The rooms were clean and spacious, but our heat/air didn't work in the first room so we were miserably hot the first night. They did switch our room when another became available the next day. The next room's bathroom sink did not drain. The pool was closed despite being closed the previous month for the same repair. I specifically called to make sure it was going to be open and of course right before we arrived it closed, for the same reason it was closed the precious month! At one point there was only 1 elevator working. I don't mean 1 set of elevators, I mean literally 1 elevator. They fixed it within a day. The breakfast was good eith fresh fruit, fresh made omlets, eggs, etc. Overall for the price and disappointments, I would not recomment this hotel.

Pool was closed when we were told it was open. Then staff yelled at kids for running around. Staff was very rude at check in and check out. The TVs in bar were broken for something for the kids to do. No kids menu at the restaurant. Some restaurant staff was kind and understanding about the kids.
Very disappointing stay.

Pool was out of order, from previous posts seems like this is a common occurrence. Room was HOT despite turning the air down, the room remained uncomfortably hot. Tiles on the floor were held together with masking tape. Happy hour and breakfast were a nice bonus but expected more for the price

My stay was very uncomfortable I checked out a day early on 3/6/26 upon booking I was told that there was onsite free parking and when I arrived to the hotel it was a parking fee customer service rep kadee was very sweet apologetic and ask if I would like to see the manager I yes please the manager came out with an attitude her name is Lauren and goes by the name LA when I explained the situation she was very dismissive and rude to me and told me no she can not accommodate atleast one of my days she told me reservations tells the guest whatever just to make a sale and she said you have to pay the parking fee and walked off I took my bags to my room and as sat in my room I told my daughter I don’t feel comfortable staying here and it was her birthday weekend and it was ruined by the nasty staring the manager was giving me and I felt very uncomfortable and intimidated I don’t not recommend 3/10 horrible experience and I never had this happened to me not ever!!!

During our stay, we had several complaints but i'll just list a few below.
1. The room was visibly underkept. Under the bed, we could see trash from people previously there. Next to the bed on the far right side, there was a toy left on the ground, also from someone who previously stayed there. Additionally, there were several stains all around. Something that looked like a splatter on the window, and stains on the base of two of the lamps. Furthermore, the trash bins in the room had no bags in them and none were provided.
2. The sink in the living room area didn't run. Each time someone was in the bathroom, we'd have to wait before we could wash our hands which quickly became annoying.
3. Breakfast was cold and always ran out quickly. I'm an athlete and I travel a lot, so whenever we book hotels, we intentionally pick those with good breakfast reviews. However, selections were very limited and the eggs, bacon, waffles, and sausage were all cold. The next day, the bacon and waffles already out by 9:30 AM and were not refilled.
4. There was an exposed outlet in the living room. Behind the couch, there was an exposed outlet that wasn't taken care of at all. This was one of our biggest concerns, as we had a kid with us in the room.
5. One of the outlets next to the bed wasn't working
6. And probably the worst of all, the bathroom toilet was very underkept and dirty. Inside it near the top, there was black residue and was very nasty to look at.

Rooms are in need of makeover. Ottoman had worn surfaces and torn frabic hanging from bottom. Bathroom toilet poorly flushed and ran. Bathroom floor and area had rust stains. Lighr bulb was missing out of nightstand light.
Wood furniture looks old and in need of a makeover. They said breakfast was over at 1000am but was taking the food away at 935am ish. The pool was also out of order.

This Embassy Suite is dated and old. The shower head has a lot of grime buildup. Asked the staff to have it cleaned but was never done. It is ridiculous to compel guest to pay additional for parking and there is no free parking. The only saving grace about this hotel is omelette, other breakfast sucks and my experience was horrendous.

The staff were great. Location of the hotel was also great. The room was clean however definitely could have used some fixing up. Hole in the door that was covered by tape and the ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart. The breakfast was plentiful, however get there early for best quality. Worst experience at a Hilton property this far, room did not get cleaned after second night, despite multiple attempts of trying to get housekeeping attention. First night after checking in, realized only 3 towels were in the room, needed four. Requested for the extra towels as well as an extra blanket and pillow for my teenage sons to sleep on sofa bed; the housekeeping personnel drop off initially the blanket and came back 10 minutes later with the towels unfolded and dragging them on the floor. I have never experienced this in my entire 30+ years of traveling around the world. The personnel was also waiting around for a tip. I expect consistency when I stay at Hilton properties and this time this property failed at this expectation.

On arriving at the Philadelphia Airport, I phoned the Hotel on their local number provided by Embasshy Suites online. It was 11:30 at night and I was concerned about pickup times. I phoned three times with no answer. The third time the phone was answered but then put on hold without any warning. Fortunately the van came. On arrival at Embasskh Suiets I was given a room 236, went to the room only to discover that in the living room, the faucet in the small siink next to the coffee pot was running and would not turn off. The noise of water running was noticeable. I phoned the desk to notify them of this problem and was told, approximately, \"O yes, we know of the problem. Its been that way for two days and they have yet to fix it. If you close the door to your bedroom you won't hear the sound and it will be OK. Sorry for the inconvenience.\" I was appauled that I hadn[t been told of this problem at check in and that the room had been rented with this known problem. By this time it was midnight, I was very tired after a long flight, and I just went to bed. Two things to note: yes I could hear the water flowing although I was so tired I did go to sleep, and by closing the door the temperature controls no longer registered what the tempertature was in my bedroom it being blocked off from air circulation from the rest of the suiete. I was comfortable enough, but the room became stuffy. All in all it was an unfortunate first time for me at the Embassy Suites Philadelphia.

well I was there 4 days and my room got cleaned once my entire stay. they double booked my room 2 times so I had people trying to get into my room at 2am on 2 ocasions . then there was the fire alarm at 2 am . coffe machine in my room didnt work either .
I love the Hilton but worst stay I have ever had.

My sunroof was shattered in the parking lot in an attempt to steal. A staff member stated he saw a truck in front of my car a the alarm going off he just thought they “hit” it BUT no report was made to the front desk.
This hotel has zero cameras to ensure guest safety. We were parked in the 1st spot closest to the building not even 20 steps. There is a gate with an arm an it’s paid parking you have to scan into but still no help could be given from the hotel no reimbursement offer to help in anyway just I’m so sorry.
I feel like this was an inside job an I am being giving the run around. Very very upset I have to pay 5x the amount after spending less than 12 hours at this hotel.
If you value safety this is not the hotel to stay at.
