Having to pay for daily parking is ridiculous. I understand why, but as a paying customer, it should be mentioned at the time of booking and Not when we check-in.

Bad smell and a roach. The tub in both rooms needs to be replaced. The wall paper in the hallway needs to be replaced or glue back to the wall. The interior needs to be updated along with mattress and room furniture.

I had called to be sure the restaurant was open on Sunday night. When we arrived 7:30 pm we were told restaurant was closed and we could order food if we sat at bar. I have replacement knee. Finally the hostess did let us use a table in the restaurant to sit because i could not use a bar stool to sit for eating dinner.

Price was ok. Got there, noticed that there was a lot of traffic… busses full of teammates, probably going to a game etc. The staff looked stressed out. Elevator was filthy, right outside my door was an open trash bag… smelled bad…room was decent… clean sheets. Bathroom needs an upgrade tiles had old grout stains that needs some attention. So overall 1.5 stars maybe round up to 2 and thats generous. Sorry!

The hotel shuttle never picked up from the airport. And the number to call kept hanging up or disconnecting and was unreachable. Ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. Enough people apparently complained that even the morning hotel shuttle person explained the process that you had to call the phone number, which would only be useful if they answered the phone or connected you back to the hotel shuttle.

At check in was told that airport shuttle runs every hour on the hour, so be down in the lobby by 3:50 am because I wanted to leave for the airport at 4:00am. I made it a point to be in the lobby at 3:30AM ! Luckily I was there early because the shuttle driver came at 3:43 am?? If o would have come down at 3:50 am I would’ve missed the shuttle!!! Unacceptable..

The room was near the ice maker and the noise from the people using it all throughout the night maybe they could at least put a door on it to quiet the noise a little. The next morning we when down to catch the shuttle at 4:25am. The 4:40 shuttle went right past us and didn’t stop. The 5:00am shuttle stop at 5:05am and then because of the noise of people in front of us talking we didn’t know the B terminal and the C terminal were the same and didn’t get off until the D terminal. It was raining and we had to walk back to C terminal. The driver should have used a load speaker .

Stayed one night for a basketball tournament in Philadelphia. Room was ok.. it was clean. Not enough parking and the lady at the front desk was not very clear about how to pay for parking so I think I double paid. Parking charge on the hotel bill and I paid for parking through the parking app.

Room was nice but staff was rude and was talking to someone on the phone while waiting on us. Also I choose this hotel because on Expedia it said it was a $26.95 first night parking, $12/day extended parking. That only applies if you book through Mariott! That was the reason I choose Four Points. Cost us $175 to park car for a week.

The room was worn. The light in the sink area flickered for 1 minute when turned on every time.
There was an old plate with some dried food on the closet top shelf when I went to hang up my clothes.
No outlets on the bed side tables. (inconvenient)
Elevator rugs were constantly dirty. The hotel needs a thorough cleaning.

Parking is so confusing. It is $25 a day. The hotel adds it to your bill. Which is fine but you have to register online with a company that monitors the parking lot. So they charge you 25 if u are not staying at hotel. Guess what happens… double charges on parking lot.

When i booked, i asked for a king. When i got there they gave me a 2 queen. There was no trash bags in the trash cans. The air condition heating unit rattled the whole night. Had to turn off the unit and hope for the best to not get hot or cold during the stay. We definitely got hot and barley had any sleep from the rattling half the night. No breakfast when we went down or signs to say where. No coffee in the containers near the front desk. They were both empty. The bar in the place didnt have much for food wise after coming in from a Philadelphia Eagles game. Just over all would not be staying here next time we are in Philadelphia.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was dealing with an issue with someone in someone else's soon . She then helped me gave me a key to 2nd floor where the room i was given was OCCUPIED already, I managed to walk in on someone being in the room. She then gave me another room on the 3rd floor where you can smell cigarette smoke , seen an adult condom on the ground. Hot water doesnt stay hot for long. My overall experience was 2 out of 10 . THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME IN PHILADELPHIA

Parking was awful!! My husband needs a handicap lot and we were able to get one for the first night we were there. The other nights we had to park in the back. Parking was ridiculously over priced, with zero security and no cameras anywhere. There was an issue with break ins when it cane to people's vehicles. The one lady was helpful the first night, she did help me with discounted Parking and the lady that checked us out never asked how are stay was and was very rude. We'll never stay at this hotel again!!

Check in was 3pm. We got there around 4:20pm. front desk told us we had to wait, then she ran back the hallway. Then she came back and said she’s waiting for someone to put the rooms in for her and we needed to wait for 5 minutes. Then the wait was longer, and the king bed was no longer available. So we got a room with a queen.They offered no discount for the inconvenience of the smaller bed room either. Then the room smelled like someone was smoking weed in an adjacent room. There was a loud sound of water gurgling. Room 440 is what we stayed in. It was clean though, tv worked, coffee maker worked, hot water and water pressure was good.
