The staff was friendly and courteous, and the Wi-Fi worked well, but unfortunately those were the highlights of my stay.

The hotel is in serious need of maintenance. Ceiling panels throughout the property were damaged or missing, and the elevators felt unsafe, with doors that slammed shut and broken buttons. My room had several issues: the TV didn't work, the sink drained very slowly, the toilet leaked and left a small pool of water near the shutoff valve, and the bathroom walls showed signs of water damage behind peeling wallpaper. The conditioner bottle was already half empty, making it appear as though it had been previously used.

The biggest concern was cleanliness. The bed sheets had visible hair and stains, making it seem they hadn't been changed, and the mattress was uncomfortable.

The airport shuttle was another disappointment. I assumed, since the hotel is only 5–10 minutes from the airport, it would run every 30 minutes like neighboring hotels. Instead, it only runs once an hour. That's partly on me for not asking at check-in, but it was still inconvenient. The daytime shuttle driver was rude, while the evening driver drove far too aggressively.

If you just need the cheapest room near the airport for a few hours, this may work. Otherwise, I'd recommend spending an extra $20–$40 for a nearby hotel with cleaner rooms, better maintenance, and more reliable shuttle service.

You walk in to a sauna but are told “don’t worry, the room has air conditioning”. You’re then given the key to a room that is dirty and smells damp/musty. Ok, no problem- second chances are fine. The second room then has no curtain?! So, no privacy?!? UNACCEPTABLE… I waited over an hour for help that never came. I ended up having to track down the liar who said he would have a THIRD and BETTER room for me and would “be right back with a key”- he was outside, just hanging out, while I waited in the curtain-less room UNABLE TO SHOWER OR GET SETTLED. Truly UNREAL. Over an hour to check in/get a decent room/get settled!? NOT ok… Awful place and awful service. I expect a refund and an apology from whoever is in charge of that crap hotel… My advice- you’re better off staying at a Super 8. They are affordable, clean, and service is GREAT… Do better- that’s all I have to say to the owner of this place & the workers who were useless/unhelpful. So disappointed.

Looks like the hotel is being renovated after many years of neglect. Room was missing electric outlet covers and lamp shades, wall was showing signs of water damage, mold, and peeling wall paper. Sink stopper would not open so water could not drain. Guests drinking alcohol outside the doors leaving empty alcohol containers in the stairwell. Breakfast was very limited. Cold cereal was pretty much it except for coffee.

The hotel was not clean, the rooms not clean and smelled bad. I don’t mind that it’s not a luxury hotel, but that the rooms are not clean and the overall property was unclean and smelled bad is inexcusable. There were black finger marks on the door, stickers from previous guests on the mirror, white towels with yellow stains and dark residue. Toilet did not flush properly. The bedsheets were clean and the water pressure was good, but just about the only thing positive to say about the hotel.

Their shuttle service was great! They were at the airport within 20-30 min after I called them to pick me up. The lobby was very busy and a little run down but the staff was very helpful and quickly got me checked in. My room on the 5 th floor was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. There is a Dennys next door and the morning shuttle took me back to the airport for my morning flight on time and efficiently.

This was not a particularly pleasant stay. We had 2 rooms reserved (1 king with a sofa bed -- Rooms 430 & 434). Neither room had bedding available for the sofa bed and when speaking with the front desk attendant, they said they never keep bedding in the room for the sofa beds, which is something I've never heard of before. It took nearly 45 min to get bedding from them. Both rooms smelled of stale cigarettes and there was debris everywhere. In room 434, the sofa bed had a really gross stain on them, and the shower had not been cleaned because there was residue from someone else's shower and their hair in it. My friends that stayed in that room were moved to a different room that wasn't much better. I will not be staying at this hotel again nor will I refer anyone to stay here. And I will be reporting this experience to the BBB

The pictures are absolutely misleading. The entire building smells like cannabis, and the majority of the guests we encountered were either strung out or, possibly, “by the hour” lodgers. The room was not filthy, but the bathroom was not well cleaned and everything had a shabby feel to it. There was no sign of a breakfast in the morning. If I hadn’t prepaid for the room, I would have left and stayed elsewhere. I travel a lot, and I can appreciate a clean motel, so I wasn’t expecting anything glamorous for the price. I would never stay here again.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life (42 years).

