This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. They charge extra for parking, and on top of that, there’s a $100 deposit “for damages” — which is ironic considering the place is already run down.

The room had bugs crawling around, and the furniture was in terrible condition. Everything looked worn out and poorly maintained. You can hear noise from all angles — people in the hallway, next door, and even every step from the guests upstairs walking around. There’s absolutely no soundproofing, so don’t expect peace or rest.

They advertise breakfast, but it’s really just a muffin and coffee (if you even drink coffee). That’s hardly what most people would consider breakfast.

Overall, it was not worth the money at all. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

The free breakfast was only nutrigrain bars and muffins. It says smoke free but there was a strong smoke smell throughout the building. Will never book here again

I stayed here on January 20th, 2026 before an early morning flight and this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. This property is a complete health hazard and disgrace.

The parking lot was not plowed after the snowstorm, leaving cars buried and stuck everywhere. They still charged $12.99 for this mess. Inside, the lobby was wet and dirty with warning cones everywhere. The elevator smelled horrible and had stains all over the walls. Walking through the hallways, I saw eviction notices posted on multiple doors.

My room was absolutely disgusting. There were blood stains on the carpet, mold growing in the bathroom drawers, broken and missing cabinet drawers, soft peeling flooring in the kitchen area, a broken stove, and a dirty refrigerator. The heater was cranked to 85 degrees when I entered.

I got zero sleep because of unsupervised children running through the hallways screaming all night and multiple dogs barking constantly. It appears families are living here permanently. The vending machines were price gouging at $5.50 for a soda and $5.50 for a small bag of popcorn.

I paid $60 for a room I couldn't use. This is uninhabitable. I have filed a formal complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office. Do not stay here - this property should be shut down immediately.

We had a horrible experience at the hotel. There was a very strong smell of marijuana. There were strange people on the premises. We were there with our 3-year-old baby, and they reprimanded us in a very rude way, insulting us, because they could hear the child's footsteps from downstairs. NEVER! would I stay there again. It's a place for criminals, not for families.

My pros: Check in was quick. The person at the front desk was extremely nice! The room was comfy.

My cons: I was not informed that there would need to be a $100 deposit made until I arrived, AFTER I had already paid for my room. I also booked a king room but got a double queen instead. One of the reasons I booked here was for the kitchen amenity. Once we arrived, we requested the pots/pans and other kitchen utensils only to find out that there was everything EXCEPT pots and pans available which we had to refuse since we had no way to cook the food that we brought with us. The “breakfast” was a nice touch but they should NOT advertise nutri grain bars and coffee as breakfast.

While my stay was short it was enjoyable. I would probably stay again but I would have to take the extra steps to make sure I can be accommodated a little better.

As soon as we got there felt wrong, when we opened the room the smell of cigarette and pee was unbearable the floor was sticky and the bed covers was all stained like big yellow satins on white sheets, they told me that there’s nothing that they could do no cleaning service no nothing told them to follow me to the room and even they were surprised gave me “clean sheets” equally stained. I slept sitting on the floor the stench weak me up next morning i was out of there by 5 am ask for a refund cause I booked for 10 nights that was impossible to achieve the worst experience of my entire life

The room was dirty when we arrived, grease beside the refrigerator, dust and dirt under the bed, and a floor that would dirty the towel is you wiped up water.
The hotel has roaches as well.
Despite reporting issues, the staff showed no interest in resolving anything.
The biggest problem was that the hotel had no hot water for two consecutive days, making it impossible to shower. The staff response was, \"It's a hotel, some times things break.\"
Our stay was far below basic expectations for comfort and safety.

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first thing we noticed was a cockroach in the room, which immediately made us uncomfortable. On top of that, both the toilet and sink were clogged, making the bathroom basically unusable.
There were visible stains on the lamp, adding to how poorly maintained the room felt. The entire space had a strong cigarette smell, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were unprofessional and seemed uninterested in helping with any of the issues we reported.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I definitely won’t be returning.

Old and outdated furnishing in rooms. No dishes in rooms. Good for just laying your head for the night. Charge over $12/night for parking and write parking pass out on a piece of paper when the other hotels in the same area don’t charge for parking. One TV oddly placed between 2 beds. Key card would not work on room door but worked for laundry room. Breakfast was just muffins. The guy at the desk was very professional and helped as best he could.

I booked the room and called in advance to notify them I would only be able to check-in for 5:00am due to my flight in to Philly. They asked me to complete an “authorization form”. All good, submitted, paid for the room in full, in advance. The nice lady on the phone I was speaking with said I was now “checked in” to the room and all I had to do was pick up my room key and I would be good to go!

Thinking everything is ok, I land in Philly on-time and attempt to check-in around 5am. I get to the front desk and I was notified my room had been cancelled even though I had made previous arrangements for a late check-in. Not to mention the lady at the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE. I was being as nice as I possibly could but was met with UNNECESSARY HOSTILITY. Now it is nearly 6:00am, I am now homeless and forced to walk from hotel to hotel in proximity with all my bags to beg for an available room. I end up going back to the airport and sleep in their temporary accommodation until I can find arrangements at another hotel. Considering I was only supposed to be in Philly for 1 day, I needed whatever rest I could get before moving on with my responsibilities in the area. This absolutely ruined my weekend and made my life incredibly difficult because this hotel couldn’t handle 1 simple request for a late check-in. Abhorrent behaviour and lack of respect or accountability from hotel staff. They simply do not care if I had to sleep on a park bench because they screwed up. Negative 5 stars

