I was traveling for work and stayed here over night. This was by far the dirtiest, most run down hotels I have ever seen, even in places like SF and Portland. From the start, the shuttle driver was so rude and would hang up on my calls. I arrived and the toilet was clogged, the shower tub was still littered with the previous guests hair and soap residue. I truly doubt they cleaned the room. The carpets had residue, which tells me it was not vacuumed in a long time. The hotel hallway was the dirtiest hallway I’ve seen, even in college. I wanted to call the front desk, when I grabbed their phone, I realized it was completely disconnected.

In such disrepair… my duvet cover wasn’t even on the comforter .. hairs in bed… but mostly the stench of pot permeated everywhere .. only stayed here out of desperation because I was deposited in Philly trying to get to NY late at night. Guess it was better than sleeping on airport floor.

When you walk in the lobby is very nice, but the rooms is definitely worth the price you pay. I had to get my room switched because when I got into my room #140 it smelled horrible, the couch inside looked very moldy come to find out the couch smelled like a whole bunch of pee. On top of that the carpet looked like housekeeping didn’t vaccum at all. I asked to get my room switched and they did that with no issue. The next room was better and didn’t smell. When you’re walking down the hallway you smell weed, you see trash on the floor, laundry sitting outside of room, leaking ceiling. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here although it’s cheap and the front looks nice. This place needs to do a lot of remodeling

Checked out this morning and left something very important. Called the hotel to see if item was still in the room the lady on the phone was arguing with me stating to call in morning. When I asked if someone at the desk can possibly look she told me no one was there to look. I asked what time housekeeping usually get in she would not give me definite answer.As someone who works in the hotel industry I can say the front desk people need a course on friendliness. Overall front desk staff was rude!!

Shuttle drivers a bit rude and condescending. I waited nearly a hour for the shuttle at the airport since nowhere did they say during booking that you’re expected to call for shuttle service. (Even then, it took over 20 mins before they showed up.) Then I was told different things about services to the airport. Their communication was horrible and they made it sound like it was my fault they screwed up..

Room was ok I guess but entire hallway looked like a tornado came thru and was never cleaned. It had strange white particles from wall to wall, but there was no evidence of work being done.

Don’t know what they expect you to do with your towels but there were NO towel racks available.

No wall switches for lighting in bedroom and only lamp switches (of the ones that worked) were hard to find -especially in the dark!

Bed wasn’t even made properly. It had the sheet on top of the comforter. (Why???)

Elevators were at opposite end of building from lobby - about a 250 ft distance in the huge building.

The placed lived down to its two star rating.

Do not stay here. This hotel is dirty. Smells bad in all the rooms. First room we got wasn’t clean and had a bad odor to it. I asked to change it and I feel like if I didn’t have picture proof of the stains on the sheets and the dirt and nails in the carpet they wouldn’t have given me another. The second room was slightly cleaner but smelled like cigarettes. Carpet was also dirty. The halls were dirty and smelly. Should probably take this one out and not be recommended anymore.

Staff was great, they helped me learn the area and find things to do around town.

The room was average size and the outside of the place looked nice. I was expecting the inside of my room to be upgrade and modern.

The furniture looked like it was from the 1980s. Overall, I got a good nights rest after a hot shower.

The room was dirty, the coffee machine wasnt useable because it was filthy. There was no ice in any floor available. It smelled like weed and im here pregnant having to smell that. Would appreciate to have some refund back. This is the worst hotel i ever went too. Even the hallway was nasty and garbage all over. Receptionist was unprofessional. He kept asking me where and what street i lived. He creeped me out.

The night shift attendant was awesome! Great customer service and great conversation. The room, however, was disgusting. The entire room smelled like cigarettes and the walls and floors were dirty. The sink clogged every time we ran the water. The room we booked was supposed to have a king size bed—ours had two queen. Very disappointed in the cleanliness, but very happy with the customer service.

No clean towels, our room had a pair of socks left in the bedsheets so clearly not cleaned. Floors are not clean and bathroom had used cups in it. Staff are constantly distracted and have no respect. You would be better off staying in the motel 4 minuets down the road. 0/5 will never be staying here EVER AGAIN!

