me and my friends stayed at this hotel. i DO NOT recommend. we had a random man trying to kick down our door and threatened our lives. we had to call the cops and get him kicked out, but this whole situation took about an hour to calm down. this area is tremendously horrible and no one should ever stay there. regardless of it being a cheap option, do not come here.

My flight was delayed by four hours, and when I arrived at the airport, the lady from Comfort Inn who was supposed to arrange my ride to the hotel was not very helpful. I had to wait outside in the cold for a ride that never came.
In the end, I took an Uber to Comfort International Hotel to spend the night. After that, I decided not to say anything about it, and no one from Comfort Inn asked me about it either. So instead of geting a ride to and from the Hotel as part of my Package, I used uber which was an extra charge to my budget

The desk attendant Vic was very rude. I informed him that I had no hot water & he told me let the water run for 30 minutes & it should get HOT. What kind of customer service is that?????? The water never got HOT, so I asked if i could be moved to another floor & he told me NO..... just continue to run the the water & it'll get HOT
No need to keep repeating myself. water never got hot, I'm the only one that got heated.

I Accidentally chose the accessible room when booking, when i asked the check in person if I could switch room she made it seem like since I picked this I got to stay there and she didn’t want to offer me a new room. Then I got charged twice for the security deposit I been trying to get in touch with the manager each time I call someone always telling me that the manager isn’t in. I been to this hotel more than once and never experienced this before but I will not be back there is better hotels out here

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff’s attention and kindness truly impressed me from the moment I arrived. The front desk team was amazing — the young gentleman was very friendly, and Mrs. Jessica was incredibly kind and helpful. Even the lady who prepares breakfast made us feel very welcome.

Cleanliness is noticeable as soon as you walk in, which gave me a great first impression. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very cozy. Having an airport shuttle to and from the hotel is a huge plus considering we were traveling with a kid.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at an affordable price.

Staff was really friendly, they are the key to the hotel. But our room was dirty initially and had to be changed, the sheets had a lot of fur and the floor was dirty. Then we changed to another room where the sheets were finally cleaned but the shower had hair all over, disgusting. I did not complain and just did the cleaning on my own. We were tired. I had to request for the room to be cleaned after 3 days. Did not like the hotel environment.

Bed was ok, comfortable, did not have any issues with safety as I saw on other comments.

Shuttle was over an hour getting me from airport and I was told he was on his way when I called 5 times before they finally answered. They didn’t know that my travel mate was in the lobby already and the shuttle was NOT on the way and a number of other things were taking place…only to have the shuttle have the engine light on and tire pressure lights on.
First room we were given smelled like urine and did not have a deadlock on the door
Got a new room but there was soap scum, Mold and a lot of hair in our bathroom. Not going to name anyone because I know it is hard to get help but gosh, there should be some sort of standard set and workers should have some sort of self standard/pride at the very least,

The room was in excellent condition, The problem was on the very first day we stayed in our room the tv was not working i called the front desk to see if someone can help us the lady came up to the room to check it could not fix it she offered us to go to another room which i declined . she told us to talk with a person at front desk the next day which i did he said to unplug the tv which i did but the tv did not work for 4 days me and my sister was there, I was very disappointed 😔 .

Room- Whem I checked in on Thursday, November 20th the TV didn’t work and maintenance had to come and rig it. They said they would be back to fix it but they didnt. My room floor was dirty. The bathroom was also dirty. When I lifted the toilet lid there was poop on the toilet sit and all around the inside of the toilet bowl. I called the front desk and they sent house keeping to clean it but I went downstairs to use the bathroom because it took a while for housekeeping to come. They said they would refund my $100 dollars and I still don’t have it yet in my account and it is Sunday.

Stayed for 2 night for a funeral and had a terrible experience on top of the grief i was already dealing with. Checked in on 10/29/25 and was not greeted at all. In fact, im pretty sure she was pissed because I interrupted the Celtics game. I was asked for my ID and that was the only communication we had. She didnt tell me where my room was, how to get there, or breakfast info. I said thanks and she rolled her eyes and went back to the basketball game on TV.
When I arrived in my room, I could t help but notice how dirty everything was. The bathroom had hair on the walls, all in the tub, all over the floor, and all over the door. All the blankets were stained. I felt gross both nights I stayed.
When checking out the morning of 10/31, I approached the desk to check out. When I walked to the counter the guy immediately answered the phone and ignored that I even existed. He rolled his eyes and asked if I was checking out or something. I said yes and then waved his hand to give him the key. Didn't even offer a receipt or anything. I had enough and just ra. As far as I could from this place.
Now here is the funny thing, they kept my $100 deposit for God knows why. I had to wipe dirty hair out the shower and disinfect everything I came in contact with. I should be the one stealing a $100 deposit for even considering this place to stay. Im pretty sure I heard gunshots one night right outside also

The hotel free airport shuttle is a great option and their drivers are very friendly and helpful, as well as the front desk staff. The room was super clean and it is very spacious with comfortable beds and a with a lot of towels. Breakfast was delicious and with many options. Would definetely stay again when we return!