Check-In was over an hour late because \"they didn't have any clean rooms.\"

Our room had the STRONGEST SMOKE odor and no one cared when we told the front desk.

The smoke detector had been ripped out of the wall, the bedside lamp had no light bulb or shade, the bedside clock did not work and once again the room smelled SO BAD.

It is not worth the cheap price, don't do it!

Lobby was full of sketchy people at 130am arrival. Halls smelled overwhelming like weed. AC was off in the lobby and hallways. Temperature was easily over 80F but the room AC did work. My daughter was crying because she did not want to stay at this place due to its appearance. Elevator was functional but in disrepair.

The only reason we were staying was we we stuck in PHL overnight due to flight delays keqvib. At 615am. Shuttle from and to the airport were the best part. Very timely and accommodating my family and elderly in-laws.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel and would strongly advise against booking here. From the moment I walked into the room, there was an overpowering, choking smell of powder AJAX cleaner, which felt like it was being used to mask other issues. The room was poorly maintained—the window curtains were visibly ripped, and the bathroom was simply unacceptable. The shower walls were visibly dirty, and there was hair left in the bathtub and stuck to the walls. To make matters worse, the hotel didn't even provide full-size bath towels; we were only given washcloths. Beyond the dirty room, the property environment and lack of security were alarming. The back parking lot was covered in dumped garbage and abandoned tires, with people visibly living out of their vehicles. It was also incredibly unsettling to see individuals walking around the premises wearing ankle monitors. Additionally, there were large groups loitering in the parking lot smoking marijuana, and several large dogs were allowed to run completely loose and off-leash around the property. Furthermore, the secure key-access doors to the building were completely compromised because people were continually propping them open with rocks. Between the severe lack of cleanliness, zero security, and highly disruptive environment, I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel had significantly overbooked and had a wedding at the hotel too. It is obvious the hotel was more concerned with making sure last minutes attendees had rooms and attempted to bump others who had reservations.

Multiple customers were told “their room type is not available due to a booking issue with our system.” Then offered another room at a higher price without any consideration that some are flying out the next day.

This is not the first time and the staff said the manager was not on property and not answering calls. Then an employee offered to solve the issue if an additional $20 amount could be paid to manage administrative costs.

It also seemed the staff friends were at the desk hanging out as well as kids from the area riding bikes through the hallway as a short cut to the front and happened in groups multiple times.

I stayed as there was nothing else in the area that night but the red roof inn.

Never saw a manager that night or up til 11 am the day I left.

Would not risk this place at all and just pick anything else and felt bad for many abandoned travelers.

Went to the front desk to ask for clean towels and the girl told me to go to the laundry to pick up for myself which I did.
Phone in the room not working.
Very old TV, not flat screen.
The safe was broken.
No toilet paper holder, the wall paper is peeling and the bathroom ceiling leaked.
The police was there 2 times.
Not comfortable feeling or safety.
That place is a disgusting mess.
The only reason I went there because was close to the airport and to the stadium for the game.

The airport shuttle man and the check in person were fine. But the facilities were dirty, I could smell strong unpleasant odors, the receptionist told me if I didn’t like the smell of my room I could come back for the can of air freshener someone just returned. The hallways were dimly lit. The carpet looked bad. Lights were flickering. I did not feel comfortable or safe as a solo female Traveler. Once my key didn’t work I decided that was fate and booked another nearby hotel. I would not recommend this establishment.

This property is a disgusting mess. Our room was dirty. The floors had not been vacuumed. The window ledges and the bathroom counter had not been wiped off. My shoe was sticking to the bathroom floor, so I took one of their white towels and wet it and wiped the floor and it was filthy. I honestly debated on going out to sleep in my car. I asked to change rooms. I inspected the room beforehand and it was in the same state as the room we were already in so we chose to just stay put.
There was a water fountain downstairs
to drink from, there was actually cigarette ashes in this fountain. The whole bottom level smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke.
It was terrifying to ride the elevator it banged so bad. Another passenger in the elevator said to me this is not a hotel. This is a bottom end motel.
This room cost me almost C$300 it wasn’t worth $50. I asked the two ladies working the front desk if they would like to come and see the room and they both declined.
There was no toilet paper or paper towel in the main lobby area bathroom.
Don’t waste your money staying here!

