Major hotel construction—carpets torn out (construction adhesive on the floor); walls impacted); baseboards missing—which is one thing, but it was never mentioned. This is a health hazard for someone with allergies and asthma. Room was stained (somehow the wallpaper was scuffed at 6ft up the wall—??). Bathroom had no fan. “Balcony” looks out over a double highway, so what’s the point. Led to believe that breakfast was included and only found out in the morning that it wasn’t. The thing that upset me the most was that the price ($232) led me to believe that some quality was implied. What was deceptive was that this was actually a $100 or less hotel which doubled the price on the night we stayed there because our cruise ship was leaving from the port nearby. Price gouging in general is one way of doing business, but applying it when you are under construction and have substandard offerings AND you don’t disclose a respiratory health hazard, that’s predatory. Don’t believe the pictures of this hotel during summer 2026.

The ceiling in the bathroom above the toilet leaked and the check in process was extremely stressful. Most likely would not stay again. Staff did the best they could. Property is old and needs lots of updates and check in system needs to be revamped as well.

I stayed there pre-cruise because it was convenient; NCL did the checkin process at clarion.
The AC was set at 68 degrees when I got to my room making is very cold. I turned it off and opened balcony door to warm it up short of turning heat on but it was very noisy due to highway next to hotel so had to turn heat on low. There was very little bedding on bed (l a light cover plus sheet) and it didn’t come up around shoulders so I had to sleep with feet at foot of bed so I could have covers around my shoulders for warmth and covering. Otherwise it was all good

Staff was nice. From there though, it was downhill.....and quickly. Property is only open to operate an airport parking spot. They don't answer the phone. I was traveling with my cousin. Although I ordered a double bed room, they gave us a king bed initially. We had to return to the counter (this is at 2am) and get another room. As I opened the door to the new room, I saw towels and stuff thrown everywhere and a used black gloves laying on the floor near the door. It was like it had been a crime scene. We go back downstairs and all they could offer us was the same king room. We took and I slept on the couch. During that time we were at the counter, two other sets of guests were complaining about their rooms....and a very drunk man followed us on the elevator that had a floor filled with sticky liquid. Ownership does not care about this building at all. They clearly have other plans than prioritizing hospitality.

I would not recommend this hotel. They are unorganized and the property is not well maintained. I booked two rooms. One was not cleaned at all and there were dirty towels on the floor and bed not made. The second room we couldn’t even get into due to the door not working. Due to them being sold out we had to find accommodations else where at 2am. The ladies at the desk were very nice and tried to be helpful but unfortunately they were set up for failure. I hope they get it together.

The worst management and service i ever had. No manager was available during a busy weekend and the young ladies at desk new very little about how to help guest. The room was unclean, as well as several others who complained. There was no housekeeping available to clean rooms and no response from manager the entire time I waited for 4 hours to get assistance. Under construction doesn't mean poor service or an unclean room. They had stained sheets and dirty towels. Highly recommend you never go here

The rooms were absolutely horrific. It looked like I was staying in a rundown room from the 1980s.
The carpets were gross. The beds had the cheapest blankets one could ever find. The paint was peeling from the rooms.
It made me feel like I was staying at a cheap motel.

The lobby was under construction. Not a big deal, they had a sign that stated so and places need to make improvements. However, the rooms and the rest of the hotel were very dated and unclean. The walls were peeling, holes in the shower curtain, very old carpet, and no vent in the bathroom-meaning mold. We decided not to move hotels simply because we had a very early flight and would only be there a few hours.

Elevator not running, long wait for the functional one. The hotel staff was a mixed bag. One gentleman very kind and helpful behind the desk, his female peer was mad at the world! We were taking a cruise and stayed here because we would be parking here due to the cruise terminal, not being finished. I think the staff was upset about so many people. The carpet in our room had spots all over it and the bed closest to the air-conditioning had dirt flecks all over it. The restaurant staff were awful. They close at 10. Went in at 9:20 to be seated and they said they needed to clear a table. They never did, and at 9:45 a rude woman told us in an angry way that they will only serve us a salad if we sit because they were almost closed. I would avoid this hotel as much as possible.

This place looks post apocalyptic, like a scene from \"The Last of Us\" or \"The Walking Dead.\" The place is dirty and dilapidated. Our feet were black from walking on the room carpet and there were hairs in our shower and rust on all the faucets and fixtures. The water took a literal half hour to get warm (not hot).

