The room was in very poor condition, & despite multiple attempts to reach the manager, I never received a response. It was surprising considering they require a $100 deposit for damages. You know I took photos… stains on rug, walls, doors, missing kitchen door, rust in and on the microwave, a damaged dresser, and a shelf falling off the wall, light shade... I reserved a month in advance, even called ahead to confirm a late arrival (pretty much arriving around midnight), yet the room still wasn’t ready. I had to ask about the WiFi or the grab and go breakfast – the WiFi wasn’t even accurate directions & breakfast SMH. Parking also came with an unexpected fee, the website directed to “check policy,” and I didn’t see any cost listed. I don’t blame the staff; with no support you can only do so much - the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in ever. Room was dirty, sink was stopped up with water and particulates floating in it. Police had to break somebody’s door down at 3am. Staff aren’t good either. Simply just a trashy hotel.

This hotel was terrible in every aspect. The hotel smells horrible. It’s supposed to be a no smoking hotel but it smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The staff seemed unwilling to accommodate the most meager requests. The actual room was in need of renovations. The curtains were falling off the window and the furniture was dirty and had noticeable damage. The mattress was only suitable for someone sentenced to “hard” time! It was ridiculously uncomfortable. The place is run down and sorely needs a complete makeover and fumigation. The smell in the hallways and the room was almost unbearable.

I booked a room with a kitchenette there was nothing in the kitchen no pots, pans not even a spoon or cup!!! So I asked the front desk about a pan and I was told the guests usually bring their own . Wow!!!! I have actually worked at extended stay in the same city they had everything!!! I travel a lot and never have I booked a room with a kitchenette and had to bring my own cups pots pans…!!! Then there were burn marks throughout the room, and breakfast was lukewarm coffee!!!!! Thank goodness I was only there from r one night never ever again!!!!! Oh and before I forget they had the audacity to ask for a $100 deposit like I could really make that room look any worse lol!!! And parking in front of the hotel was an extra $12 a day!!!!

We walked in to our room to see dirty water in the kitchen sink. It wasn’t draining and had just been left there. The baseboards had all been ripped off and the room looked very unfinished. If we were there for more than 5 hrs, we would have complained. The room was NOTHING like the picture.

Room is stripped down to bare minimum. no dishes or utensils, no trash can, tiny cheap dollar store towels, only a sheet and a \"bed spread\" no real blanket. Drawers were all broken, no shuttle service, no coffee pot, lobby morning coffee was way too strong. Breakfast bar was a granola bar and pack of oatmeal ONLY. Price kept me there for 2 nights, but I would not recommend the hotel. btw, they will demand a $100 DEPOSIT, and nothing in the room is even worth that much. Ugly, and not well kept.

This place should not be on any site. The room was in a deplorable state with grime on the walls and literally bugs on the ceiling and walls. The staff was unhelpful to put it mildly. I walked in saw the state of the room took pictures and video and walked out they refused to refund or cancel my reservation. Stay anywhere but here - sleep in your car it would be more sanitary

Coming off the elevator when walking to my room, there was a big ass knife just laying on the floor. I had to call the front desk to tell them what was going on. Someone did come straight up to remove the knife. But how long was it sitting there before i seen it. That was DEFINITELY bad business. Anyone and anything could of happened with knife just laying there in the open.

This was an absolutely terrible experience. My husband was arriving late in the evening. We called the hotel to ensure he would be able to check in. They said he had to arrive by midnight, then they later said 1am, otherwise he would lose his reservation. He arrived at 11:45pm only for them to tell him that they were sold out and had no room for him, even though he had paid and had a confirmation number from Expedia. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I travel quite a bit for work one of the beds in my room. The frame was broke, and the mattress sunk in in the kitchen, cupboards and drawers. There were dead bugs and never once in my travels staying in any hotels across the country for work have I ever had to pay for a stay And pay for parking per day I was staying there absolutely ridiculous to pay for parking per day that I’m already paying to stay there for my stay strongly don’t recommend staff at front desk extremely ghetto

The front desk staff were friendly. The area near the elevator had trash leading up to the hallway. The carpet was dirty and the desk chair had body fluids and horrible stains. I had to wipe down everything in my room with a Clorox wipe. At night you can hear a dog barking and people yelling. On the fourth floor where I had a my reservation room.