This place is a dump. Do not stay here. Hotels.com needs to hire people to travel and stay at these places before using them on their site. Check in was smooth except the sign in pad all cracked up. Went down the hall to elevators, hookers were hanging aeound that area and had rooms close with doors open, lots of activities in the hall and people. Elevators take forever an one is broken with a stuck floor level lighted up. Room was old, listing said two queen beds, it was two doubles. Stains on carpet, walls cracked, bathroom faucet ready to come off very loose. You can hear everything in the hallways, and thru walls. Next room was having sex evening and morning and could hear it all even with tv on. People fighting and making noise in hallways all night. Room price was aeound 90-100. For the night but the place was a dump, needs to be torned down.

DO NOT BOOK DO NOT BOOK! The MOTEL was dirty from inside to outside. The pictures are false advertising. The smell of the entire building is horrible! People are living there like a MOTEL 8. The staff has to walk around with mace for drunk and drug use guest cause they lounge around the lobby. Our room was changed 3 times before it was decent enough to go through a night since I couldn’t get my money back. The bathrooms are nasty I would rather stink. They share a microwave in the lobby so the smells lingering around. They have silverware in a bowl everyone touch and grab. I didn’t eat breakfast cause yuck! The stay was unfortunate and I wish I would’ve just left when I seen the first drug user yelling in the lobby. The only good thing is the free shuttle!

Don't be deceived by the word quality, this is a very old, dirty and run down place. Staff is nice and I survived the night, but this place is very run down and dirty. Bed was dirty, shower had rust on the tub, ceiling tiles are missing all over, the pool is green and looks radioactive, and then the best part was the fire alarm that went off in the morning for who knows what reason. If it were a real fire everyone would have died because when I went rushing out, everyone else was acting as if they had no idea what the trouble was for. Also it is labeled as 100% non-smoking but the hallway down the first floor completely smelled like cigarette smoke.
I survived so it wasn't that bad, but it was a very sub-optimal experience.

It was a rat hole. Wall paper falling down, the tub had yellow stuff in it. The sheets had burnt holes, 2 of the lights didnt work and it was hot as hell even with the ac. Was supposed to stay for 3 days 2 nights. Handed my key in after one night of stay and went else. I know it's a cheap hotel, but still shouldn't be That crappy. -10/10 DO NOT recommend, save your self and spend a few more bucks for somewhere that isnt here.

My experience was terrible. There were human fluids all over the bed sheets and covers. The mirror also had human fluids. The bed board frame also had human fluids. I asked for assistance had very limited assistance. They gave me bed sheets which I made the bed for myself.

This is a 1* star hotel. Staff is decent. Kind. But services are truly subpar. They assigned me an unclean room upon check in, locked me out of my room on the 2nd night checked in. Im Black, the clientele is hood. Police was called, a guest was scene fleeing with a lit cigarette and bags in hand. There are other nearby hotels in the same price range...skip this hotel!!

I ended up charged twice for my stay. And I think the reservation procedure needs to improve if my experience is happening to others. Today's phone conversations with hotel staff and Expedia have not resolved my issue although Expedia did send a message that they will get to me soon. I found everything working okay at the hotel but it definitely showed some wear. The rug in my room looked like it had gum stuck on it and I think that showed lack of care.

Mold all over the room, broken latch for the door lock, ants in the second room that was booked, destroyed furniture in the hallways, ceiling tiles and plaster on the floor, workers peeping in rooms, water leaking from the ceiling. Front desk arguing about not helping each other or guests because one lady said she needed to leave so she could go to a cabaret that night. Turned the key cards back into the front desk after taking photos and videos and requested different rooms. We were told that the 5th floor had been renovated and the rooms were beautiful. We, however were booked on the 6th floor with severe health and safety violations. Meanwhile another guest came down to complain about a tub overflowing in their room on the 6th floor. After sending complaints via the chat to Expedia, they were no help. A whole week later, I am still disputing this horrific reservation and they are only trying to offer “key cash”. I will be contacting my attorney and posting the pictures and videos on social media

I would not recommend spending your money on this hotel.

