There was a huge line for check in. Waited so long to check in that we missed our dinner plans prior to the event we went to. They did not tell us that we needed to use our key card to use the elevator.
i suggest more lines for check in, and maybe an express line for those that have already done the pre check in online.

Our concert was canceled last minute, forcing us to switch cities. While other providers helped us, this hotel refused to refund a room we couldn’t use. Even though a local game made it easy for them to rebook the room, we were left $350 out of pocket. The manager dismissed our situation, and Expedia didn’t follow up. Disappointing customer care.

My stay was ok it would have been better if I was told that they had not cable I could have brought my Roko or a firestick because the TV only have 4 channels working and the front desk kept pretending like they didn't know telling us they are working on it but we did get a discount for each night.

The staff were rude. The room was run down. The handle fell of the sink spout, the toilet was leaking, the lamp and desk outlets didn't work because the outlet was not working. The microwave and ice machines were on completely different floors from each other. The microwave area was dirty. I would never stay here again. I actually cancelled a future reservation for another concert.

Front desk says they addressed repair order but never did (latch & usb charging ports). When I texted back with a picture of the broken latch telling them it was not fixed, there was no further response. Also, you are not being told about the $15 parking fee when you check in. That’s later that day by text. Overall ok stay but not necessarily value for money.

Floor 1 was the staffs living space and was run down compared to the other floors. Only one Ice machines was working and it was the 15th floor. This wasn’t told to us when we checked in so we had to go floor to floor to find a working one. We didn’t have any house keeping services either.

Room was clean with a city view, Keurig coffee, and comfortable king-sized bed.

Great front desk staff. At check-in and -out, there was a seating area and chilled lemon water while I waited for just one person in line at a time. The staff was kind and knowledgeable of the area.

They offered convenient, onsite parking for about $15 per night. The arena and sports fields were ~25-minute walk away. There were bus options to get to other parts of the downtown.

The gym had windows, a row machine, a couple of treadmills, a couple ellipticals, and my apologies to the cyclists because I did not note if there was a stationary bike. There were plenty of free weights, space for plyometrics, and a couple of mats.

There was ~$16 breakfast deal that looked good, but we went out to meet with friends instead.

We would definitely stay here again, and there is so much to do in Philly that we will probably be back in no time.

Have me a room, 204 or 206, and shower was broken and a hole in the wall in the bathroom. Banged the front desk and refused to move me to another room. It was after midnight when for in. Sent maintenance who broke the shower door which was made out of glass. Also the tv only had 4 channels and the male front desk clerk said they have limited channels, Just LIER! Didn't get another room until the morning when I delt with a different front desk clerk, a female. The new room had plenty of channels. Stay away from that room! He lied about EVERYTHING!

The staff- particularly Ashley- was absolutely wonderful! It was the room amenities that were not so nice. For starters, the heat/ac in my room did not work upon arrival. When I called this to attention, I was told it was an electrical problem and then hung up on, with no timeline as to when it would be fixed. Additionally, the walls and insulation are very thin. Each time any room on the same floor runs water, you can hear it flowing through the nearby pipes. This means being woken up at 1AM by your neighbors spontaneous shower. Ultimately, the staff was very nice but the amenities are subpar.

Staff support lacking across the board. Were assigned to an occupied room upon arrival. Not even a “sorry for the inconvenience.” Zero eye contact and just handed a new key. Attempts to open the door early in the morning before checkout. Just a very strange experience here. Bad shoveling with ice still around entrance of the building. The room was spacious, so that’s why we’re not rating the experience a one star.

I made and paid for a hotel reservation through Hotels.com on December 7, 2025, for a stay in Philadelphia from January 23–25, 2026, totaling $397.14. When I arrived at the hotel on January 23, the front desk agent could not locate my reservation. We attempted to contact Hotels.com but were unable to reach a live representative after being on hold for an extended period. Because the reservation could not be found, I was required to pay for another room. Several hours later, the agent informed me that he had finally spoken with someone and that I would be refunded the $397.14 for the original reservation; however, I never received the promised confirmation email or refund. I attempted to contact Hotels.com again on January 24 but was still unable to reach a live person. I am requesting a full refund of $397.14 for the lost reservation and will not use Hotels.com again.

The hotel is located in a very remote area, and you need to drive to get anywhere. One major issue is parking — the hotel rents out its parking lot for long-term airport parking. If you return late at night, it can be very difficult to find a spot, and you may end up parking in a non-official area. For this reason, I would not recommend staying here if you expect to come back late in the evening.
The room itself is very spacious. Considering the age of the building, the hotel appears to be in good condition, likely because it has been renovated, and the room was clean. The room has a K-Cup coffee machine, and the hotel provides three K-Cups and two tea bags, which is sufficient.

The hotel is old and in need of attention. The hot water in the shower was non existent, it was luke warm at best, the sink had hot water but not the shower. The bed is 1 step above sleeping on the floor, very hard bed. The tv only has \"live channels\" Could not cast tablet or phone to tv to watch bcus tv is outdated and unable to use hdmi ports. The staff from front desk to cleaning crew were wonderful and friendly! Overall the hotel was nice, cleanly, welcoming and safe feeling. It was in a great location to attend a late concert at the xfinity arena.
The negatives were, our first room we got placed had no working heat. A problem they seem to have known about prior and maybe hoped we didn’t complain? Had a small child so we did enquire and they switched us to the next room thankfully. And the parking lot was literally a thick sheet of ice, no plowing or salt just driven over and frozen. Was a little sketchy at night to walk on.
The employees themselves though were nice and the location make this a great base hotel I would recommend
