I booked a KING room, with a high view. Got there and they didn’t have my room. They stated they gave it away. They gave me a room for two queen beds. If you don’t have the room available then notify the customer instead of waiting until they get there to tell them there room is not available.

Hotel smelled like weed, parking is 30 a night, had a biker “club” outside the whole weekend with their bikes in the sidewalk. They kept turning them at all hours of the night and revving the engines. I went to bed at 3:30am Saturday and heard them shortly before bed. Hotel staff seemed to do nothing about it. Breakfast was good though so that’s cool. Good hotel for a quick layover flight and that’s about it. Don’t spend a weekend here, you’ll get a better hotel for around the same price in center city.

i hated the staff , the front desk agent MARLENE , was very nasty to me when checking me in and although the front desk super said he’d talk to her he watched her disrespect me and i asked for clean towels and waited over an hour for that my room phone did NOT work and they didn’t even have blankets for the sofa bed they gave us 3 sheets I HATED THIS STAY IVE NEVER HAD AND EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS WITH Marriot !

Firstly, area was unsafe. Arrived after dusk and people in the blocks around hotel made it feel unsafe. Secondly, the tub drained VERY SLOW, which prior to our stay must’ve caused it to overflow so that the water was sucked up by the bottom of the door making it expand. Got stuck in the bathroom due to this and then had to use with the door open for rest of night. Had booked 2 nights so asked in the morning if we could change to a different room and they said no they didn’t have any open. So contacted Expedia to advise of this and they were able to cancel the second night. So kudos to Expedia-used then the rest of my trip for booking.

The room I purchased was given to someone else. Once they decided to put us in another room, they gave us double bed when I purchased a king. The card for the parking didn’t work so had to go back again to fix that. Then the sports lounge has cockroaches on the floor that I also recorded to report. I would NEVER go here again. The staff was terrible and acted like we were bothering them to get into a room we paid for.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past four years, which makes it especially disappointing to say that the property has gone downhill significantly.

The room was very unkempt and not properly cleaned. There was dust on the furniture and lamps, the ceiling and bathroom vents were filthy, and even the safe buttons were so dirty that we did not want to use it. The drying towel looked like a rag because it was torn. There were several other cleanliness issues as well, but these were some of the most noticeable.

The hotel is also very dated and in desperate need of renovations. For the last two years, we were told updates were coming, which influenced our decision to return. Even though the renovations had not yet happened, we still booked because in previous years the hotel was always kept clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.

It also seemed there may be staffing issues, as on the days housekeeping serviced our room, it was incomplete — towels were missing and the bed was not properly made.

After four years of staying here, I will be looking for another hotel when visiting the Philadelphia area again. Very disappointing decline in standards.

Very close to the airport, the check in staff was amazing, along with the shuttle staff! Tv didn't work in my room and after an hour of waiting on an engineer, frankly I gave up. No small fridge in the room was a downside. The property is nice enough for a trip, some dirty areas, and some that needed touching up.... But for a quick trip into Philadelphia good enough. I didn't use the food and beverage service. The bed was comfortable, the heating and cooling worked fine. The warm cookie at check in was a nice touch. Parking at $30 a night is where they lost me. I just took my rental back and took the shuttle for free. Shuttle service was on time and they did a great job taking care of me.

We are Hilton people. The staff here is very friendly. The proximity to the airport is ideal. It just seems like it’s always under construction. It is also a high volume hotel for the specific reason of travel so it feels very transient.

Gave our room away because arrived later in the evening. Room construction on the floor, Marijuana smell in the elevator. Room was so cold when we arrived, it felt like the north pole. Parking charged me money but the parking gate wouldn't accept the code sent to me. Had to wait for someone to leave in front of the hotel and park there. I feel ripped off. I was born and raised in Philadelphia and come home on occasion. This is by far one of the worst stays and experience I've ever had. Terrible stay.

Parked for a week at the property. Sunday to Sunday. Departed for vacation. Car vandalized and broken into on a Tuesday. Returned to property on Saturday to stay. Personally identified damaged on Sunday after checking out. No contact or communication after the damage. Even filled out personal information paperwork to park.

Park at your own risk. All you will get is a “sorry” and a smile.

Don’t stay here. We got in late from the airport, we waited for the hotel shuttle for 45 minutes and no one came. We had to get on a shuttle to rent a car at 11:30 at night. We got to the hotel and I told them I was checking and they said they were booked. I showed her my confirmation and I called the same day to confirm my stay. Once my husband started calling different hotels they suddenly had a room for us. They did not communicate anything to us at all just whispered to each other. There was no parking, the room was disgusting. Shower head was coming off the wall, the bed sheet had stains everywhere, sink didn’t drain. This hotel is older but it doesn’t even look like they cleaned or keep up with it at all.

The hotel is being renovated so the noise from the construction is a rude awakening before 8am. We stayed during the Easter holiday for a family vacation and the pool was only opened one of the days there with no notification. My child was disappointed of not being able to another pool day.

We were very disappointed with our stay, especially given the accessibility needs of my adult son, who has cerebral palsy.
The hotel charges $25 per day for parking, which was not clearly communicated ahead of time. There is also no complimentary breakfast, which felt disappointing for the cost of the stay.
While there is a ramp leading to the pool area, the pool itself is not fully accessible. There is no pool chair lift, so my son was unable to use the pool at all.
We stayed in an ADA room, but the beds were extremely high. My son could not safely transfer from his wheelchair to the bed without me physically lifting him, which defeats the purpose of an accessible room and posed a safety concern for both of us.
In addition to these issues, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, which made an already frustrating experience worse.
We choose hotels carefully based on accessibility, and unfortunately this property did not meet our needs. I would not recommend it to travelers with mobility needs or families relying on ADA accommodations.
