The only reason to book this hotel is because you are stuck at the airport. I was. I made a reservation at 11 PM, noting that the place offered a hotel shuttle and front desk 24 hours/day. BUT there was no shuttle, and no front desk to answer my repeated calls for information. The hotel (not Orbitz) included fine print that it would not allow check-ins after midnight, and though I was unable to reach the hotel, via phone or shuttle, they refused a refund.

We prepaid but it was so bad we left. Went and found another hotel. Floors were dirty and sticky in room. Shower was unclean. Back of door had splatter/spray marks on it and the door was all beat up. Very poor condition and unclean. Another person came to check in desk while we were checking in asking for another room because his door lock wasn't working properly. Do not recommend.

The room was clean and got an upgrade for an accesible room as my mom has mobility issues. The airport shuttle was not accesible so we took uber/lyft and there was no breakfast as the employee was not a able to be at work.

The only decent thing about the stay was the breakfast, and that's a bit of a stretch. No carpeting on the floor, bathroom was tiny, no place to put anything on the sink. Toilet is jammed in there right next to the sink. Not recommended by me.

I stayed at this hotel expecting a clean and comfortable experience based on the name, but I was very disappointed. The property overall was filthy. The shower in our room was particularly bad — visibly dirty with grime and buildup. There was also a strong, terrible smell coming from the pipes that lingered in the bathroom and made the room unpleasant.

The breakfast was okay — nothing special, but at least edible. Unfortunately, that was the only mildly positive part of the stay. For the price and reputation this hotel carries, the cleanliness standards were shockingly low.

I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning. If you're looking for a clean and comfortable hotel in Philadelphia, look elsewhere.

Called for early check in wasn’t informed it was a fee. Arrived sat and it was a 30 fee ok paid. Got to room door was open and maintenance had to do something to the tv. So room wasn’t even ready for early check in. Left out and returned that night. Tv didn’t even work no WiFi connected. Sunday went out for day. Returned and hot water didn’t work. Called front desk and no type of explanation. Tried again at 230 am still no hot water. 2nd floor smelled really bad. Dirty and wet smell. Boarder in room was coming off the wall. Repairs trash. I don’t recommend

Terrible staff very unprofessional. Soon as we went in the room noticed TV wasn’t working floor was dirty and found a condom in our bathroom garbage can. Contacted staff they said they had no more rooms available so they couldn’t move us. My husband still on the phone with front desk and they hang up twice. We immediately contact the corporate.

Not enough parking had to park off property. Breakfast buffet was OK but juice was not available as machine was broken. All furniture was stained and dirty in both the lobby area and the rooms. The room was somewhat clean, but there was so much paint splatter on furniture and floor to make it uncomfortable. Shower door made a horrendous noise when opening and closing.

I have never met a more disrespectful staff. Every time we asked a question, we were met with indifference and even worse, rudeness. The hotel description states rollaway beds are available, but we could not find anyone behind the desk who would take the time to help us. We had called about this matter a few times before arrival and then once we checked in. Fortunately, one of the shuttle drivers overheard our conversation and went out of his way to solve our problem. (He got us a rollaway bed.) He was beyond helpful. The rest of the staff was not.

Staff was great & friendly. Windows did not lock, there were no towel holders in the bathroom and the counter was small, no room to store anything. We did find a couple of roaches in the bathroom, for a continental breakfast, the sausage & eggs were very good, no runny eggs here.

Building was fairly clean. The door latch was intersecting the door handle, which proved problematic to lock the door. The shower has to be turned on from inside the shower, which makes for a wet arm, or a cold start to the shower. There was no shower gel/soap. Breakfast was basic at best. The hall on floor 5 smelled like cigarette smoke. The shuttle was basic, but useful. The night desk attendant offered incorrect information whenever engaged in inquiry.
All in all, 3 stars.

Reserved a room after a canceled flight and called for the shuttle. They said it’d be there in 15-20 minutes and confirmed my location in the airport. 40+ minutes later, it’s nowhere to be found, ended up having to pay for an uber to get there. Then someone didn’t check in a guest correctly and I ended up with a key to an occupied room. Finally got a room that was vacant only to find it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was large and clean, the shower was good and the morning breakfast was so delicious as was the coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Philadelphia area.

3 of 6 pillows had stains, bathroom was not cleaned and still had urine on the back of the toilet from previous people. The shower needs a deep cleaning. There was hair on the floor next to the bed and in the bathroom, you can tell that floors were not swept or mopped. Will not stay again, it was horrible and uncomfortable. Met a staff member that told us we should book rooms on the 5th, 6th and 7th floor because they were ‘cleaner’…we were on the 4th floor. The eggs at breakfast had hair in it.

I had to call to get information about the airport shuttle. The staff was nice when I arrived. I was able to be checked in quickly and checked out quickly as well. cleaning service came regularly. It’s very obvious that the hotel was renovated. They worked very hard to keep it clean however the entire hotel especially the hallways has a cigarette smell.

All staff members were respectful, courteous, and kind. The hotel is clean. However, upgrades/renovations are badly needed. The room was very spacious, but the tiny bathroom didn't even have space to hang towels. It is super small with thick paint (walls painted over and over) peeling off. There was barely room to turn around in the bathroom. I recommend renovating and using some of the useless space in the room for bathroom space. And also, not having a night club attached to the hotel. The parking lot is not large enough to accommodate all guests. The breakfast was hot and fresh and the attendant was courteous. The bed was really comfortable! Overall, not a bad stay. I do not care to stay again unless the night club is gone and renovations have been completed.

