We have stayed at this Embassy Suites often. It must be a lower grade for the chain. It seems a little worn and the outside certainly could use help. The rooms are quiet and the breakfast is good though they should have more help with the cooking. That poor employee trying to serve so many at one time. What happened with the evening snacks with the drinks?

I really enjoyed the location. It was central to where I needed it to be, XFinity Live Arena, Reading Terminal Market, Museums, and many more places. Overall, the property was well maintained, it was clean, safe, and quiet. The check in process was seamlessly organized. We had an issue with our original room, but staff was able to address the issue immediately by putting us in a better room.

Breakfast was the standard complimentary. The room wasn't cleaned upon check-in, resulting in me being moved to 3 different rooms within 24 hours. Furniture and carpet were outdated, rooms had a murky odor, curtains were ripped and the stop and go mart within the lobby was overly priced! Parking states

After bringing my concerns to the management, Judy (during my stay) was exceptionally professional and complimentary. She handled all of the issues addressed expeditiously. The front staff was very helpful and pleasant as well.

The hotel staff were friendly and pleasant. Check in was quick and easy. The inside of the hotel does need some updates/renovation. My room was partially clean, there were stains on the wall and inside shower there were stains. The hotel does offer breakfast and complimentary drinks. It was a quick get away but staff were very nice.

The hotel and the staff was nice but the room said the shower water was being filtered and I highly doubt that considering the shower head had tons of build up. Also, they said the double bed rooms had queens when they are clearly full sized beds. I also didn’t like that on the breakfast buffet, the grits and the turkey bacon is behind the omelet station where everyone stands in line. As someone who doesn’t eat pork or eggs, it was very frustrating that I couldn’t get turkey bacon or grits without waiting for others to get full blown omelets. I think the grits should be on the main buffet and the turkey bacon should be too and labeled. In Philly there’s a large Muslim community who doesn’t eat pork, so why are the non pork items being restricted to the side?! It’s like they lowkey discriminate because you don’t eat pork. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The room was dusty, the iron didn't work, there were no garbage bags in room for cans. I didn't like they charged 40.00 days for parking per day and also there was dog poop all over which we complained about and nothing was done. If your allowing have a strict clean up policy!. Also the food was horrible sausage was spoiled and the bacon burnt. Staff were very respectful and nice. They gavebus a replacement iron quickly and towels. Staff were polite and the room was nice bathroom was clean but tables were dusty.

This hotel should be 2.5 stars. It was very, very dirty. The first room we were given had a leaky sink. The second room had a dirty, rusty bathtub and the one had a leftover small toy just hanging out on the floor, showing that it wasn’t cleaned well. The floors were all dusty, both in the room and out, paint chipping all over the place - it was just in desperate need of a complete renovation.

Despite the condition of the hotel, we had very pleasant experiences with the staff. Renee and T’Ronnie were so nice and helpful. The shuttle was very handy also, though it was also dirty and rundown.

This is a motel-like place and you should only pay a low rate to stay here.

Hotel was just adequate; I made the reservation with the expectation the indoor pool would be open and usable. I called before I booked to confirm pool was open. They did not keep up maintenance and had to close the pool during pool hours. I planned this trip for months and brought may granddaughters along because of the pool. The hotel disappointed 4 children with me as well as others who headed to the pool and were turned away.

The room was ok. I thought we were getting queen beds. Two doubles that were the size of twins. The shower glass door was not connected to the ceiling. The toiletries were nice. We were placed total opposite of the entrance. I SURE the place was not full. The place had a smell to it, maybe bc the water pools in the middle. No garbage cans at entrance. The place looks like it fell out of the 70’s. It needs a complete rehab. Couldn’t believe it’s a Hilton. We were also told over phone airport bus goes every half hour on the hour. We were told we had to call so they made sure someone was there. The bus had stains on all the seats and I’m pretty sure the radio was ripped out of the console and hanging. The driver was very nice and helpful.

Website never shared any information about parking fees and it’s $29.99 daily. Also they take $200 security deposit every if your room is fully paid. When we opened sofa bed the sheets was dirty has some food stains. Hotel is very noisy specially when pool hours even I was on 4th floor I was trying to call front desk but nobody answered. Breakfast is another problem food is out fast no milk for cereals, bread out, when you ask staff they said that we don’t have it even 30 minutes after breakfast starting time. The only good part was live chef for making omelets or fried eggs every morning. Hotel is designed well but need more and better staff,

Parking is $37 with tax. The flush wasn't working. It was so ghetto in there and loud noises even during the night. No body wash in the bathtub. Worst of all, I found 2 towels that had small 2 curly black hair on them and a yellow stain which was despicable. Never coming here again and will be calling expedia for a refund.