Throughout the property, there are signs warning guests about fines for smoking in the rooms, yet the entire hotel has a strong, stale smoke odor.

Some of the issues I experienced were:

1. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that smelled heavily of smoke.
2. The bed sheets appeared dirty.
3. Many of the people staying at the hotel seemed to be long-term residents, and the overall atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable.
4. The bathtub had visible rust.
5. The breakfast was disappointing there were very few options available, and the quality was poor.

That said, there were two positive aspects of my stay:

1. Staff: After I reported the issues with my original room, the staff promptly moved me to a better room without any hassle. Their willingness to help was appreciated.
2. Shuttle Service: The shuttle service was excellent, with great communication and reliable transportation.

Unfortunately, while the staff and shuttle service were great, the overall condition of the hotel did not meet my expectations and for that I will NEVER BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.

The hotel was great as it provided an airport shuttle service and the room I was staying in was clean and comfortable. You can tell the building is old as there are some areas in the hallways and stairwells that were not very clean and some items lying around the floors that needed to be cleaned up. I did see one person cleaning up a stairwell area which was good to see. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

I urge you to not book with this property. The pictures are not a true reflection of what you will see. I felt unsafe. There clearly were people living in this hotel, heavy drug use and more. The property itself should be closed as I'm sure it would not pass a real housing inspection. Please do not stay here especially, alone

My family and I stayed there numerous times for a few years. It's been awhile. We stayed there the night before our flight. We walked into the lobby, and it smelled as if we walked into a cloud of Marijuana. I was hoping that someone tried to smoke in the facility and was asked to leave since its always been a no smoking establishment. We got our room and the entire building smelled the same. It was strong and causing my head to hurt. The beds were lopsided and stained. The shower curtain could not stay stretched out due to the bent bar. It was disappointing to say the lease.

When I tried to check-in to this Quality Hotel, they simply refused to honor the booking even though it was all prepaid via Expedia using credit card. I thought may be there was some payment issue and then I offered them to use another credit card so I could check-in. The hotel simply did not give me an answer and said that I had to contact Expedia for further actions. We could not find another hotel and had to cut short our plans.
This hotel was terrible in the way it handled our pre-booked room. I don't think it is Expedia's fault. But contacting Expedia on Sat 4 PM to figure out this issue was not easy either. Even when Expedia tried to contact the Hotel, they wouldn't give an answer except to say that they could not honor our reservation.
Avoid at any cost.

The front end attendant was completely rude (the middle eastern gentleman). The quality of the room was not good at all. The walls were dirty, there were spots on the sheets, rust stains in the tub, a phone receiver but no phone. Had bedbugs that we discovered the day of check when waking up that morning and my sister spots as a result of the bedbugs, as well as waking up to a leaking ceiling in the bathroom. It was not a good experience nor the standard I’m used to when traveling.

When I arrived there were multiple guests complaining about their rooms being dirty and when I got my room on the 6th floor, I understood what they meant. The hallway was dirty and filled with trash mattresses and other room items that looked to be broken just left in the hallway waiting for an accident to happen. My first room was dirty with no tv remote and fridge so I requested a room change. The second room was decent enough to accommodate until I went to bed and woke up with multiple bug bites all over my body. I requested a room changed again but there’s no rooms available from all the dirty rooms being swapped out. The hotel is under staff and no clean towels just a total mess. I bought deep wood insect spray and sprayed down the bed seeing that no rooms were available. I requested a refund and the staff said that I need to talk to the manager who stayed hidden throughout this entire weekend. I will be following up with this issue because I need to seek medical attention because the bites are irritating and swollen with redness. The breakfast buffet is also horrible and they won’t allow any food to leave the restaurant. You got to eat it there not being considerate that the guest may just want a grab and go due to their own personal schedule. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
