The rooms need to be properly cleaned. There were cobwebs and dust all over the place. There was hair in the sink and bath tubs. There were literally live spiders with huge webs and babies in the corner of each room. I am a guy and dont complain, but my lady was freaking out. Fortunately, after a call someone came and cleaned up the room for like 1.5 hours. But it should have been before we walked in there

The room was absolutely disgusting. As soon as you walked in you got hit with the strong smell of marijuana. Body hair on toilet, sink and bath. Utensils used and not washed. A cigarette burnt blanket. Stains everywhere: walls, couch, night stands. I mean just disgusting. Made it only 5 minutes in the room. Went to ask for refund got told only manager could process the refund I had to call 4 different times and send an email to get my refund. AND it was sent in two instead of the whole amount at once. NEVER AGAIN! Would rather sleep in my car.

There are red and white marks on the floor, and there are also water stains on the sofa. It means there are crumbs from instant noodles left for a nearsighted person’s convenience. The floor is full of dirty debris, and the attitude is extremely bad. Never want to come back.

We did not realize the motel was an extended stay so we were surprised to have a full size kitchen and a room that looked like a studio apartment. It wasnt cleaned very well but that would not take away from my thoughts on it. For what we paid i was amazed. The wifi would not work on the TV but the staff was phenomenal. We want to come again.

Supposed to be a non smoking room and the room reeked of cigarettes and had burnt marks on the furniture along with pee stains on couch. Smoke detector had a bag over it. Found lingerie under the tv stand. Cob webs with bugs in it. Coffee maker appeared to never of been cleaned. Cherry on top our neighbor was blasting on full volume music from a speaker until 6am. Called the 24 hour front desk to either check out at 3am or to let them know but no answer. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had staying in a hotel in my life. Will never recommend and will never stay there again.

The area was quiet throughout the day and at night the room across was playing loud music for hours and had all types of traffic in and out. My room conditions were red stains on the carpet floor the toilet were clogged and the shower and tub had dirty rings that needs to be repainted, the inside of the room entry door had dents from someone kicking it. Have the power in the room wouldn’t work or would turn on hours later. You can tell this hotel is good for partying and maybe sex traffickers. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The terrible experience was a combination of both room and staff.

Issues with the rooms:
1st room - For non-smoking, the moment I walked into the room, I was immediately hit with a pungent smell of marijuana. The entire unit smelled like someone just smoked some weed in it. I immediately called the office and demanded a new room.
2nd room - The room was very cold. The heat did not work in it. The thermostat was low in battery, and the heat option didn't even kick on. The lamps did not have lightbulbs in them. Therefore, they did not work. The TV remote did not turn on the TV. I called back to the office and asked for maintenance. The tech onsite was not able to correct the thermostat issue and got me into another room.
3rd room - I was finally able to relax once I checked into my third room.
The time it took to get a room took over 45+ minutes and several visits back to the office.

Issue with the staff that night:
She was not empathetic at all. Every time I came back for a room exchange, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and wanting to help me out, she sighed as she got up from her chair. It was the worst customer service experience ever! She was annoyed at having to switch out my rooms three times as IF I was the cause that she had to do extra work.

Overall:
I'll be traveling to Philadelphia often, but I will NEVER come back to stay at this location. I will NEVER suggest any of my friends to stay here either.

Our room was very poor, lack of utensil and cooking equipment, torn couch covers, missing door knobs as well as no lighting one of the bed rooms and bathroom. Lack of towels and trash bags and no dish soap. When we communicated they said maintenance would be out and they never showed up nor was it communicated with the next shift. I appreciated how quite it was as well as how clean it was however unless it’s last minute I wouldn’t come back.

The room felt neglected, the staff was not professional. When I arrived the staff told me my check-in was reserved for the next day even when ai told them multiple timea and showed proof that my check-in was that day. I reserved a suite with 2 bedrooms and they didn't have it available. They gave me two rooms. The rooms were very duty. The walls in the bathrooms were stain like public bathrooms. The pillows looked duty. I brought my own sheets and pillows. The hand towels were folded but wet. There was a duty shower towel hanging in the currain rod. The rooms smelled duty, cigars and weed all the time, even though there are multiple signs not to smoke. The breakfast was decent and we didn't pay the parking fee.

It did a decent enough job - it was really just old. The bathroom, especially the tub was in rough shape. Not dirty, but it didn't look good. The bed was not comfy. if you just need a place to rest your head, it’s fine.
I don’t know why they have rooms with kitchens, etc. because there’s only dishes for one person. They charge you to park which most hotels have free parking and the cleanliness of this hotel needs a lot of work! We do events in Philadelphia quite often throughout the year, but we will not be staying at this hotel anymore. It was very disappointed.

The staff was the best part of my stay. You truly get what you pay for. My NONSMOKING room reeked of smoke, it was hard for my group and I to sleep because of loud neighbors, and the coffee maker was dirty when we opened it to use it (we ended up not using it because of this). Hopefully things will get better over time but take your precautions. For the price, it wasn't bad.

Let's just say, you can tell the property is privately owned. The staff are fabulous. But the operations were just annoying. The 1st room I checked in reaked of smoking, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking property. They switched my room without fuss.... The new room didn't have a iron or ironing board (the overnight front seat person is beyond lazy and terrible customer service skills and service)The comforter had burnt holes in it. The sheets were stained. I'm just going to say you get what you pay for....... The check in staff were amazing!!!! But I will never stay here again.

