I was very disappointed with the condition of the room during my stay. Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was an office chair, which made the room feel unprepared for guests.

The bed was in unacceptable condition — there was visible hair on the sheets, making it appear as though the bed had already been used. The pillow had a yellow stain, and the blanket covers were worn out and filled with holes.

The bathroom door was damaged, and the ceiling showed clear signs of disrepair. Additionally, the window curtain was old and barely covered the window, offering very little privacy.

On a positive note, the staff was courteous and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, despite their good service, the room conditions did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards.

Whole the young pady cheching is is was professional, the quantity of the hotel was not! Cob webs hanging from the light fixtures, room with dirty sticky dloors, smell of smoke throughout, bathrooms while may have been wiped downs was still very dirty
I wouldnt even wipe my hands with the towels. And the mold on the boxsprings, I chose to sleep in my car, than stay at a place like that. Absolutely disgusting.

Not terrible, but I never received any communication about how I mixed the date up and put it for the wrong night I called a dozen times and left messages I didn’t even go lastnight like I wanted to but there was a death in my family and it turned things upside down and they didn’t offer a credit or even if they kept half but they wouldn’t do anything. I understand it says no refunds but this falls in a gray area I don’t think would’ve hurt anyone to offer me

We were not familiar with the Philadelphia area but decided to try a hotel near the airport because we assumed it would be safer and nicer. That's not what we found. We call this motel the murder motel. The door to our room was dented and looked like the locking mechanism had been replaced several times because someone kicked it in. The room reeked of smoke and the ceiling was stained and moist and looked like it was going to fall in. I didn't get a chance to take pictures because we literally ran away.

After a very long day and arriving past midnight dead tired, I entered a filthy dirty room. The fake flooring had not been swept or mopped in what looked like a year. There was dirt, debris, fuzz, and filth on the floor. The bath mat had 10 shades of dirt on it, and I didn't dare take a shower in the awful tub. I was very reluctant to sleep in the bed, but had no choice. When I fluffed the pillow, a black beetle fell out and crawled across the sheet. Disgusting. The outside of the hotel was dirty with a million shards of glass broken right in front of my room, and it didn't seem to matter to the hotel at all, as they just left it there. In addition, there were empty beer cans, trash, and debris in the parking lot. Do NOT stay here, unless you don't care about sleeping in a disgusting and filthy dirty room. An absolute crap hole. Don't let photos fool you, it is just gross, dirty, and a filthy hotel.

Red carpet inn such a dirty hotel , Flies was in the rooms . We tried to check two time room . Any way they need to put clean sheets n pillow covers , was faded and no Amenities a s mention as mention in the website . Although they let us check in early . But was a very bad image. Only hotel shuttle was available from Airpot to Hotel but the old men driver was so rude was honking the horoon even we saw him , standing at the hotel entrance. One receptionist in the morning time was rude too we came ready n request the shuttle so he say Check in time is 3 pm it’s too really .papers glasses was available on rest . Nothing eatable near to hotel. Any way very bad experience. .

I booked this hotel while in transit and one of the selling points was the shuttle service.
Arrived just after midnight and waited almost two hours for the shuttle that never came until I was able to WhatsApp someone to get them to call the hotel as my international number was not roaming. At check in I got two rooms which both had such a strong smoke smell I was seconds away from an asthma attack. One room had no electricity and all of them had dirty toilet and linen and they all had serious damage to doors, locks, light fixtures and furniture
The night staff after seeing my frustration moved me to motel 6 next door which was night and day. This place has potential but needs to be closed and renovated.

Had to call 3 times for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport taking around an hour , when we arrived ,there was a very sketchy individual in the office having a conversation with the front desk attendant, she immediately left the office . Then we got to our room the room smelled so bad like cigarettes and mold absolutely disgusting . No trash can in the room stains on the towels stains all over the sheets not sure if they were clean or dirty , when we asked if we could change rooms we were told no more were available . So we asked about a refund so we could go somewhere else and we were told no because of the 24 hour cancelation policy , but this was a different situation. Then we asked if we could at the very least get clean sheets and towels and we were told no the housekeepers were gone for the day and front desk didn’t have access to them. We completely lost our money had to pay an Uber and find another place to stay! This place is nothing like the pictures online!! I would consider it a roach motel or something to that nature definitely not worth the price they are charging!! Nothing like the description or photos !!

