I've stayed with this chain before but I've stayed at this location twice now. I love the ambiance this chain provides and this location did not disappoint at all. From the complimentary nightly happy hour to the amazing breakfast buffet include fresh to order omelets and waffles. It's a little pricey but if you can afford it, it's worth it. I got a great deal on a last minute flight and stay package that was too good to pass up.

Our room was very nice the staff was amazing and helped us check in early. The pool was ok the railing going in the pool was very loose and a light inside of the pool was popped out and just floating at the top of the pool at one point. Overall though everything was pretty good.

This place hasn't had the pools working for months and do not disclose this information when booking. Once I reserved i called and they said it possibly would be fixed and open for that day we were coming. Lies! They say that to everyone for months. The breakfast starting with the staff was a terrible experience the older gentleman that was at the omelet bar is RUDE. On the other end there was a line of people waiting to get food because there was no clean plates. The eggs were drowning in water. The 2nd elevator is also out of order so if your room is on opposite side of building it makes it inconvenient. People smoke weed right outside of the hotel doors throughout the whole day. We would not recommend this place and will not being staying here again.

I Looooove when I get to stay at an Embassy Suites. I've been to this one before and I loved the happy hour in the evenings. And they have food you can order to have with your drinks. I didn't do it this time bc I was away from the hotel alot of my stay but THE BREAKFAST did NOT disappoint! I love to cooked-to-order omelets and fresh Belgium waffles.... a feast for a queen(or king). It's definitely pricey but the breakfast and amenities make it well worth it especially if you can do a bundle with your flight if you're in from out of town. I'll definitely be back and would always recommend. 🙂

Staff was professional and welcoming upon check-in. They were helpful in a couple of requests. The great thing, which I never expect, is a breakfast included! Also--the chef was personable, made a great omellete request for me as well as others. What would really go far...if offering a fresh-made waffle--an option of REAL genuine Maple Syrup (not the unhealthy "corn syrup" with artificial flavors).

The hospitality staff each day was great. However, not all menu items were available....and food was good, yet it took over 25 minutes to receive the dinner. I was grateful for the evening reception as well.

One, the pool was down and has been for a while but no mention when booking. The breakfast was bad. The walls are super thin and the plumbing is extremely loud. And the shower open the wrong way. To turn it on you have to get sprayed with the water in the face. And you must spray water all over the floor to get into the shower.

They have a good included breakfast and happy hour. I stayed 4 days, and housekeeping only came once (I had to call to request). It clearly wasn't well cleaned in between guests. I found pubic hair all over the bathroom. The floors in the elevator, which broke down several times, were sticky. The restaurant was oddly upscale priced but at least tasty food. The entire hotel reeks of weed.

This property is super convenient for the airport and the shuttle was great. Unfortunately the water in the shower was lukewarm at best and the shower itself was very slippery. The fridge had been turned off which we didn’t realize. On the positive side it was clean and quiet.

The bar is great and the huge lounge area so relaxing. However, the pool being out of commission indefinitely is disappointing. Especially when I had 3 children looking forward to swimming. My only complaint is there was a staff member on the phone while we were at breakfast walking around the hotel collecting dishes and he was on the phone the entire time we were down there on speaker with a companion discussing their not so great relationship. There seems to be a lack of maintenance, especially with the restroom. There was a very noticeable crack in the ceiling, with a bit of paint hanging down. It should have been taken care of before anyone stays in the unit. In addition, the towel hook on the door fell off, apparently the connection to the door broke off. Please fix.

When I first checked in the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and it was a very positive experience day two I had to go to the front desk to ask for a maintenance person after I had called and 45 minutes later there was no response. The people behind the counter were very short and abrupt. I ended up finding someone in the hallway and asking them for assistance. Then I went to go check out and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Wouldn’t even look you in the eye and brushed you off the room. Myself was nice. It was clean however it had some serious plumbing issues. The toilet would not flush in the sink continued to back up.

Hotel was not very clean, with filthy carpet, and tables were not cleaned off when going to breakfast. Room was not cleaned every day, and coffee was not restocked in room. Second elevator never worked, which meant we had a very long walk to our room.

The airport shuttle is timely and the staff friendly. I was able to drop off my bags and go back to the airport to get on the train to go downtown. This is a great way to explore downtown Philly without having to use Uber. The hotel has been well used and my room smelled of stale cigarettes. The bartenders at happy hour were excellent, kind and efficient but the appetizers were picked over. The breakfast staff was kind and our meal was great. The staff working the front desk were exceptionally friendly!

My son and I check into this hotel Friday the 4th and stayed overnight. Once we enter the hotel we was informed via note on the front desk of pool out of service. Once we got into our room (419) the air conditioning was not working, bathroom’s shower was loose and rusty. The hotel as a whole should be shut down and remodeled. 1 out 10 experience

The rooms were clean and spacious, but our heat/air didn't work in the first room so we were miserably hot the first night. They did switch our room when another became available the next day. The next room's bathroom sink did not drain. The pool was closed despite being closed the previous month for the same repair. I specifically called to make sure it was going to be open and of course right before we arrived it closed, for the same reason it was closed the precious month! At one point there was only 1 elevator working. I don't mean 1 set of elevators, I mean literally 1 elevator. They fixed it within a day. The breakfast was good eith fresh fruit, fresh made omlets, eggs, etc. Overall for the price and disappointments, I would not recomment this hotel.

My stay was very uncomfortable I checked out a day early on 3/6/26 upon booking I was told that there was onsite free parking and when I arrived to the hotel it was a parking fee customer service rep kadee was very sweet apologetic and ask if I would like to see the manager I yes please the manager came out with an attitude her name is Lauren and goes by the name LA when I explained the situation she was very dismissive and rude to me and told me no she can not accommodate atleast one of my days she told me reservations tells the guest whatever just to make a sale and she said you have to pay the parking fee and walked off I took my bags to my room and as sat in my room I told my daughter I don’t feel comfortable staying here and it was her birthday weekend and it was ruined by the nasty staring the manager was giving me and I felt very uncomfortable and intimidated I don’t not recommend 3/10 horrible experience and I never had this happened to me not ever!!!