I only stayed one night and barely occupied the room but to sleep but still this was unacceptable. While i understand hotels will have some wear and tear but this was just disgusting. Food on top of pictures not cleaned up, the utensil holder dirty, unknown substances on the wall that can be cleaned up easily. I dont get how a housekeeper supervisor approved my room to give to me. Never again will i stay there and i hope this place gets shut down so they can really clean this place up.

This facility is certainly not to be recommended. Two couples, wanted two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We got that but that's the only good (?) thing to say about this place. Pay more money and get a room across the street. Where to begin? Room was smelly, musty, very dated and dirty furniture. Couch full of stains, no chairs other than a desk chair. No table for games or eating. The bathroom was terrible. The tub was chipped, tile needs to be replaced. No hangars. Don't go barefoot on the filthy carpet. The people at the front desk acted to like we were putting them out when we went up there for ice
And each day we had to get the room keys re-keyed. When we asked \"does this happen alot?\" \"It's an inconvenience\" they just shrugged and handed us the new cards without any apology or concern. At night other \"guests(?)\" hang out in the parking lot by the rooms and talk loudly and smoke pot, which wafted into the window facing the lot. Bottom line... don't stay here.

Solid spot in Philly!!

The room was big, open, and comfortable especially the bed. I also liked how the bathroom was set up. Everything was relatively clean. The staff made the experience even better: the guy at check in and the lady at checkout were both quick, efficient, and very friendly. Parking is only $10 a day, which in Philly is cheap, and the location is great out of the way enough to be quiet, but still just a short drive into all the fun. Definitely will stay here again next time I’m in the city.

The overnight front desk person was delightful and very personable. Check in was easy. For an extended stay room there was only 1 small trash can by the desk, none in the kitchen or bathroom. The shower was a disgrace. Almost no water came out of the shower head. To get any water at all you had to lean into the wall and couldn’t adequately shower. I didn’t discover this until I woke up and had to be leaving my room in less than 30 minutes so didn’t have time to change rooms. I did report the issue at checkout. The closet had candy wrappers in the floor so Zi did not have much faith in the overall cleanliness.

I really don't understand how the owners / managers have such disregard for the condition of the property and rooms. It is basically like a run down apartment complex. The room was pretty banged up with cigarette stains everywhere on the sink, counters, even the bathtub which was stained, and the shower didn't even work. The vents were thick with dust and mold, the pillows were the cheapest, flat, and uncomfortable you could ever find and the bedding was thin cheap polyester. The carpet was stained and dirty, and the staff seemed bored, unattentive, and kind of annoyed that they had to welcome guests. Outside the pool was shut down, a few trashy charcoal barbecues were tossed in one area, and it was pretty plain. The free breakfast was about as minimal as you can find anywhere and overall everywhere you look they cut corners. I won't ever go back.

The room STANK of smoke, not just a little but soaked in cigarette, cigar, weed and whatever ever else could be burnt. Wife woke up with nose bleed from the smell. They have a sign saying theycharge for smoking in the room, can I charge them for that absolute stank we endured. There’s a Sheraton next door, spend the extra few dollars. Never again!!

At first we thought this was a great location. 2 seperate bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen. Once we checked in we quickly noticed that one of the toilets would not flush, there was no remote control for the TV in the living room, and the microwave had no power. We contacted the front desk and nothing was done. The next day we contacted the fromt desk again with the same issues, still nothing was done. When we came back later in the day, one of the bedroom doors was locked as if someone had been in there. Went to the front desk again about issues in room and was told that the maintenence man doesn't speak English. None of the issues were ever addressed. When I got back home and unpacked, I realized my wallet was missing. I called the hotel and was told the housekeepers dont speak English, but they would check, never asked for my contact info. I called back again to see if anyone turned in my wallet and it was if I was bothering them. It was all very shady. Also, the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in and never repaired. The tubs looked as if they needed replacement with large sections of porcelain missing exposing brown underneath. The only reason I didnt give an even worse score is because all things considered, the room itself was fairly clean.

Worst hotel in the country, and I’ve stayed at a lot of them. AC not working so room was 84 degrees. Maintenance called but sent to “wrong room” by person at front desk. Bathroom fan disgusting and had not been cleaned in a while. TV remote would not shut off tv or change volume. Entry way was a marijuana forest and room smelled the same. Absolutely disgusting place. This is the third or fourth time I've stayed there. It is my go to as far as locations from the Sports Complex and Concert Venue. Four miles away and you can arrive in 10 or 15 minutes depending on traffic.
What I didn't like (for the first time ever - I have a complaint) during check in - the desk clerk was busy on her phone. After I stood there a while - I eventually spoke up and told her I'd like to check in. It still took her several minutes to put her phone down.

We liked the price and location. Breakfast was good. Linens were clean. The place seems to have some updates but some things are old...the carpet was stained and the door got stuck when opened due to carpet/padding installation, the bed moved when we got in it (not anchored down?), the bathroom had some rusty areas, the fridge had blue plastic on the outside (like it was new) but no one took it off? It just seemed like the upkeep/detail is not complete. We just expected better. We would choose somewhere else in the future.