When I got there one of my room options I reserved wasn’t in the system. I opted for another. Both rooms the keys did not work. We came back from a concert near by and could not get into our rooms BOTH ROOMS ON DIFFERENT FLOORS and was locked out for an hour couldn’t find anyone to help. There was bugs in one room and the other room the floors was Awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Staff was very nice, but this is an extended stay location meaning people stay here longer term so it isn't an ideal overnight hotel. On the dirtier side, smelled in the hallway, but the bedding/towels were clean which is all that really mattered for a single night's stay. Area doesn't have a lot to offer. There is a Ruby Tuesday's and Wawa's walking distance. Close to the airport. No shuttle to hotel. Overall, it was fine for the night but not a stellar hotel by any means.

when i arrived there was no clerk at the desk, gave it a little knocked. me and someone else was there waiting to check in for over 30 minutes. We both contacted the hotel someone was ringing the phone, but she wasnt there. She finally come out with a attitude about her job, and got the cards still wrong took another 30 to get in the rooms. Cards wasnt working, then the hallways are so nasty you can smell the animals, and the cigg smell ewwww. That is a lived in hotel do not book just nasty !

Terrible place, the place stinks everywhere, the check-in area, the hallways, rooms. The rooms are dirty, broken ovens, dirty ranges, dirty sinks, the toilets flush sounds like a plane fly by. The doors don’t lock properly. The access cards, lock gets blocked quite frequently, had to visit the front desk to get it reprogrammed. Missing blankets, they were issued upon request, however the front desk asked me to come and collect it from the reception area. They were not delivered to the room, ideally they should be bringing it to the room as it was missing at the first place.

We were in Philly for an event, booked this hotel online. After a 5.5 hour drive, we arrived at 2 pm, front desk, rudely, \"no check ins until 3 pm.\" Not a big deal, couldve been nicer about it. Arrive back at 3 pm, they need $100 deposit. I was never made aware of this, UNTIL checking in. Front desk (manager), thankfully, was able to bypass the security deposit. (At this point, I was very thankful for that.) So, we get to our room a little after 3. (Always check for bed bugs and roaches) Out of the hotel by 515 pm, 530 at the latest. We arrive back after 1 am; we turn the lights on, roaches scatter. Packed up our stuff, went to front desk. The kid at the front desk, had no idea what was going on. Told him we checked in at 3, spent literally 2 hours in room and came back and theres roaches in our room, so were checking out. He didnt act surprised, meanwhile, my daughter and I are absolutely DISGUSTED. Ask for a refund, he rudely says, \"No.\" Said i have to have proof (i do) asked if he wanted it , said no, i need to talk to the mngr; Manager gets in at 7 am. No apology, nothing. Call hotels.com, they reach out, same story, need to talk to mgr. Screen grab from the video..where there is one or two....theres MORE. And for a nonsmoking hotel, the smell of marijuana is overpowering and EVERYWHERE.

One 1 staff member (who was very nice!).
Had to sign a form at check-in promising no parties, outlining quiet hours, and explaining guest sign in--this implies that the establishment is often used as for hourly use or inappropriate activities. The used condoms in the parking lot implied the same.
The lack of staff and worn down conditions of made the place feel unsafe.
The all sharp-top iron fence around the building made the area feel unsafe.

The customer service was bad when we arrived, didn’t even good morning/evening. We arrived little earlier and when I say good morning then asked about my room, the lady only said you have to wait untill 3pm then disappeared from the front. (don’t care attitude).

Even for the price, the condition of the facilities is very deteriorated. The mattress on the sofa bed was old and dirty. The kitchen had food remnants inside the cabinets. There was a bottle of medication pills scattered under the beds. A clear indication that the cleaning was not done properly. In short, I want to emphasize, even for a cheap price, I would expect cleanliness.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The room I booked was apparently not available and the room I got was disgusting! I thought i booked a queen bed with a pull out and it was not a queen bed. When I asked about that the person at the desk told me that it was a queen. I checked out early because I would rather sleep in my car. Absolute dump. Walked in and there were two crackheads passing out while standing up. Checked in and the elevator wasn’t working. Had to walk around to the side door, where the guests were duct taping the door so it wouldn’t latch and anyone could come and go as they pleased without a key. Checked out and left an hour into the stay.

The photos online are so misleading. If only this would allow me to share photos. The main lobby looked more like the entrance to a jail. No furniture, just a big empty room. The counter was plexiglass wall where you could barely hear the person behind it. The person was someone in his twenties who was blasting music and acted like you were the biggest inconvenience to his day. He greeted me with “what?”. People were living in the hotel. Adults playing soccer in the parking lot and kids ridding scooters in the hallway. Our room didnt look too bad when entering but our bed sheets were stained and dirty with holes. I spent $125 for one night before my flight home just myself (a woman) and 3 small children. I have never felt more scared in my life staying somewhere. I wasn’t able to get a refund due to paying with a 3rd party and not direct. Lesson learned. Never again.

This was grosse dirty and all the halls and elevator smelled like weed. Super scary atmosphere. The staff was nice but the hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt.

Upon arrival, walking into the lobby that smelled horribly of weed. We waited about 5min before a staff member finally walked out from a back room greeting us by saying \"yes, what do you want\". The front desk clerk was very unfriendly and unaccomidating. The lobby and hallway smelled so bad of weed it made me nauseous. At least the room was clean just run down. If it wasnt for being so late I would have went in search of a different hotel.

Room was dirty - dirt on bed sheets when turned down cover; not vacuumed well, trash on floor. Paint peeling and caulk cracked. Staff not very friendly/helpful when asked for more towels.

I had to make a last minute reservation, and the availability and price for a room with 3 beds (2 plus a pull out couch) couldn't be beat within 10 miles. The infrastructure is older with workable repairs, but it was clean and we only needed it for an overnight.