For the price of the room, it wasn’t what I expected. I dropped something and it rolled under the bed. The amount of trash under the bed was disgusting. The staff was friendly and pleasant but they failed to tell us the parking fee was coming out of the room deposit. The breakfast made our stay better. Had a good variety of food for my very picky children. Maybe it was a bad day for this particular embassy suites but I will never stay there again.

I think for an \"airport hotel\" that coffee should be available in the main lobby before 6:30. Since breakfast starts at 6:30 that is also when the coffee is set up. When we first arrived at the hotel we wanted to take showers. The water was cold. We called the front desk and someone came up. They told us we had to just wait a few hours and try again because a lot of people were taking showers.

Upon arrival about 9:30 pm after a long travel day, my wife and I checked in and went to our room. We discovered that the toilet in the room was clogged with toilet paper. The front desk person was helpful and called for someone to fix the problem. This person was also very nice and fixed the problem in a timely matter. Once my wife was able to use the bathroom she discovered that someone’s hair was in the sink. Needing to get some sleep and had to get up early to catch a flight w ex didn’t report this until the next morning. Again the staff was nice and helpful. First time at this hotel, might be last based on this experience alone.

The fire alarm went off in our room in the middle of the night. We tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work. My husband had to run down to the front desk to get someone and when they came into our room they just ripped it off the wall and left. In the morning, our room smelled of cigarette smoke. When we went to the front desk to ask for a discount on the room or to checkout a day early, they were extremely unhelpful and seemed very unconcerned. They ended up offering us “free parking” but the parking gates hadn’t been working anyways… so basically offered us nothing.

Overall the property is nice and mostly clean but there were a few occasions where guests spilled liquids, milk& cereal and the staff was very slow to have it clean. It was a surprise that there is only one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel. Impossible to use unless you spend you’re entire stay watching and waiting for an opportunity.

I've stayed with this chain before but I've stayed at this location twice now. I love the ambiance this chain provides and this location did not disappoint at all. From the complimentary nightly happy hour to the amazing breakfast buffet include fresh to order omelets and waffles. It's a little pricey but if you can afford it, it's worth it. I got a great deal on a last minute flight and stay package that was too good to pass up.

This place hasn't had the pools working for months and do not disclose this information when booking. Once I reserved i called and they said it possibly would be fixed and open for that day we were coming. Lies! They say that to everyone for months. The breakfast starting with the staff was a terrible experience the older gentleman that was at the omelet bar is RUDE. On the other end there was a line of people waiting to get food because there was no clean plates. The eggs were drowning in water. The 2nd elevator is also out of order so if your room is on opposite side of building it makes it inconvenient. People smoke weed right outside of the hotel doors throughout the whole day. We would not recommend this place and will not being staying here again.

I Looooove when I get to stay at an Embassy Suites. I've been to this one before and I loved the happy hour in the evenings. And they have food you can order to have with your drinks. I didn't do it this time bc I was away from the hotel alot of my stay but THE BREAKFAST did NOT disappoint! I love to cooked-to-order omelets and fresh Belgium waffles.... a feast for a queen(or king). It's definitely pricey but the breakfast and amenities make it well worth it especially if you can do a bundle with your flight if you're in from out of town. I'll definitely be back and would always recommend. 🙂

Also--the chef was personable, made a great omellete request for me as well as others. What would really go far...if offering a fresh-made waffle--an option of REAL genuine Maple Syrup (not the unhealthy \"corn syrup\" with artificial flavors).

The hospitality staff each day was great. However, not all menu items were available....and food was good, yet it took over 25 minutes to receive the dinner. I was grateful for the evening reception as well.

I found pubic hair all over the bathroom. The floors in the elevator, which broke down several times, were sticky. The restaurant was oddly upscale priced but at least tasty food. There seems to be a lack of maintenance, especially with the restroom. There was a very noticeable crack in the ceiling, with a bit of paint hanging down. It should have been taken care of before anyone stays in the unit. In addition, the towel hook on the door fell off, apparently the connection to the door broke off. Please fix.

When I first checked in the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and it was a very positive experience day two I had to go to the front desk to ask for a maintenance person after I had called and 45 minutes later there was no response. The people behind the counter were very short and abrupt. I ended up finding someone in the hallway and asking them for assistance. Then I went to go check out and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Wouldn’t even look you in the eye and brushed you off the room. Myself was nice. It was clean however it had some serious plumbing issues. The toilet would not flush in the sink continued to back up.

A disappointing stay. Ants in our bathroom, empty body wash dispenser, loud kids all night in the atrium, and airport shuttle was not available on our checkout day. Will definitely not stay here again.
