Nice stay, I enjoyed the bridge riverview from my room, but when I started wiping everything down it wasnt as clean as it appeared. A lot of dust and dirt on the light switches and surfaces. The restaurant was nice, but my entree wasnt salted (short ribs) and the drink tower (martini flight) came after all the food. It tasted horrible. Also, the parking was $30 and its just a parking lot. They should have it included in your night stay. Im not sure if I would stay again.

Checked in and they gave me a room that was fully occupied, after the mix up they gave me another room but the hallway smelled like something died / to tired to find something else I proceeded to try to get some sleep and in the middle of the night the fire alarms start ringing and everyone had to evacuate the building smh standing out in the cold for what seemed like forever / didn’t get to go back in my until 4 something in the morning and check out is at 11 am / worst night of my life

Front desk girl who checked me in was fabulous. Extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had good amenities. TV monitor needs to be replaced as it has a line down the middle. Food and cocktails were good at the bar/restaurant, although service was extremely slow. Bar tender was doing her best as the manager seemed to be not so helpful to her and the crowd she had dining and at the bar.

One of the best hotel stays I have experienced. Rooms are clean, staff so courteous and great location. The only thing I would suggest is communicating hours that grill is open and cooking. I went down to get food and they were accommodating but they said the grill may be closed and it was around 2pm

Our first night in the Hilton Garden Inn our toilet cistern ran all night like it was trying to constantly refill. This kept both myself and my husband awake most of the night, so the following day we were exhausted before we even began.
By 3pm we had to go back to the hotel and have a sleep.
Our second night was better however, the fan in the bathroom constantly runs so again we did not get a really good night sleep. Very disappointing that they charge $30 per night for parking in an unsecured parking lot out the back of their hotel. I would not stay here again give him my time over.

Friendly staff, clean room, unfortunately no breakfast options and dining out options were limited within that timeframe we were there as someone mentioned when the colleges shuts down for winter break so do many businesses in the area.....other than that the barn door on the bathroom was awkward and uncomfortable because it did not fully close and had a large gap to which you could see into the bathroom. There should be some sort of flexible trim that eliminates that. I did not notice a lock on the bathroom door either

The hotel overall is clean and in a very nice location. I was surprised that the Hotel is located in Camden. The views of the Delaware River (right in front), the Benjamin Franklin Bridge (next to it), and the city of Philadelphia (on the other side of the river) are amazing. My 2nd time staying at this hotel. I believe this area of Camden will be prosperous.

What was supposed to be a dog friendly location, was not. Although my dog barked due to anxiety, it seems to me the walls and floor had no insulation that there was nothing to buffer the noise. I had to go back and miss a whole day at work due to noise complaints (during the morning) while I was supposed to be at a confwrece i traveled out of town for. The staff was great to work with and accommodating, but I also felt like being asked to stay in my room and miss work was quite excessive.

Check in was seamless and very quick, 5 minutes. Hotel overall is nice, nice area. We had a river view room which was really nice at nice with the bridge and the lights. Only issue we had were the pillows on the bed. They look big and firm, but flatten as soon as you lay in them. My fiancés had neck and back pain from the lack of support. Outside of that one thing everything was fine.

Amazing Views and Great Stay!

We had a fantastic stay. The high-floor room had incredible views of the water, city, and bridge. Truly beautiful.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the shower. A/C worked great. Secured parking was a big plus, though $25/day felt a little steep. Street parking is available but hard to find.
Staff were super friendly and professional. The on-site grill was convenient but a bit overpriced — $50 for two basic breakfasts without drinks.
Perfect location with easy access to the bridge into Philly. Very close to Rutgers-Camden, which was a big bonus for our trip.
The hotel was quiet, clean, and dog-friendly. We enjoyed seeing all the cute pups. Only downside was the carpet in the room, not terrible, but had that typical “hotel smell”. Would prefer updated flooring.
Overall, a great experience. We would definitely stay again!

Friendly staff, clean spacious room, paid parking on property for $25/per night with easy in & out access with the swipe of your room access card, on-site restaurant, conveniently location on waterfront near Rutgers University and Ben Franklin Bridge, not too far away from Ferry Link Terminal to get Philly right across the river for only $12 round trip. An aquarium is also close by if you have kids. My only complaint is the loud motor bikes and cars that pass by the hotel at night if your room window is facing the road. I know the hotel can't do much about that though. Maybe better sound proofing for rooms facing streets.

The air conditioning smelled like sweat/urine when it blew air. Perhaps the filter needed to be cleaned. Our room didn't have a remote control for the television and when we called the front desk, they said we could come down and get it. As a guest, they should've brought it to our room, e.g. like blankets, towels, etc. We were woken up at 12:30am to the sound of dirt biking up and down the street that parallels the water. We paid extra to have a room with a water view. We called the front desk and they gave us an apology and the option of changing our room (in the middle of the night, after being settled in). They also said they'd call the police. The hotel is in a great location but the public has access to the water and people hung out all night \"partying\" in their cars or along the sea wall. They also could see me in my rom when the curtains were open. The point of having the water view is to have the curtains open to see the water!!!! If one wants a room with the water view, I'd suggest they should stay on a higher floor (not the second level). Maybe the higher level will cut down on the noise and lack of privacy.

The first room provided was dirty, stains on the bedding and it smelled awful! The second room was okay the bedskirt was filthy and looked as though it was never changed. The bathroom lacked exhaustion. Decent for a one night stay but not on the top of my list to return.

Property is wonderfully well kept and clean. My room was cozy and clean with a splendid waterfront view which was worth the extra cost. Super close to Freedom Mortgage Pavilion and Adventure Aquarium- literally walkable but I prefer to just drive and park close as possible. Everything within a 2 mile radius is pretty safe and scenic, but beyond that be advised that it's ghetto.

I really loved the area. The property overlooks a beautiful riverside park. We came up for the My Chemical Romance concert at Citizen Bank Park. Only 7 minutes to the venue made this spot a diamond in the philidelphia area.

Comfort with a view!!!

Check in using the app was great and being able to pay in advance for parking made it easy. The room had a great view and was clean with a comfortable mattress. This was my second stay at this Hilton and won’t be my last.

We took the train to Newark to see a concert at Prudential Center. We could not have imagined how convenient the Doubletree would be to get to the station and the venue. Front desk personnel and bartender at restaurant were wonderful