The web-site is old. No breakfast included, no pool, no gym, it says under renovations so it looks like they are supposed to be renovating, but not really. The room was awful, no matinence to fix the broken toilet and broken sink. The food was expensive for a crappy hotel and wasn't worth the money. Self parking was fine, need to get regular size pillows instead of using throw pillows, the water pressure could of been better, the balcony door handle was missing a screw and did not have a lock on it, i dont understand how charge for smoking in the room.and the hallways smelled like a box of cigarettes, the vending machine on the 4th floor didnt work and the one on the 6 floor took my money and spit out change after a few seconds. I arrived at the hotel after driving for 12 hours for them to say they didn’t accept my debit card, so I asked if I could use my credit card and was still turned away. The lady points out a sign that says affective August first with NO YEAR, I said August of what year and she says 2025. I said oh because it doesn’t have a year on it. Then I contacted Expedia and I still couldn’t get accommodations so I spent the night in my vehicle until the morning 👎

The airport shuttle kept us waiting for almost 2 hours. We kept calling and asking if they were coming and they kept saying they would be there in 15 minutes and nothing. The hotel was only 7 miles away from the airport so having us wait that long was ridiculous. We finally decided on getting an Uber but the hotel called that they were outside waiting.
However, the front desk clerk was so nice and even got upset with transportation for not picking us up.

The best part of this property was the staff. Upon entering our room, we realized there were no light bulbs in the light fixture between the beds. In addition, no comforters were on the beds (just a fitted and top sheet). I went down to the front desk and the lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. She was able to share some blankets and send maintenance to the room.

The rooms was in great need of new carpeting as there were many stains. Also, when we entered the room, the radio was blaring and the heat was on (which made it uncomfortable)

Upon check in, we asked for a wake up call, which we never received. As a result, we missed our 6:00 am flight.

The staff made this single, overnight stay as pleasant as it could be. Our flight was cancelled several times due to weather, forcing us to stay at the hotel longer than anticipated. The staff was patient, kind, and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was hot with excellent water pressure. The bed was comfortable and cozy.

The building front desk area and seating area with the fireplace is really nice, but the noise and loud music from the reception area that is rented out makes it un-enjoyable. The Manager was rude, and asked us to move our car while checking in, yet she was parked sideways across three spaces in the same area. In the bathroom tub enclosure there are large areas of black mildew all the way around and the balconies outside of the room face an unkept green space and interstate 95. Overall, I would not recommend this location.

I checked in late after 11pm. I didn't neglect to check the room condition. First, I had a bad key & had to go down for another. Furst room had mold on the toilet lid, stained walls and dirty bathroom. I was moved to a room with a connecting door & a slide lock missing screws. I slept with lights in my clothes & left my earbuds. No one will call me to get them back. Excuses about who's there, when & a safe. Very old dingy rooms. I was on the 5th floor. The lobby is beautiful and deceiving as to what to expect in a room.

Made a reservation for two rooms via Expidia, two months prior to the trip. They claim they only had one reservation and had to pay significantly more than the original reservation price(not allowed to post the rate of increase). Amazingly they found the other reservation 3 hours later and was told that I could only get a refund for unused reservation. That is terrible service. No one can explain how this happened. Would you trust them again with your bussiness? I am guessing no.

The staff was amazing there. The only thing I did not like was when we got to the room. We did see a lot of paint peeling on the ceiling. And when we got there in the room in the bathroom, there was only one shampoo one conditioner and it was booked for 2 adults So last night when we got back from the concert, we were to ask again for the conditioner and they had none.

We were stuck for the night after cancelled flights. This hotel was recommended by another passenger but we will not stay there again. First room we were given was under construction no tub no toilet ceiling debris on the floor beds not made. Went back and was given another room but after a long day of travel the staff should have known what was usable and what was not

I booked here after a flight cancellation. The staff were super pleasant and the facilities, although outdated, seemed kept up with. My first complaint would be about the beds. My son and I shared a room with 2 queens. I gave him the mattress that seemed decent enough, but the bed I slept in was like a piece of plywood with a 1/2 inch pad. It was the only time I've removed a fitted sheet to make sure it was in fact a mattress under it. My biggest complaint comes in the form of an event that was being hosted at the hotel. From my understanding it was a very LARGE family reunion that featured a DJ. I don't know if they could have turned the volume up louder than they had it. The TV in our room was hard to hear over the music playing several floors below us and the entire room was vibrating. I believe they finally cut it at 11pm. I understand this probably isn't an everyday occurence, but it seemed ridiculous to me that the music was allowed to be held at that level.

My son forgot his headphones in the room and after talking with the staff on the phone they found the headphones and we were able to get them shipped to us.
