Check in was a nightmare, there were drunk people in the lobby drinking from handles of booze, there was one woman working her best to handle people arriving, but we waited for a half hour just to check in. Then our room that was supposed to have two beds and a crib had 1 bed and no crib and when we asked about that they said \"oh yeah it's been a busy day, we haven't gotten to it\" and it was never delivered. Then when we tried to book our shuttle to the airport, they had no times available for when we wanted to leave. Had to leave an hour later than we wanted or call our own uber, from a place that advertises shuttles every 15 minutes. Then when we came back, we called for a shuttle, were told that the driver hadn't shown up for work, could I please call back in 15 minutes? Then I called back, still no shuttle, so they called an uber for us. Also the rooms are old and musty. Nothing was as advertised, and everything was inconvenient, at a place that advertises a convenient airport experience. Really, really, disappointing. Will never stay here again.

Hotels.com and Home 2 suites both left me high and dry. I booked the room through hotels .con and showed up at midnight and was told no rooms were available. I was turned away and had to find a room myself in the middle of the night at another hotel. I’ve been turned down for a refund, how do I prove I showed up???

The hotel shuttle from the airport was very slow to arrive. It took over an hour after a few phone calls. The manager told me I was impatient and should expect to wait another half hour or more.

The room was fine, although the shuttle episode soured our first impressions so we're not sure we would ever stay there again.

The hotel was very nice however we found an empty condom wrapper in our room. It was so disgusting and disturbing. That should never happen to anyone. The cleaning staff should always check everything and it wasn’t hard to find. It was located under the vent . We didn’t see it until the next morning because we checked in around 10pm and went straight to bed. The manager was apologetic but this was a horrible experience.

Shuttle took 90 minutes to get us from airport. We saw it come through, flying by and never stopped. Thee room was dirty, and our bathroom door did not have wall opening to latch it close. Day we needed shuttle to airport, driver called out and at least hotel got us a. Uber. I will say the front desk person that got as an Uber was really nice. Overall hotel was not good and was unreliable.

The room was clean. The shower head was very dirty, filled with soap scum and just didn’t look cleanly at all. When I had inquired about extra pillows or blankets for the pull out couch. I was told “ we don’t have anymore” I explained that I needed them considering I had 4 guests and was only left 3 pillows. I was told everyone else took them already. I was asked if I wanted a rolled up sheet to act like a pillow. Which I feel is an unacceptable answer. Not really sure how a response like that can be given to a guest paying to stay in a hotel. Her overall demeanor seemed to be that she was bothered by my questions. She was just adamant that the hotel ran out of pillows and blankets.

I am a Hilton Honors Member for many years, I think that even though one of my children paid for my stay thru a third party, if at check out I’m given the option of a printed receipt I don’t thinks it’s professional for the front desk person to then look at her screen say “Sorry you book through 3rd party, you can’t get a printed receipt, you’ll get an email. The hotel was empty and couldn’t even get a late checkout. Need a little adjusting on customer service without the turned up lips and attitude!

AMAZING! Me and my best friend were here to watch a soccer game at Subaru Stadium & it was a quick ride there & back. From check in to check out. Everything was so smooth. I love how tech savvy they are & we were able to text the front desk with any request. They were quick and attentive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. Worth the price.

Upon my arrival I found I unfortunately didn't have my id. I wasn't flying so I didn't have my passport and they wouldn't allow me to check in. They wouldn't except my husband's id since he wasn't on my reservation. Lesson: always include your travel partner on the reservation. I was so upset. The front desk clerk was no help at all. She was dry and offered no suggestions. She showed no empathy at all. Being in the hospitality industry this is unacceptable. The guest behind showed more concern. He actually suggested I call the hotels 800 number and add my husband to the reservation and then they'll accept his id which I did. God bless him. After all that we check in go upstairs and they give us a room with a double bed. I reserved a king room. They intentionally put us in a double without explaining because they overbooked. We had to go back downstairs to have them put us in the room I paid for and reserved. So unprofessional. That's not the customer service I ever expect from a hotel who is supposed to specialize in customer service. I was already late for an important event- this added stress made this worse. It wasn't the clerks fault I didn't have my id and I would never want her to do anything to jeopardize her job but she could have been more helpful, empathetic and honest. Very disappointed and angry at lack of support.

Someone had been in my room prior to me checking in. They used the bathroom, shower, and obviously had been in the bed. The bed was not freshly made, the sheets were very wrinkled, stained, and dirty. The bathroom counter and sink had whisker shavings as if someone had shaved, the shower floor was wet and pubic hair was noted. Whisker hair was in the bed along with skin cells and crumbs. I had to go to the front desk and request all new bedding. The night shift crew is not very friendly. I was told that I took the last room available and I assume that the staff had gone into the room to shave, shower, and get them some rest prior to me checking in. I do not know what this world is coming to.....Absolutely disgusting!!!!

I stayed with a friend for two nights. Checked out this morning. I had an accessible room as I use a walker and my friend has mobility issues. I also have a placard for my car. I was frustrated when i returned from a concert last night to find no accessible parking spaces available. There are only 4-5 on the front side of the building. The lot was packed as I needed to park 5 rows from the building off the Cracker Barrel end of the building. Perhaps if someone is staying in an accessible room and is designated as such by the state, they should have the reassurance of one of these spots being assigned during their stay. Another option is to designate more parking spaces as accessible.

Besides this, the stay was enjoyable and the staff professional and engaging.

In August 2025, I stayed here with my family for two nights. The room was in excellent condition, and the kitchenette was a great addition to the amenities.

The breakfast, however, was underwhelming. There were limited options, and it took a while for the staff to replenish what little they had. Most of the food was set up on one side of the lobby, forcing guests to form a long line for self-service. Depending on the crowd, you could easily miss breakfast altogether, as the staff promptly draws the curtain at the designated end time. The two waffle machines were slow and inefficient, and the grits ended up being the only thing I truly enjoyed.

The hotel charges $10 per day for parking, which felt excessive given the hotel’s relatively isolated location. It’s not a busy area, so paying that much for self-parking didn’t seem worth it.

That said, the staff were friendly, and the location was easy to access. I’d recommend Home2 Suites for those who don’t mind the parking fee and can get up early to make the most of breakfast.

There weren’t many things nearby either, but the hotel itself overall was great. We were super comfortable and even our pup felt very welcomed. We were super happy with our stay.

We only stayed one night to attend a concert. The staff was friendly and the gift bag with water and snack was appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did not go to breakfast but did walk to the Cracker Barrel Restaurant next door. I would return in the future.