Wow. The property management team for this hotel should be ashamed. It was absolutely disgusting. Nearly none of the listen amenities were available (microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, restaurant, the list goes on). Filthy bathroom, floor, sheets, walls. Huge patches of mould in the shower. Smelled like weed, cigarettes, and pet urine. The staff was nice and helpful though. Airport shuttle was on time. I did not turn the lights off.

Don’t waste your money

The worst hotel I ever stayed in there for 10 minutes and got my money back. Trash still in trashcan from somebody before me dirty towels in the bathroom sheets look like they haven’t been changed in months blood stain and cigarette hole would never recommend this to anybody worst hotel you could ever stay in Clerk at the desk thought it was funny when I asked for my refund.

I didn’t have high expectations given the price, but this still managed to disappoint. The room was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke, with burn marks all over the bedspread. After showering, I walked barefoot for just a minute and my feet turned black from the floor.

I chose this place because I needed somewhere close to the airport with a shuttle, to sleep and shower before an early morning flight. I checked in around 3 PM, napped on top of the covers because the sheets looked as dirty as the towels, got some work done, showered, and checked out by 10:30 PM—I couldn’t bring myself to stay the night. Honestly, I would’ve been more comfortable sleeping at the airport.

The one bright spot was the shuttle driver, Johanna, who was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I use to use this place every 3 months when I traveled from Atlanta for business. However it has gone downhill terribly but the price has increased. That doesn’t make sense. The bath tub and towels were dirty, no more vending machines, laundry has been moved, nosey live in tenants, blankets have burn holes in them, the doors doesn't close tightly...so the outside lights shine through, the floor is sticky. They may have swept them but definitely didn’t moped them and my sink was clogged. No Refrigerator or Microwave...Just a mess

Place was terrible, the room was dirty, there was a lot of dirt around the AC unit, furniture broken, paint pealing etc. the smell in the room was terrible, I couldn’t breathe when I walked in. Not sure if it was smoke or something else. I did not stay in the room. I went straight to the front desk. The receptionist did not offer any other room, nor did try to make it better, it was pre paid so I had to contact hotels.com, the website after contacting the red carpet Inn did not succeed in getting any refund and offer around $10 credit which I don’t think was satisfactory. I had to book another hotel that night and lost my money paid for Red Carpet Inn. This places should not be offered on hotels.com. It was a great disappointment.

Literally the worst hotel ever! Nightmare!!

I checked in after a long day of flying. The room given to me had an unmade bed, a dirty towel on the bed, and dirty towels in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and was given another room. This room had the foulest odor to it. I lasted 5 hours and had to leave. I couldn't take it. I reached out to the property and complained, but never got a response. This is the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed at. I've stayed in cleaner hotels in 3rd world countries. This is a disgrace! Plus it's unsafe. There are sketchy people mingling around the hotel. And the area reeks of weed. DO NOT STAY HERE!

There was feces in the toilet along with a smoked cigarette butt that had clearly been smoked in the room because it stinks in here. There was also a dead cockroach on top of the heat/air exchange, and I believe some of the stains on the wall are blood… there was also hair on all of the pillows upon me inspecting the bed. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car if you have to, you would be better off.

First thing was the door looked like it was open because the door jamb was previously broken. There was a safety lock. If it looked like the photo on your site it would've been fine. I was a woken by a fight outside my room at 12:28 am and then couln't get back to sleep. The bath mat looked like it had never been washed and the tub was disgusting. Also, the towel didn't look like it was clean. I did not take a shower. I've stayed in some pretty nasty places and this is surely one of the top 5 worst.

Very run down, bathrooms not clean, sheets stained and bed cover had a big red \"stain\" on it. The mini-fridge was ripped out, and the cabinet door held shut with a piece of folded cardboard.

The front desk auditor at night was very helpful, very friendly, and the dayshift clerk was also very nice - no complaints about the staff, but the condition of the motel is simply awful.

It's the kind of place you need to take a shower after showering there. Super cheap, for a good reason. It's the room you rent out of desperation. Honestly, the $90/night I paid for it was too much. I ended up spending the second night elsewhere because I was so skeeved out by the room.

But the front desk guys were super nice and friendly. I actually felt bad for them - they have a very uncomfortable looking wooden stool to sit on.
