So first of all, the staff at the front counter was great. Rooms on the other hand not so much. The property claims it’s a smoke free facility and anyone who does smoke has to be 25ft away. Well the first room I checked into around 8pm completely wreaked of Marijuana. I’m allergic to that plus nicotine so I couldn’t even stay in the room for more than 5 minutes. I went to the front desk and at first they said they didn’t have another room to move me to but they would give me spray for the room. Yeah that’s not gonna work. I told them afterwards if they can just give he a discounted rate and I’ll just sleep in my car until another room is available and finally one popped up. Well that room was full of cigarette smoke from the prior tenant and also I’m pretty sure they share the same vent system as the other room directly behind me smelled like a smokers lounge and coming thru the vents at times. I notified the desk and they did nothing. Room was especially dirty in the kitchen and bathroom with a broken shower curtain rod. Stove was dirty and front door was warped so spiders and ants just come in whenever as I killed many. And just fyi, there seem to be many low income mid and long term tenants in this facility. Don’t expect any sausage or egg continental breakfast like other places as it’s just the basics. Next time o travel for a hockey tourney in this area, this will not be on my list.

We arrived at the hotel around 2 AM due to a flight delay and expected to still be able to check in. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk. Even during night hours, there should be staff available to assist guests. We called multiple times with no answer and walked around trying to find an employee, but no one was present. After waiting a long time without any help, we were forced to leave and book another hotel. This was very disappointing and not the level of service you would expect.

The outside of the property is in very descent shape but the rooms are terrible. Carpet and floors are not cleaned properly. The tub was scary. The remotes sticky. Wouldn't dare cook anything in the kitchen. I did like the lobby and the clerk who attended us. She did her best and was very nice. But the owner really needs to get some professional cleaners there ASAP

Our overnight stay a Philadelphia Suites was very good. However, there was one issue that caused me not to give our stay a 5. I was unable to take a shower in the morning because the water never got hot or even warm. The room phone was inoperable, and we had difficulty using the remote. Things like room cleanness, staff and kitchen and the breakfast was either excellent to very good.

The day I was traveling with my baby, the hotel called me to confirm my reservation by having me pay for the room over the phone. I told then I didn't feel comfortable and that I had selected to pay in person in the hotel room. She was rude and didn't like that I wouldn't pay but I read her my reservation policy and had till later that day to pay without cancellation of my reservation. I also told her that I was traveling alone with a baby and would get in late. Then when I got there, other women that just checked in came back from their room to complain of it's smell. The women behind the desk gave them disinfectant spray as the solution. Then after I checked in the room was dirty. There was pee around the toilet. The bed looked like it was slept in. The sheets did not look or feel fresh. They felt old and used. Food crumbs were all over the carpet. There was sticky stuff on the night stand. Lamps were stained with water. The phone and lamp was broken. I called the front desk through my cell phone and the lady was rude. She said she couldn't help me and hung up on me. I tried to check out that night and they did not give me a refund.

The place felt pretty run down and could really use some updates. The biggest issue for me was the cleanliness the room and some common areas didn’t feel as clean as they should have been.

The staff were nice and did their best, which I appreciated, but the condition of the hotel made the stay less comfortable overall. With better upkeep and more attention to cleaning, this place could be a lot better.

Close to the airport, but wasn't bothered by sound, which was nice. Super close to arena/stadiums, very convenient. Staff were friendly and check in was easy.

The property is the definition of what you pay for. Not the best but definitely not the worst. It was a serviceable property. Spacious for sure. There is obvious wear and tear on the rooms with cracks, parts of shower not working properly, stains on carpet and sofa. However, for a weekend trip with the guys for baseball and nightlife, it served its purpose. Beds were clean and comfortable. Only spent the night in the room so for me wasn’t the end of the world if spending it with the guys there. Not a family getaway choice or one for a significant other. But for the price, it was a steal for the purpose we needed.

First room smelled of smoke heavily. Second room smelled better. Walls floors and furniture very dirty and stained. Bathtub backed up when other rooms used toilet/tub. It was a 1star place. I would never stay again. I felt uncomfortable. It was more like long term section 8 housing. Very sketchy. People where loud constant flow of loud talking people coming and going. Like a trap house. Not the type of place I ever stay.

Room was clean. The description stated that the unit would contain an oven, which it did not. It only had a countertop stove plate. Also, very limited electrical outlets working in the bedrooms. It was an accessible room so this is a significant issue. Missing 2/3 TV remotes. However, overall a good experience and met our needs for the weekend.

Additionally the bathroom shower/tub drain was clogged with visible dirt and debris left behind. Although the room was non-smoking, it still smelled of stale cigarettes.

