rooms are small.

Beautiful location along the river to spend a day. There is a nice walk way and a bunch of dining places to dine right outside the hotel. Very pleasant experience overlooking the river and the bridge. Parking is pricey though, about $57 per day, but worth it.

I booked 3 rooms in Expedia and the day of check was told by Hilton that my reservation was canceled and I needed to book again with them. So I booked 3 rooms with Hilton but I’ve been charged for the original booking multiple times. The front desk told me to wait and speak with the Manager between 10:30-11 am on check out day so I waited but the Manager never came out and the front desk staff would not go get them. I’m still trying to get this resolved with Hilton customer service, who also were not able to get through to the locations staff by phone. Very frustrating experience. I’ve had hundreds of dollars in extra charges.

Really expected better customer service. Upon arrival I valid my vehicle in Porter took my bags but had no cart to put them on so had to carry them like a football. Mile at the checking desk they tell me my room isn’t ready yet so I say how can that be check-in is at 3 o’clock it is now 6 o’clock in the evening. It should’ve been ready to stay in the minute. I booked it so I had to wait about 15 minutes in the lobby why they tried to figure out what was going on meantime the Porter has my garment bag over his arm, wrinkling all my clothes, and to carry bags he was holding in one hand or flopped over his shoulder needless to say this isn’t how I expected my luggage to be handled but anyway, after waiting 15 minutes, they tell me my room is ready. They give me my keys and I proceed to the elevators with the Porter that still carrying my bags for me with no cart we arrive on the 12th floor. He opens the door we walk in I look out the window and I am staring at a parking lot. so I go down to the front desk they give me a water front view room and it wasn’t a king suite I just gave up at this point at least I had the water view. They had two weddings in the house, but that is no excuse not to provide five star service. probably but never go back to this Hilton. I could’ve got this kind of service at Motel eight for a fraction of the price

The sink in the room had a really bad leak when we got there, they where trying to move us to another room that night but it didn’t have the ocean view which I had paid for so I told them no. When I went downstairs to inform them of what was going on the maintenance person just knocked on the door one time and didn’t wait for anybody to answer. My partner was in the bed with no clothes on and he still proceeded to go in the bathroom to look at the leak which was very unacceptable. So the next morning I went back down to speak with a manager about what had happened and about the leak in the bathroom. The bathroom are very outdated, they promote that they have microwaves in the room and didn’t. For the amount I paid for it wasn’t worth it at all.

I was double charged for my stay and currently disputing one of the charges. I booked my reservation through Expedia several weeks in advance. I originally booked a 2-night stay but canceled one due to my husband being ill after graduating boot camp and not being able to travel. I did it through the Expedia app and everything reflected correctly on my end for the following nights reservation (I am not upset about the cancellation fee and understood and agreed to all of that) but when I arrived to check in with my still very sick husband, they said they could not find my reservation and I had to pay again. I would have gone somewhere else had my husband not been so ill. (Stomach sickness - not contagious) The room itself was not very clean, the shower grout was rust stained and missing in most areas leaving a very unsanitary looking shower to use. The pool had so much chlorine that you could not enter the room it was in. The staff was very nice, including the night maintenance man who had to come fix our A/C / Heater because something kept knocking in it every 10 minutes for over 4 hours, turned out to be a valve hitting the wall when the vent was trying to open and close. Overall, not a very good experience. I have been a Hilton Honor member for years and visited several locations, maybe they were having a off week and due to losing our reservation had to put us in a not well kept room. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on that part. It did have a good view.

The lobby is very nice looking, but the rooms do not get dusted, and bathrooms are in very poor condition.
We booked two rooms, and my son’s blanket had a stain on it… wasn’t replaced after 3 requests. Phone at the reception area just doesn’t get picked up- not for internal nor external calls. Would not recommend a stay at this location.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location for our visit to Philadelphia. We lucked into a top floor corner room, and had amazing views of the river. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Bryan at check-in, and we loved James at the hotel bar. The hotel has a gorgeous pool and sundeck, which was a big hit with the kids in our group. Did not have a chance to use the fitness center, but it looked well-maintained and clean. Fantastic coffee shop inside with plenty of small breakfast items and fresh baked goods (even a vegan scone!). The full restaurant has a very nice looking breakfast buffet on Sunday. Our room was very clean and had a comfy king bed. The bathroom was large with plenty of counter space. No microwave in room, but there is one downstairs in the sundries shop if needed.

The hotel is very nice. However there is a outdoor nightclub right behind the hotel. The music and bass was like you were at a nightclub right in your room. We went there to get a good night sleep before our basketball tournament. We slept maybe 3 hours due to all the loud music. The bass was shaking the room until 2 am. We have been trying to reach the hotel but nobody answers

The room and facilities were standard. We were disappointed in the level of service we are used to at a Hilton location.

We had breakfast in the hotel's restaurant and the person that greeted us (seemed to be the restaurant or shift manager) was curt. The same person proceeded to have to be what seemed to be an argument with his staff in the middle of the restaurant floor, which was unprofessional. There was an automatic 18% service charge for a self-serve buffet, which might have been fine, but we had to ask for refills of our waters. Additionally, the bill was given to us even though we weren't finished with our meals, and the individual providing drinks never came back after he dropped off after he RUSHED to drop off the check.

I expect better from Hilton.

Room provided great view of the river. We appreciated the ample onsite parking. We found breakfast buffet options a lot better than the dinner options.
We were surprised that there was only one rolling desk chair in the room but no club chair for a 2 queen bed room. It seems like a small thing until you have a senior guest that needs sturdy seating. Front desk was unable to provide a chair upon request. We requested a bulb for the floor lamp that wasn’t working and are still waiting. They offered complimentary coffee bar and concession shop coupons for the inconveniences. Staff seemed a little stressed; most pleasant was the porter who took our luggage to our vehicle. Overall not a bad stay, but would definitely expect more from the Hilton brand name.

Had an amazing stay with my daughter and she loved the heated pool!! Checking in was quick and staff was nice. Amenities were great and we loved dining in at Rope and Anchor downstairs. There was quite a checking out but they were efficient and attentive and we were able to leave without waiting the whole line. Definitely recommend , we had a great experience and will be back !

Overall it was a good stay. The properties location was prime, very beautiful waterfront. My room was on the city side but offered a beautiful unobstructed panaromic view of the city. We came to explore the city for Spring Break. We used the Big Bus Tour as our transportation during our stay. There’s a hop-on stop just across the street which was a deciding factor to stay here. Very convenient. I was not aware that there was no daily room cleaning so imagine my disappointment coming back to an untidy room for two days in a row after long days exploring the city. As there were two adults and two teens it got pretty unkempt. I thought the first day was a fluke so the second day I was informed you have to ask for daily cleaning. Otherwise it’s only done every 3 days. The problem is, we were only there 3 nights. I never got a room cleaning but they did send someone to bring fresh bath towels, bathroom tissues, and take our trash away. My only other issue was a lack of response calling housekeeping or the front desk. They never answered the phone. Each time I needed something I had to go down to the front desk which was always very busy and had a line. And while they helped me they weren’t the friendliest. Gave off a vibe like I was inconveniencing them.
