Get charged for leaving AND entering parking lot. Card keys kept malfunctioning to the room and gym. Very run down hotel rooms. No fan in bathroom. Dogs barking from 10pm-1am during our stay.
Stayed here the last three years and probably won’t stay here again. Very disappointed

We arrived at the hotel after visiting the city for a sporting event. The hotel was mostly empty and poorly staffed. The room was clean, but the key cards would suddenly deactivate. The room did not have a desk chair, and the outlets were sporadic and not plentiful. The bathroom sink is outside the toilet room, which makes an awkward arrangement for a shared room, possibly causing inconvenience. I paid for cold breakfast through the app, but they still charged me at checkout. The front desk staff wasn't helpful and acted as if they didn't care. They seem pretty nonchalant, since the room keys wouldn't activate and couldn't open the rooms. I can say the room was clean, but the space felt like a high-end motel. I would compare the hotels in the area with rates ranging from $125 to $170 per night to ensure you get the best value.

I went for breakfast and it was 20 minutes before I could get coffee I got coffee ordered food and another half an hour before I got it I ask for syrup never got it so I told the waiter I didn’t want it because everything got cold so I sent it back, and the phone was not working in my room for the amount I paid for 2 nights it should have been better

You pay to park. We could not use shower- no safety guards. Bed was not comfortable. Neighbors yelled all night. Got no support from front desk. Asked for hypoallergenic pillows and was told cleaning staff went home. Water had a weak flow at sink.

We booked last minute and we had no choice so stayed at this hotel. Check in personnel was very flat and just gave us a key. We couldn’t get into our first room (key card didn’t work) and second room was also struggle to open the door. 5 minutes after our arrival 3 boys knocked on our door saying something about Adidas and I told them wrong room. I can see them looking back in the peephole which was creepy and scary. I knew enough not to open the door but they were hanging out in the hallway for a while and we just stayed in our room until next morning. People were loud in the hallway all night long for no apparent reason. Hotel was cheap but then they added $25 for parking which increased the cost of stay. Convenient as it’s close to the airport and looks like that’s the only reason people stay there but not sure why some people would stay otherwise

I made a simple mistake making reservations for 4/18/26 instead of 4/11/26. I tried to cancel the 4/18/26 reservation but all I got was the runaround. I am out $187 for a simple mistake that neither EXPEDIA or the hotel would simply correct and refund my money. I made and paid for the 4/11/26 reservation at the front desk of the hotel. I still haven’t received any confirmation of my refund.

The place was convenient and served the purpose of getting good night rest and getting easy to airport early the next morning. The shuttle bus was on time and operated smoothly. I wished to take a bath before going to bed, but the bathtub drain did not work, maybe it was safety issue.
Otherwise satisfied with the one night stay.

I didn't notice that I could parked at the hotel until after I booked with Expedia. I would have had to cancel with them, which they didn't allow, and rebook through the hotel directly. So, I say all that to say, do your research first before finalizing anything. I had no issues with the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. It was 9 pm in the evening and they were still hustling and bustling with a kind word. Didn’t expect such exceptional service from an airport hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was beyond comfort. Highly recommend. Everyone who worked there went out of their way to not just help me, but everyone in the hotel.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. My room had a refrigerator in it and the microwave was next to the ice machine outside of the room. The hotel also had a restaurant/bar. The only problem was parking was hard to find it was far away from the lobby. This hotel was also close to the airport, which is good and about 19 to 20 minutes away from Philly must seen things.

I had called to be sure the restaurant was open on Sunday night. When we arrived 7:30 pm we were told restaurant was closed and we could order food if we sat at bar. I have replacement knee. Finally the hostess did let us use a table in the restaurant to sit because i could not use a bar stool to sit for eating dinner.

Price was ok. Got there, noticed that there was a lot of traffic… busses full of teammates, probably going to a game etc. The staff looked stressed out. Elevator was filthy, right outside my door was an open trash bag… smelled bad…room was decent… clean sheets. Bathroom needs an upgrade tiles had old grout stains that needs some attention. So overall 1.5 stars maybe round up to 2 and thats generous. Sorry!

The hotel shuttle never picked up from the airport. And the number to call kept hanging up or disconnecting and was unreachable. Ended up taking a taxi to the hotel. Enough people apparently complained that even the morning hotel shuttle person explained the process that you had to call the phone number, which would only be useful if they answered the phone or connected you back to the hotel shuttle.

At check in was told that airport shuttle runs every hour on the hour, so be down in the lobby by 3:50 am because I wanted to leave for the airport at 4:00am. I made it a point to be in the lobby at 3:30AM ! Luckily I was there early because the shuttle driver came at 3:43 am?? If o would have come down at 3:50 am I would’ve missed the shuttle!!! Unacceptable..

The room was near the ice maker and the noise from the people using it all throughout the night maybe they could at least put a door on it to quiet the noise a little. The next morning we when down to catch the shuttle at 4:25am. The 4:40 shuttle went right past us and didn’t stop. The 5:00am shuttle stop at 5:05am and then because of the noise of people in front of us talking we didn’t know the B terminal and the C terminal were the same and didn’t get off until the D terminal. It was raining and we had to walk back to C terminal. The driver should have used a load speaker .

Also I choose this hotel because on Expedia it said it was a $26.95 first night parking, $12/day extended parking. That only applies if you book through Mariott! That was the reason I choose Four Points. Cost us $175 to park car for a week.

The room was worn. The light in the sink area flickered for 1 minute when turned on every time.
There was an old plate with some dried food on the closet top shelf when I went to hang up my clothes.
No outlets on the bed side tables. (inconvenient)
Elevator rugs were constantly dirty. The hotel needs a thorough cleaning.