The room was disgusting and dated. I don’t care about the dresser. They’re all taped up and everything we weren’t planning on putting anything in them anyway, but the bathtub was filthy. The bottom of it was black when we turned the bed down to go to sleep remove the top comforter or bedspread, and when we pulled it back, the comforter that or blanket that was on the bed was filthy. It looked like it was just dragged through the mud. I had red stains on it and dirty as heck and when we walked in, there was a dirty rag laying on the floor very disappointed never saw a hotel room is filthy ever.

AVOID!!! This place is disgusting. Stains and heavy wear and tear throughout room. Half the outlets didn’t work, the room REAKED of smoke, and there was a rusty piece of metal just laying on the floor. The staff member who checked us in acted like we were an inconvenience and barely spoke to us except for short clipped sentences. When we came to complain about the smoke she just said “okay” and handed us this canister that resembled a flea bomb that sprayed citrus everywhere. It smelled awful. Our key cards didn’t work and we had to get new ones. The breakfast they served was pathetic. No hot food and my orange was rotten! So disappointing and nothing like the quality the pictures on the website showed.

The rooms need to be properly cleaned. There were cobwebs and dust all over the place. There was hair in the sink and bath tubs. There were literally live spiders with huge webs and babies in the corner of each room. I am a guy and dont complain, but my lady was freaking out. We did not realize the motel was an extended stay so we were surprised to have a full size kitchen and a room that looked like a studio apartment. It wasnt cleaned very well but that would not take away from my thoughts on it. For what we paid i was amazed. The wifi would not work on the TV but the staff was phenomenal. We want to come again.

Supposed to be a non smoking room and the room reeked of cigarettes and had burnt marks on the furniture along with pee stains on couch. Smoke detector had a bag over it. Found lingerie under the tv stand. Cob webs with bugs in it. Coffee maker appeared to never of been cleaned. Cherry on top our neighbor was blasting on full volume music from a speaker until 6am. Called the 24 hour front desk to either check out at 3am or to let them know but no answer. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had staying in a hotel in my life. Will never recommend and will never stay there again.

The area was quiet throughout the day and at night the room across was playing loud music for hours and had all types of traffic in and out. My room conditions were red stains on the carpet floor the toilet were clogged and the shower and tub had dirty rings that needs to be repainted, the inside of the room entry door had dents from someone kicking it. Have the power in the room wouldn’t work or would turn on hours later. You can tell this hotel is good for partying and maybe sex traffickers. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The terrible experience was a combination of both room and staff.

Issues with the rooms:
1st room - For non-smoking, the moment I walked into the room, I was immediately hit with a pungent smell of marijuana. The entire unit smelled like someone just smoked some weed in it. I immediately called the office and demanded a new room.
2nd room - The room was very cold. The heat did not work in it. The thermostat was low in battery, and the heat option didn't even kick on. The lamps did not have lightbulbs in them. Therefore, they did not work. The TV remote did not turn on the TV. I called back to the office and asked for maintenance. The tech onsite was not able to correct the thermostat issue and got me into another room.
3rd room - I was finally able to relax once I checked into my third room.
The time it took to get a room took over 45+ minutes and several visits back to the office.

Issue with the staff that night:
She was not empathetic at all. Every time I came back for a room exchange, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and wanting to help me out, she sighed as she got up from her chair. It was the worst customer service experience ever! She was annoyed at having to switch out my rooms three times as IF I was the cause that she had to do extra work.

Overall:
I'll be traveling to Philadelphia often, but I will NEVER come back to stay at this location. I will NEVER suggest any of my friends to stay here either.

Our room was very poor, lack of utensil and cooking equipment, torn couch covers, missing door knobs as well as no lighting one of the bed rooms and bathroom. Lack of towels and trash bags and no dish soap. When we communicated they said maintenance would be out and they never showed up nor was it communicated with the next shift. I appreciated how quite it was as well as how clean it was however unless it’s last minute I wouldn’t come back.

The room felt neglected, the staff was not professional. When I arrived the staff told me my check-in was reserved for the next day even when ai told them multiple timea and showed proof that my check-in was that day. I reserved a suite with 2 bedrooms and they didn't have it available. They gave me two rooms. The rooms were very duty. The walls in the bathrooms were stain like public bathrooms. The pillows looked duty. I brought my own sheets and pillows. The hand towels were folded but wet. There was a duty shower towel hanging in the currain rod. The rooms smelled duty, cigars and weed all the time, even though there are multiple signs not to smoke. The breakfast was decent and we didn't pay the parking fee.

if you just need a place to rest your head, it’s fine.
I don’t know why they have rooms with kitchens, etc. because there’s only dishes for one person. They charge you to park which most hotels have free parking and the cleanliness of this hotel needs a lot of work! We do events in Philadelphia quite often throughout the year, but we will not be staying at this hotel anymore. It was very disappointed.
