The ladies at the front desk were both really nice and understanding however the male had an attitude because I wanted him to find out what was all the noise above me during the day after a long drive I just wanted to sleep. He told me he didn’t know however the lady stated there were repairs going on and they’re on a deadline, she asked him to go upstairs because few people called. The noise did stop however I was so upset with him because I shouldn’t have to deal with attitude from him when I have a problem. He just didn’t want to deal with anything or had to just move to check ( he told me he was going to call security however I didn’t see not 1 security while I was there; he just wanted to dismissed me and that wasn’t going to work. If it wasn’t for his coworker asking him to go up I may have left because the noise was just too much

This property boasts about indoor pool they fail to say not heated mine as well been outside so cold....useless plus cloudy staff boasts \" been working here 12 years \" but hand you keys to room with 0 instructions..no park here or the elevators are here nothing....then 2 out of 3 elevators broke...i was in rm 828 it should have been pulled from inventory one queen bed broken.....doubletree hilton????? More like motel 6...sorry motel 6 they give u bad name...NEVER AGAIN AND IM Hilton Honors...

While we stayed there for one night for a concert it was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. We arrived at 3pm, a young man checked us in we went to our room dropped all of our stuff off and left around 5pm for the concert. When we arrived back at 11:50pm we could not enter our room since our key cards weren’t working. We went back down stairs to find out the same gentleman who gave us our room also PUT ANOTHER PERSON IN IT. The individuals luckily were nice and honest people. I left my purse and all my belongings in my room and so did my significant other including his wallet with the assumption that our stuff is safe in our hotel room. Guess not, these other people went into our room with a key card given to them by the hotel staff and turned around went back down stairs and advised the staff of the situation. Had it been someone else they could have stolen all of our stuff! There was no heat no matter how much we turned the heat up and our key cards stopped working multiple times so we had to go back down and get new ones. Will never ever stay at these hotels again. Terrible.

The property wasn't as clean as I expected. The carpet was dirty, the walls in my room were stained and there was no ironing board. But most of all I asked for a room with a view of the planes taking off and landing. I was told I would be moved to one but it never happened.

Don NOT book this hotel if you have a late flight!!!! My plane landed at 1:00am, by the time i got my luggage and got on the hotel shuttle i arrived at the hotel at 1:40am. THEY REFUSED TO CHECK ME IN!!!! The receptionist told me no checking in after 1AM!!!!! I was physically there for my reservation but she REFUSED TO CHECK ME IN!!!! I had to get in my car and drive home until 5 AM!!!!! God forbid Philadelphia is a connection for you and your flight is late.

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor heated pool and this was the only reason we could get our daughter to come in this trip. . When we got here and went to our room 606 it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke, the staff was accommodating and switched us immediately to 604. When we went the pool and entered in, staff said pool was closed and we were not allowed to be in there. Staff was great everything else not so much..

The hotel was NOT what we expected. When we got there we had to wait a bit to check-in which was understandable but when we got to our room there was dust everywhere on the furniture. Barely any of the amenities were available. No room service and only 1 restaurant open. Now the food at the restaurant was good but that’s the only good thing we enjoyed. The indoor pool was down for service repair which was another disappointment that we thought we’d get to enjoy. The staff were ok but they weren’t very welcoming. Overall I would not stay here again.

I saw a lot of mixed reviews about this hotel but overall it was pretty good! The hotel bed is extremely comfortable and I also loved the shower pressure. They’re going through a lot of renovations right now and I do hope they get mini fridges in the rooms but they did have a coffee maker so that was great!

The room had a serious draft from the window area, the sink had a crack in it and there wasn’t a fridge in the room. They said parking was included but then we got charged for it on our bill for $25 plus we had to pay when we left for $15. The breakfast is expensive and it was not worth anything. The potatoes were overcooked and extremely dry, the rest was just typical cheap hotel eggs and other things, definitely not worth $20. There are plenty of other hotels in the area with better prices and won’t charge you a premium rate for the cheap breakfast.

Staff were short tempered with other guests and made me feel unhelpful. Bathroom has rust in it especially the tub. Shower head had too much water pressure. Room 337 might be one of the worst rooms I’ve stayed at in my life. Chairs had lots of personal germs all over them (disgusting). The bed was clean the TV was not up to the standard of the website/pictures had it out to be. Bathroom had little towels and I got no response on new ones.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was extremely dusty — it honestly felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. The dust was everywhere: on the counters, on the remote, and throughout the room. It flared up my sinuses and made it very uncomfortable to sleep. On top of that, the room was hot and stuffy, which made the experience even worse.

If it hadn’t been for the snowstorm, I would have gladly left and gone to another hotel. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay at all and would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I thought I was in the wrong hotel. It definitely was not up to Hilton standards. The place was run down the room smelled the carpet was heavily stained and it took five minutes for the shower to even start to get hot.

Very clean room! Parking was a bit misleading...the Expedia hotel post said, \"self parking available,\" but it was actually $25/night (less for less time) to \"self park.\"

The room was clean, when I checked in the supervisor by the of Khufu was very helpful, worked with me on my rooms. I give him 5 stars and more. Please ask for him for help. I gave it 4 stars because the rooms didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave in there or on the floor to warm up food. But overall it was a good stay, will be back.

The worst experience. I checked in on Wednesday. Since the first word she seems like she had a really bad day, at the time of making the payment I did insert my card, the system took the payment and the machine said please removed card which I did. She made me redo it again and I asked her what is this for so she said it was about 2 nights fee, deposit, my pet fee, plus “today’s $100” like there’s a different deposit in other days. Told her I’ve already inserted the card she mentioned there’s no payment on her end. I showed her my cc. She was referring to me in a tone like she was my friend and she was telling her part of story “she said I don’t know twice” how a professional at a hotel front desk can say that to a new guest to respond any matter. She called her colleagues to made her statement right and valuable. After all her disrespect and lack of professionalism I asked “why you’re so mad and a very calm way just to make her think of her attitude at her job, she got even worse got 2 keys “she was going to gave me” and she took the keys and threw them at the counter aggressively, answered: who’s angry?I simply explained to you that there’s no payment in my system and it’s declined. She didn’t gave me the keys, after mentioning “I was going to but not now” WTH is that. She made me called the bank. Bank clarified exactly same. She presented herself as a manager but after the call ended she said I’m going to get the manager and then came back alone. Unbelievable and mediocre

It was very cold when we stayed. The heater did not work. Fortunately it was a short 5 hour stay. The warm cookie enticed me to book this but it isn't enough to book it again. The room needed some serious attention. Looked very used and not very clean. We were exhausted and just needed a place to lay our heads. We were thankful for the airport shuttle.