Do not stay there. It’s so dirty and reeked of cigarettes in the room. I didn’t stay- I left after 10 minutes. I was afraid my truck would be broken into bc I had a lot of suitcases and belongings in it. There were random people in the parking lot that didn’t seem to be staying there. It did not feel safe at all.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was disgusting. The floors were so dirty I had to lay down the bed sheets just so my toddler could walk around without touching them. The fridge was filthy—covered in grime and looked gray from all the dirt. To make matters worse, the bathroom had visible mold in multiple places. I don’t know how this place is even allowed to operate in that condition. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially families.

No airport transfer even though it’s close to the airport. Just provide a shuttle, folks. Hotel has torn flooring, damaged door frames and furniture. The staff started yelling up and down the hallways starting at 8 am. Unacceptable. Hotel was loud all night long. The front desk guy wasn’t rude but he isn’t friendly or hospitable either. It was just okay for the money but I had no choice as it was the only place with open rooms. I was in a pet friendly room and it kinda smelled. I would not stay again given other choices.

Extremely Unsanitary Conditions – Left after 1 hr

This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Our first room was filthy—food and other stains on the floor, heavy dirt buildup. We requested a new room and were moved to a room across the hall, which smelled strongly of smoke, had visible stains on the carpet, and, most concerning, had bugs in both beds. My wife and son were bitten. The remote and phone were sticky and unhygienic. We left within an hour and requested a full refund. Absolutely unacceptable conditions. The pictures on the website are not remotely close to conditions at the hotel.

Flight cancelled out of PHL late night. Chose the closest hotel to the airport to get to an early morning flight. I wish I hadn’t. The late night desk guy was nice enough to check us in at 1am but by the time you see the security cameras in the lobby and the bulletproof glass you know you’ve made a big mistake.

I made a reservation at this loation. When I got there that evening to check in, the gentleman at the desk was friendly. I went to my room...the bathtub is in terrible condition. All of the furniture is outdated and battered. The stove range was filthy. There was a layer of dusk on the bedside lamps. The door to the room looked like someone was trying to break in.

The beautiful pictures and long list of amenities in the advertisement and the reviews were for a different Hotel.
Dirt on the floors and cockroaches in the bathroom added to the ambiance. Bed, linen, and towels were reasonably clean.

Disgusting hotel. I checked out after 15 mins. Front desk is behind protective glass, that should have been the 1st sign. Hallway carpets were filthy and crunched when you walked
Hallway doors and walls had gouges in them. Floor in room was so sticky my flip flop stuck to the tile floor. Room had cigarette burns everywhere, including ceiling. Everything was old and coated in grime. Bathtub had kids toy left in it, at least I hope it was a kids toy. Too scared to touch the beds. Front desk woman was so rude, manager guy did not care that I left immediately due to filth. No amount of money would have made me stay there, sleeping in the terminal was a cleaner and safer option. Stay away.

The location was what you'd expect for a two star facility. The cleanliness was ok but the shower had a constant drip and the room look tired and older.

The kitchen area had a full size fridge but it was an older white fridge the had scratches and dents. The stove was also older with just two cooking eyes and the counter top was laminate and cracked. There were also no utensils, cookware, plates or glasses in the cabinets with notes to \"see the front desk\" if needed. There also wasn't even the typical throw away individual wrapped throw away cups so there was no way to get water.

The ac worked just fine.

Obviously the facility is utilized by some type of government program as there was a lady in a mobility wheel chair out front along with another individual who obviously wasn't traveling. You could also see in some of the units from the parking lot that they were definitely \"extended\" stay rooms as there was a lot of \"stuff\" in these rooms.

I heard a barking dog from one of the rooms on my floor a couple of times during the night. Also \"breakfast\" consisted of prepackaged breakfast bars and coffee that was only coffee in name. Also I'm expecting to see a charge for parking on my VISA card as apparently they charge for parking as well.

All in all ... was it the best location I've stayed at? Absolutely not. Was it the worse? Absolutely not. It did offer a cheap place to spend the night before driving and moving on so take it for it is worth.