Room was disgustingly dirty and felt unsafe as the door jam looked as if it had been opened with a crowbar more than once. Parking was sketchy with a restaurant that had bars on the windows only open on certain nights. I had to contact to try to get a new hotel all they told me was that they talked to the hotel and they guaranteed them it would be fixed I returned to the desk and the lady screamed at me you could have just told me. The linens were dirty the bathroom was mildew stained, there was no water pressure. Horrible hotel

Breakfast was always served promptly, and the staff were quite friendly. That is where the positive side of this review ends.

The condition of the site is quite poor. peeling paint everywhere, painter tap left along elevators and ice machine area. The door to the room didn't close properly and had an air gap that made the locking mechanism visible from the outside. The bathroom mirror was hung crooked and not properly mounted to the wall. There was chipped/peeling paint on all of the bathroom walls. Water pressure was bad, honestly, I feel bad saying all this, but I don't think other people should have to experience this.

Staff were very openly rude about guests when they didn’t think people were listening. Language used was often inappropriate, Another staff member today (the 29th)s morning shuttle driver nearly let a door slam on a guest I had to catch it for her, she was elderly.

Many of the employees seemed angry to have to do their jobs.

Miss Rose was a stand out however. Got me a fork when my DoorDash didn’t have one.

The room itself was clean and well maintained, no signs point to vending being on the second floor.

Breakfast was above average for this type of hotel.

The biggest bonus of this hotel are the free airport shuttle, the coffee, the breakfast, the full-size bathroom toiletries, the free off street parking, free Wi-Fi, and the quiet neighborhood despite the fire station right next door. They have made many obvious updates. However, the rooms are fairly dirty and the common rooms more clean. There was something spilled on the mattress frame, the back of the desk chair, two places on the walls, the TV looked to have a sticky liquid splattered on it and our bathroom floor had lots of hair. We did not use our shower because of the questioned cleanliness including the hair and dry water spots at the base of the doors. We did not have any extra time to be switching rooms during our short 36 hour stay. Fortunately the bed and bath linens were clean so we made due.

The parking was horrendous. There were cars, double parked everywhere and nowhere for us to go. When I asked the front desk attendant, they did not provide any help. They were not welcoming or kind. Our key did not work at first, and when I went back downstairs to try to get some help it took 15 minutes for someone to be at the front desk.

The walls were dirty, the shower did not seem clean, the lighting was awful.

… and to make manners worse, we think my daughter left her favorite stuffed animal in the hotel room. When I called to inquire and ask for help, I felt immediately dismissed. No help whatsoever.

I booked a double queen room and they decided to change it for king room, which is a lower price than what I paid. They defused to switch the room or refund the difference. To top it off, the quilt was dirty, the bathroom can use some paint and the bathroom room door some soap. Don't expect to stay there again. Don't recommend it.

The airport shuttle was easy to find and was on time as scheduled, even though it was a 4 am pick-up. There is not a restaurant there, just the breakfast buffet area. Check-in was slow, and the hotel seemed to be understaffed. The beds were comfortable, but the room could have been cleaner.

Quick stop due to weather impact flight delay. Inexpensive, airport shuttle and breakfast included. Room clean enough but my socks got dirty in just a few minutes, bed excellent though (very comfy). Tv didn’t work despite staff checking it. Windows and shower stall appears to have NOT been cleaned in a long time. I didn’t shower there, yuck. Breakfast ok. Shuttle drivers nice and conveniently run on the hour. Adequate for this unexpected stay.

This place sucks. Many reasons so not stay here. Most of the staff is nice, except management and people who work directly under management Patel.

They lock the front and rear entrances inside and outside. So if you wanna go down to your car to grab something you left at 1am, you have to ask the front desk to open the doors to let you outside. Sometimes they leave it open randomly.

You can't use your room key to swipe in if you're already outside and doors are locked you have to ring and wait for front desk to let you in

One morning as I was about to leave for an event I noticed my door was not locking. So i old the front desk that my door isnt locking and i have to leave. I'll be back later. When i returned that evening and I couldn't get in my room. Maintenance fixed the swipe lock wrong. Key cards didnt work. They said i would har to wait until the morning because the couldn't get a hold of the maintenance guy. I called him and paid for his uber to hotel and back so i could get into room and get belongings. They said they would comp me for the night for changing rooms and they didn't, when I called expedia to complain. I checked out the next day. Even though I had one more day to stay. They refunded me for day I left. Not for the night I had to switch rooms.
What if I had a serious medical condition? Would you expect to wait a day to get your stuff?!

They refused to call a 24/hr. Locksmith so i basically paid their employee to come in and break the lock.

My flight was delayed by four hours, and when I arrived at the airport, the lady from Comfort Inn who was supposed to arrange my ride to the hotel was not very helpful. I had to wait outside in the cold for a ride that never came.
In the end, I took an Uber to Comfort International Hotel to spend the night. After that, I decided not to say anything about it, and no one from Comfort Inn asked me about it either. So instead of geting a ride to and from the Hotel as part of my Package, I used uber which was an extra charge to my budget

The desk attendant Vic was very rude. I informed him that I had no hot water & he told me let the water run for 30 minutes & it should get HOT. What kind of customer service is that?????? The water never got HOT, so I asked if i could be moved to another floor & he told me NO..... just continue to run the the water & it'll get HOT