I arrived early, around 1pm, to beat the storm, but 3pm check in was strictly enforced. So I had a little time in the lobby to observe and overhear many things:
▪︎ Issues with housekeeping, people asking for clean towels etc. You can't call the desk from the room...there's a phone, but it's purely decoration - no service.
▪︎ A few complaints from guests because their card wouldn't open their door. Front desk said the card was demagnetized and they fixed it, though i didn ask for ID at all before doing so. That's scary.
▪︎ A guest came down to say that when she went to her room, someone was already in there
▪︎ Employee, guessing housekeeping alerted the front desk that they tried to enter a room, had to force the door open. The male guest was snoring and the female guest they literally said they weren't sure if she was alive. Not sure how that shook out. No cops or ambulances arrived. So I'm assuming she was sleeping.
▪︎ I was approached by a guest asking if I \"knew Angel\". I said no, they kept on walking to another part of the lobby. He was carrying a jacket and half empty bottle of wine. The front desk woman came over to find what he asked me. And then addressed him. He eventually left. But came back and sat in the lobby for a bit and left again.
▪︎ Someone TRIED TO ENTER MY ROOM!!! Thankfully I had the emergency flap lock engaged or they would have been in. I yelled at the door that they have the wrong room they just kept yelling to open the door.

The best thing about the room was the water pressure from the shower. The beds were marginal in comfort and the room was not as clean as it could have been -it needed a vacuuming and an air freshener. There was one set of towels for two people. The staff was okay, the lobby was unwelcoming and cold, the main hallway had a distinctive odor, and the elevators were dirty. The location was close to the airport and was tolerable for a very short, one-night stay. I would not recommend this hotel for more than that.

However, almost the entire building smelled like marijuana and there were several of individuals lurking on the grounds that appeared to be under the influence of drugs. I had to walk by one woman smoking weed while I was loading up my car the morning of check out. The hotel should be throwing folks like this out so not to become a “slum hotel.”

This was by far my worst experience with any hotel. First, there's a terrible smell of smoke and weed in the walkways leading to the room. Then, once inside, the room is visibly dirty and smells like weed. You can literally see black and red spots on the floor. We first noticed that there was only one towel in the room, and I notified the front desk immediately and was told that they will bring more. We returned from dinner and again, I called front desk to request more towels and was given the same response, and guess what, they never brought any towels. My wife and I had to share a towel. Worse of all, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. I took pictures of everything and when I spoke with the front desk during checkout, their response was \"sorry.\" Truly a disappointing and humiliating experience. Never again staying here.

Front desk was nice guy, heavy native Indian accent, difficult for me to understand.

The room was not clean, especially the bathroom, which looked like nothing had been wiped nor the floor mopped. The TV didn't work, and we were offered to change rooms but were too tired to consider going through the process to move. There was no microwave or bathroom mirror. The heater was very noisy. We just wanted to get a good night's sleep, but found it difficult due to that. The hotel is in need of upgrades and more attention to cleanliness. It was not an enjoyable stay!

I tried to call front desk but the phone had NO DIAL TONE! I went to the front desk and requested for someone to come figure out why the TV was not working. NOBODY CAME.
After waiting for some time I HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT THE TV was unplugged.
I picked this place because of the price. My opinion I HAVE TO GET MY MONEY UP!

Why, yes the room DID feel neglected as there wasn't even a trash can in the room or bathroom. A disconnected phone provided an unwelcome trot to the freezing lobby where I had to wait in line to heat up a cup of coffee in the microwave oven. One MINI-microwave oven for the entire hotel? Make it make sense and while you're at it, do better!

I checked out within 15 min of checking in. It was a disgrace, very dirty, shower broken, crumbs in the bed and on the mattress. Wads of hair on the floor. Chair stained with who-knows-what to the point you couldnt sit on it. They told me you would refund my stay. Quality hotel already initiated it, but i havnt seen my refund yet.....

Honestly, everything was great about this hotel would stay again, but in all honesty do not depend on the shuttle. Showed up to the desk at 7:20 to catch the 730 shuttle. Was informed the driver was running late from the 7am. OK cool no stress. Driver shows up just after 7:30 and says the next shuttle is not till eight and went to hang out in the cafeteria. Not cool. Got an uber instead.

I don’t even know where to start! First of all the phone in our room did not work. Upon going down to the front desk, I was informed that none of the phones in any of the rooms did not work! Definitely a safety issue! The floor in our room was dirty and we only had one towel, no wash cloths, no tissues. We were told that someone would be up to clean the room, but that never happened. There were two night stands in the room that were completely bare, no lamp no clock, nothing. There was one lamp in the room, on the desk, with bare bulbs, no lamp shades! This was a pitiful excuse for a hotel room.
